Claims
- 1. A single-lens reflex camera comprising:
- a motor;
- at least two kinds of systems to be selectively driven a said motor;
- clutch means responsive to an output of said motor in a given rotational direction to selectively couple one of the systems to an output of said motor;
- a quick returning mirror assembly driven by said motor through said clutch means; and
- control means responsive to said clutch means for moving said quick returning mirror to a given position only when said clutch means is in an initial position.
- 2. A single-lens reflex camera according to claim 1, wherein said systems to be driven by said motor in addition to said quick returning mirror assembly are a winding system and a rewinding system for a film.
- 3. A single-lens reflex camera according to claim 1, wherein said systems to be driven in addition to said quick returning mirror assembly are a winding system, a rewinding system and a delivery system of a film.
- 4. A single-lens reflex camera according to claim 1, wherein said quick returning mirror assembly is initially driven by said motor followed by a series of photographing sequences.
- 5. A camera comprising:
- a motor;
- clutch means driven by said motor for selectively coupling a driving force of said motor to one of at least three different systems;
- detecting means on said clutch means;
- a single photoelectric sensor for detecting a state of said clutch means, said detecting means causing said sensor to generate signals of different levels, selected ones of said signal levels each representing an associated one of a plurality of states of said clutch means, at last one of said signal levels being different from all remaining signal levels to identify a state of said clutch means; and
- means responsive to a predetermined condition of said camera for enabling operation of said motor.
- 6. A camera according to claim 5, wherein said predetermined condition which is detected by said detecting means is an opening and closing operation of a rear cover wherein said motor is enabled to be operated only when said opening and closing operations is detected.
- 7. A camera according to claim 6, wherein a driving force of said motor is changed over to operate a film winding driving system of said systems to be driven responsive to an output from said detecting means.
- 8. A camera according to claim 5, wherein said predetermined input operation which is detected by said detecting means is an operation of a rewinding button.
- 9. A camera according to claim 8, wherein a driving force of said motor is coupled to a film rewinding driving system of the systems to be driven responsive to an output from said detecting means.
- 10. A camera comprising:
- a motor;
- clutch means for selectively coupling a driving force of said motor to one of at least three different systems to be driven thereby;
- a single photoelectric sensor for detecting a coupling state of said clutch means to provide an output;
- means on said clutch means detected by said sensor for generating a plurality of output levels responsive to each coupling state, a given one of said output levels being generated only when said clutch means is in an initial state said given one of said output levels being different from all remaining ones of said output levels; and
- memory means for storing a coupling state of said clutch means responsive to each of said outputs.
- 11. A camera according to claim 10, wherein said memory means is a random access memory (RAM).
- 12. A camera according to claim 10, wherein said memory means is a re-loadable non-volatile memory.
- 13. A camera according to claim 10, wherein data stored in said memory means are data corresponding, one to one, to a number of output signals from said photoelectric sensor which are outputted when an output from said photoelectric sensor is driven to a position with an output level from said photoelectric sensor when said clutch means is in said initial state which serves as a reference.
- 14. A driving-force transmitting apparauts comprising:
- driving means for generating driving force;
- changing-over means for selectively transmitting the driving force of said driving means to a plurality of means to be driven;
- at least three means to be driven; and
- detecting means for detecting to what the means to be driven said changing-over means transmits the driving force of said driving means, said detecting means being capable of outputting a plurality of kinds of signals in accordance with a state of said changing-over means.
- 15. A driving-force transmitting apparauts according to claim 14, wherein said detecting means includes light emitting means, light receiving means for receiving reflected light or transparent light of light of said light emitting means, and light control mans for controlling light intensity from said light emitting means, in accordance with a changing-over state of said changing-over means.
- 16. A driving-force transmitting apparauts according to claim 15, wherein said light emitting means and said light receiving means are formed by a photo-interrupter, and wherein said light control means includes shielding means by which light emitted from said light emitting means is at least shielded, transparent means through which the light transpires, and passing means through which the light passes.
- 17. A camera comprising:
- a movable cam element for performing an operation comprised of a predetermined operating sequence in the camera, said operating sequence having plurality of modes;
- an engaging element engaging said cam element as said cam element moves through said plurality of modes, said engaging element being displaced to a plurality of positions by said moving cam element;
- sensing means adjacent to at least a portion of said engaging element, for detecting displacement of said engaging element; and
- an element to be detected by said detecting means formed integrally with said engaging element, a position of said element to be detected being detected by said sensing means, said element to be detected being so formed that output levels from said element to be detected are such that a first output level present when said cam element is in an initial position of said sequence is different from any output level present when said cam element is in any other position in said sequence.
- 18. A camera according to claim 17, comprising means for exposing a film surface in the camera responsive to said first output level.
- 19. A camera according to claim 17, comprising means for feeding a film in the camera responsive to a signal level other than said first signal level.
- 20. A camera comprising:
- a motor;
- clutch means capable of selectively coupling an output of said motor to one of at least three different systems in said camera;
- said clutch means including driven means movable to one of a plurality of positions, at least given ones of said positions each representing a position at which said clutch means couples one of said systems to said motor output as well as representing an initial position;
- a single photo-electric sensor for detecting a state of said clutch means;
- detecting means on said driven means sensed by said sensor for causing said sensor to vary one of a light receiving sensitivity and a light emission at said initial position relative to said remaining positions to provide an output of a given level responsive to movement of said driven means to said initial position where said detecting means is sensed by said photo-electric sensor to positively confirm that said clutch means is in said initial position only when said given level is present.
- 21. A camera comprising:
- a motor;
- clutch means capable of selectively coupling an output of the motor to one of at least three different systems in the camera;
- said clutch means including driven means movable to one of a plurality of positions, at least given ones of said positions each representing a position at which the clutch means couples a system to said motor output;
- a single photo-electric sensor for detecting a state of said clutch means;
- detecting means on said driven means sensed by said photo-electric sensor for enabling an initial position of said clutch means to be positively confirmed when said detecting means is positioned relative to said sensor to generate a signal of a level which is present only when said clutch means is in said initial position, the signal level at said initial position being different from a signal level at all remaining one of said plurality of positions, and means responsive to an output of said sensor whereby said motor is stopped when said initial position is detected.
- 22. A camera according to claim 21, wherein said means on said driven means includes a first section which is sensed by said sensor only when said clutch means is in an initial position.
- 23. A camera according to claim 22, wherein said first section to be detected by said sensor and corresponding to the initial position of said clutch means includes means causing said sensor to produce one of a maximum value and a minimum value produced when any other sections are detected by said sensor.
- 24. A camera according to claim 22, wherein said means on said driven means includes at least two addition sections for detection by said sensor to produce levels different from the level produced when the clutch means is in the initial position.
- 25. A camera according to claim 21, wherein said means on said driven means includes a first section which is sensed by said sensor only when said clutch means is in an initial position.
- 26. A camera according to claim 25, wherein said detecting means comprises a first section which includes means to produce one of a maximum value and a minimum value relative to other sections detected by said sensor when first section is in a position to be detected by said sensor.
- 27. A camera according to claim 21, wherein a device to be driven by said motor when said clutch means is in said initial position is a system which is first driven in a given photographing sequence of the camera.
- 28. A camera according to claim 21, wherein changing-over of said clutch means is performed simply by rotational operation of said motor in a given direction.
- 29. A camera comprising:
- a motor;
- clutch means capable of coupling an output of the motor to one of at least three systems in said camera;
- said clutch means including a rotatable drive element coupled with said motor output;
- means for moving said drive member to predetermined positions each associated with an input of one of said systems responsive to rotation of said motor in a first direction;
- said means for moving including cam means having a plurality of gradually curved cam surfaces each separated from an adjacent cam surface by an engaging surface;
- swingable driven means having an engaging portion urged toward sliding engagement with said cam means, said driven means movable in a first direction when said engaging portion engages a cam surface and movable in a second direction opposite said first direction when said engaging portion passes an engaging surface between said adjacent cam surfaces;
- said engaging portion engaging an engaging surface to prevent rotation of said means for moving when said motor is rotated in a second direction opposite said first direction, whereby an output of said motor is coupled to that system associated with the engaging surface engaged by said engaging portion;
- a photo-electric sensor for providing a detecting signal; and
- said driven means having at least one detecting portion, said sensor generating a signal having a given output level when said detecting portion is in a given position relative to said sensor, said given output level being different from an output level present at any one of said remaining positions and being present only when said cam means is located at an initial reference position.
