Abstract
According to the present invention, provided is a prefabricated booth comprising: a frame in which a plurality of horizontal frames and a plurality of vertical frames coupled to the plurality of horizontal frames are three-dimensionally coupled to each other so as to form a square-shaped frame structure; a plurality of connection pieces, each of which both sides are respectively coupled to the inner sides of the frames vertically intersecting to be adjacent to each other; first profiles respectively arranged at the outer sides of the upper and lower horizontal frames of the square frame structure; second profiles erectly arranged to correspond to the vertical frame at the corner side of the square frame structure; and a bracket comprising a center part fastened to each connection piece, a first extension part extended to one side of the center part and fixing the first profile, and a second extension part extended to the other side of the center part and fixing the second profile.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a prefabricated booth used for events such as performances or exhibitions, wherein a portion of a wide space is partitioned.


BACKGROUND ART

Generally, a prefabricated booth is fabricated as an integrated single structure wherein frameworks configured using a plurality of frames are connected to each other to form a plurality of columns, as well as a structure to connect top and bottom between the formed columns.


The frames are typically reinforcing bars having a predetermined weight, which are used to form a framework in order to partition a space. At the same time, the space is often visually divided by providing and fixing plate-like panels made of wood on the frames.


In this case, each of the panels described herein is cut in an appropriate size in accordance with site conditions and fixed to the frame by nails or bolts. When the event (performance, exhibition, etc.) is finished, the panels are also dismantled along with the prefabricated booth.


However, for such a conventional prefabricated booth, an additional process of attaching a printed advertisement on the panel is further included and increases installation and manufacturing costs. Further, panel waste made of wood generated during dismantling of the framework may cause environmental contamination.


Among prior art documents, there is Korean Utility Model Registration Publication No. 20-0455251, entitled “Prefabricated booth using profiles” (Publication Date: Aug. 26, 2011).


DISCLOSURE
Technical Problem

The present invention has been proposed to overcome the aforementioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a prefabricated booth wherein a panel made of a fabric material can replace a wood-based panel.


Technical Solution

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a prefabricated booth, including: frames in which a plurality of horizontal frames and a plurality of vertical frames coupled to the plurality of horizontal frames are three-dimensionally coupled to each other so as to form a rectangular-shaped frame structure; a plurality of connection members, each of which has both sides respectively coupled to the inner sides of the adjacent frames orthogonal to each other; first profiles respectively arranged at outer sides of the upper and lower horizontal frames in the rectangular frame structure; second profiles uprightly arranged to correspond to the vertical frame at an edge side of the rectangular frame structure; and brackets, each of which includes a center part fastened to each of the connection members, a first extension part extending to one side of the center part and fixing the first profile, and a second extension part extending to another side of the center part and fixing the second profile,


wherein the first profile has a single first insert groove formed in a longitudinal direction thereof, into which a horizontal end of a panel made of a fabric material (“fabric panel”) is inserted and fixed, and


wherein the second profile has a pair of second insert grooves formed in a longitudinal direction thereof, into which a vertical end of the same fabric panel is inserted and fixed.


Advantageous Effects

As described above, the prefabricated booth according to the present invention has advantages of replacing the existing wood panel with a fabric panel to thus allow recycling of resources and, in addition, minimizing environmental contamination.


Further, the fabric may have combined functions of a panel and advertising print, thereby reducing installation and manufacturing costs.

BEST MODE

Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings, the prefabricated booth according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail.


Prior to the description, the term or words used in the specification and claims should not be construed as being limited to general or dictionary meanings and, instead, should be interpreted as the meanings and concepts corresponding to the technical spirit of the present invention under the principle that the inventors can properly define the concept of the terms or words in order to describe their own invention in the best way.


Accordingly, the configurations described in the examples and illustrated in the drawings disclosed herein are merely the most preferred embodiments of the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Therefore, it should be understood that various equivalents and modifications possibly replacing the above embodiments at the time of filing the present application may further be included in the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 1, the prefabricated booth according to one embodiment of the present invention may include: a plurality of frames 10; a plurality of connection members 20; first profiles 30; second profiles 40 and 50; and brackets 60.


Herein, the frames 10 may include a plurality of horizontal frames 11 horizontally arranged in a rectangular pillar shape, and a plurality of vertical frames 12 which are perpendicular and coupled to the plurality of horizontal frames 11 through a hexahedron (or “cube”) 13 at each end thereof, wherein the horizontal frames 11 and the vertical frames 12 are three-dimensionally coupled to each other, thereby forming a frame structure in a rectangular shape (“a rectangular frame structure”).


In a longitudinal direction of one side of each horizontal frame 11, a slot hole 11a is formed to be screw-coupled to any one connection member 20. On the other hand, in a longitudinal direction of one side of each vertical frame 12, another slot hole 12a is formed to be screw-coupled to another connection member 20. Each of the slot holes 11a and 12a may have at least one thru-hole (not shown) wherein one frame 10 adjacent and coupled to another frame 10 can be screw-coupled through the thru-hole.


The cube 13 is formed in a regular hexahedral shape and may have a hollow portion (without a reference numeral), through which the frames communicate with the inside of the cube, thereby being screw-coupled to ends of the frames 11 and 12.


Further, the connection member 20 may be fastened to the inner sides of the frames 11 and 12 which are adjacent to each other while being orthogonal to each other, thereby more securely supporting the frame structure configured of the frames 10. As described above, the connection member 20 may be screw-coupled to the slot holes 11a and 12a of the frames 11 and 12, respectively. For this purpose, the connection member 20 may of course be provided with threaded couplers (not shown) at both sides thereof.


Meanwhile, the first profiles 30 may be arranged on outer sides of the horizontal frames 11 at upper and lower ends of the rectangular frame structure, respectively, and be supported on the horizontal frames 11 through the brackets 60. Each of the first profiles 30 may have a single first insert groove 30a in a longitudinal direction, wherein a horizontal end of a fabric panel (P, see FIG. 2) is inserted into the groove and fixed therein.


Further, the second profiles 40 and 50, respectively, may be uprightly arranged on outer sides of the frames 10 at an edge side of the rectangular frame structure.


Thereamong, any one second profile 40 may be disposed at an outer edge of the rectangular frame structure, thus being arranged to surround any one vertical frame 12, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. On the other hand, another second profile 50 may be disposed at an inner edge of the rectangular frame structure, thus being arranged to face a pair of adjacent vertical frames 12 at opposite sides thereof, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6.


The second profiles 40 and 50 described herein may have a pair of second insert grooves 40a and 50a, respectively, in a longitudinal direction, wherein a vertical end of the fabric panel (P, see FIG. 2) is inserted into the grooves and fixed therein.


Further, on the upper and lower ends of the second profiles 40 and 50, caps 45 and 55 provided with connection grooves 45a and 55a to connect the second insert grooves 40a and 50a with the first insert groove 30a of the first profile 30 may be bolted, respectively.


Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 2, each bracket 60 may include a center part 61 bolted to the connection member 20, a first extension part 62 extending to one side of the center part 61 and fixing the first profile 30, and a second extension part 63 extending to another side of the center part 61 and fixing the second profiles 40 and 50.


The first and second extension parts 62 and 63 of the bracket 60 may be provided with first and second engaging grooves 62a and 63a, which correspond to a first engaging protrusion 31 and any one second engaging protrusion 41, respectively, as described later.


Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the first engaging protrusion 31 inserted and engaged in the first engaging groove 62a of the first extension part 62 is disposed at one end of the first profile 30. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the second engaging protrusion 41 inserted and engaged in the second engaging groove 63a of the second extension part 63 may be symmetrically disposed as a pair at opposite ends of the second profile 40.


The panel P is formed in a rectangular shape and may be provided with a fitting member having a predetermined thickness, which is fixed to a rim of one side of the panel (B, see FIG. 2). Such a panel P is manufactured in accordance with an area of the prefabricated booth (height and width) and may be used with various printed advertisements. Further, the fitting member B may be integrally sewn around (or adhered to) the rim of the panel P, thus being completed.


Hereinafter, with reference to the drawings, operation of the prefabricated booth according to the present invention described above will be examined in detail.



FIG. 8 illustrates the inner side of the prefabricated booth in an installation state according to one embodiment of the present invention; and FIG. 9 illustrates an outer side of the prefabricated booth in the installation state.


As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, after folding the fitting members B provided on upper and lower rims of the rectangular panel P, the folded members are fitted in the first insert groove 30a of the first profile 30 which is fixed to outer sides of the upper and lower horizontal frames 11 of the rectangular frame structure, respectively. Further, after folding the fitting members B provided on right and left rims of the panel P, the folded members are fitted in the second insert groove 40a of any one second profile 40 or the second insert groove 50a of another profile 50, followed by installing the panel P in a taut condition.


As such, FIGS. 8 and 9 show that the panel P is installed on an outer surface of the prefabricated booth. However, the panel P may of course be installed on an inner surface of the prefabricated booth in duplicate, although uninstalled in FIGS. 8 and 9.


Meanwhile, when an event such as a performance or exhibition is completed, the prefabricated booth of the present invention may be dismantled. In this case, after removing the fitting members B inserted in the profiles 30, 40 and 50, respectively, the panel P may be folded then kept or recycled separately.


As described above, according to the prefabricated booth of the present invention, the existing wood panel may be replaced with a fabric panel, which has advantages of recycling resources and minimizing environmental contamination.


Further, the fabric has combined functions of a panel and an advertising print, thereby reducing installation and manufacturing costs.


Referring to FIGS. 1 to 9, reference numerals are defined as follows: 10 is a frame; 11 is a horizontal frame; 11a is a slot hole; 12 is a vertical frame; 12a is a slot hole; 13 is a cube; 20 is a connection member; 30 is a first profile; 30a is a first insert groove; 40 and 50 are second profiles; 41 is a second engaging protrusion; 40a and 50a are second insert grooves; 45 and 55 are caps; 60 is a bracket; 61 is a center part; 62 is a first extension part; 62a is a first engaging groove; 63 is a second extension part; 63a is a second engaging groove; P is a panel; and B is a fitting member.


As described above, although the present invention has been described by way of specific examples and accompanying drawings, the present invention is not limited thereto. Therefore, it will be duly understood that various alterations and modifications may be possible within the technical scope of the present invention and equivalents of the appended claims to be described below by those skilled in the art.

Claims
  • 1. A prefabricated booth, comprising: frames (10) in which a plurality of horizontal frames (11) and a plurality of vertical frames (12) coupled to the plurality of horizontal frames are three-dimensionally coupled to each other so as to form a rectangular frame structure;a plurality of connection members (20), each of which has opposite sides respectively coupled to inner sides of the adjacent frames (11) and (12) orthogonal to each other;first profiles 30 respectively arranged at outer sides of the upper and lower horizontal frames 11 in the rectangular frame structure;second profiles (40) and (50) uprightly arranged to correspond to the vertical frame (12) at an edge side of the rectangular frame structure; andbrackets (60), each of which includes a center part (61) fastened to each of the connection members (20), a first extension part (62) extending to one side of the center part (61) and fixing the first profile (30), and a second extension part (63) extending to another side of the center part (61) and fixing the second profiles (40) and (50),wherein the first profile (30) has a single first insert groove (30a) formed in a longitudinal direction thereof, into which a horizontal end of the panel (P) made of a fabric material (“fabric panel”) is inserted and fixed, andwherein the second profiles (40) and (50) have a pair of second insert grooves (40a) and (50a) formed in a longitudinal direction thereof, into which a vertical end of the fabric panel (P) is inserted and fixed.
  • 2. The prefabricated booth according to claim 1, wherein caps (45) and (55) having connection grooves (45a) and (55a) to connect the second insert grooves (40a) and (50a) with the first insert groove (30a) of the first profile (30) are disposed at the upper and lower ends of the second profiles (40) and (50), respectively.
  • 3. The prefabricated booth according to claim 1, wherein the first and second extension parts (62) and (63) in the bracket (60) have first and second engaging grooves (62a) and (63a), respectively.
  • 4. The prefabricated booth according to claim 3, wherein a first engaging protrusion (31) inserted and engaged in the first engaging groove (62a) of the first extension part (62) is disposed at one end of the first profile (30).
  • 5. The prefabricated booth according to claim 4, wherein a pair of second engaging protrusions (41) inserted and engaged in the second engaging groove (63a) of the second extension part (63) are symmetrically disposed at opposite ends of the second profile (40).
  • 6. The prefabricated booth according to claim 1, wherein any one second profile (40) is disposed at an outer edge of the rectangular structure, which in turn is formed to surround any one vertical frame (12), while another second profile (50) is disposed at an inner edge of the rectangular frame structure and arranged to face a pair of adjacent vertical frames (12) at opposite sides of the same.
  • 7. The prefabricated booth according to claim 1, wherein the panel (P) is formed in a rectangular shape and further includes a fitting member (B) having a predetermined thickness, which is fixed on a rim of one side of the panel.
