Claims
- 1. A powdery coating composition comprising polymer particles having an average particle size within the range of 0.5 to 200.mu. and composed of, as a core component, a polymer having a softening point not exceeding 90.degree. C. and selected from the group consisting of epoxy resins and polyester resins, and, as an outer component, a polymer having a softening point of at least 100.degree. C. and being selected from the group consisting of cellulosic plastics, wherein the weight ratio of the core component to the outer component is within the range from 50/50 to 100/1 and said outer component covers said core component.
- 2. The composition of claim 1 wherein the core component is an epoxy resin.
- 3. The composition of claim 2 wherein the cellulosic plastic is ethyl cellulose.
- 4. The composition of claim 1 wherein the core component is a polyester resin.
- 5. The composition of claim 4 wherein the cellulosic plastic is hydroxyethyl cellulose.
