Description
BACKGROUND
1. Technical Field

The present disclosure relates to a prefabricated joint toy, and more particularly, to a prefabricated joint toy in which an intermediate ring of a second toy block is inserted between a first coupling ring and a second coupling ring of a first toy block so as to be relatively rotatable therewith, so that the intermediate ring of the second toy block can rotate relatively with respect to the first coupling ring and the second coupling ring of the first toy block and the first coupling ring and the second coupling ring of the first toy block can rotate with respect to the intermediate ring of the second toy block.

2. Description of Related Art

Korean Utility Model Registration No. 20-0472220 (registered on Apr. 4, 2014) discloses a “joint structure of toy.”

The joint structure of a toy includes: a first cylindrical rotating body having an insertion groove formed in the center of one surface to have a magnet inserted thereinto; a first magnet assembly having a first coupling protrusion protruding to one side of the first rotating body and to which an end portion of a first toy component is coupled; a second cylindrical rotating body having an insertion groove formed in the center of one surface to insert a magnet thereinto; and a second magnet assembly having a second coupling protrusion protruding to one side of the second rotating body and to which an end portion of a second toy component is coupled, wherein the first rotating body and the second rotating body are configured to come into contact with each other and to be separated from each other by magnetic force so that the first toy component and the second toy component are selectively attached and detached, and the second rotating body is configured to be rotatable with respect to the first rotating body so that the second toy component can be adjusted in angle with respect to the first toy component.

However, the joint structure of the toy has several disadvantages in that the first rotating body and the second rotating body are separated from each other too easily since the first rotating body and the second rotating body are coupled by the magnets in a case in which the magnetic force of the magnets is weak, and in that the rotation of the second rotating body with respect to the first rotating body is not smooth since the first coupling protrusion of the first rotating body and the second coupling protrusion of the second rotating body are coupled to each other.

Unless otherwise defined, all terms including technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs.

In this specification, when a part “includes” or

“comprises” an element, unless there is a particular description contrary thereto, the part can further include other elements, not excluding the other elements. In addition, for convenience of explanation, the same reference numerals will be used for the same components even if the embodiments are different.

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, in a prefabricated joint toy according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure, a first toy block 110 and a second toy block 120 are connected by a joint structure, so that the second toy block 120 may be rotated relatively with respect to the first toy block 110 or the first toy block 110 may be rotated relatively with respect to the second toy block 120.

The first toy block 110 includes a first coupling ring 114 and a second coupling ring 116 formed at one end of a rod connection portion 112, a fitting gap 118 provided between the first coupling ring 114 and the second coupling ring 116, and cut portions 115 and 117 respectively formed in the first coupling ring 114 and the second coupling ring 116.

The rod connection portion 112 is formed in a cylindrical shape, and has a concave portion 113 formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof, so that a user can easily insert or remove a rod 130 (refer to FIG. 5) by reducing friction.

The cut portion 115 of the first coupling ring 114 and the cut portion 117 of the second coupling ring 116 are arranged on opposite sides of the position of connection thereof to the rod connection portion 112.

The second toy block 120 includes: an intermediate ring portion 123 formed at one end of a rod connection portion 121; a hole 124 formed in the middle of the intermediate ring portion 123; and ring protrusions 125 respectively formed on an upper side and a lower side of the intermediate ring portion 123 to coincide with the hole 124.

The rod connection portion 121 is formed in a cylindrical shape, and has a concave portion 122 formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof, so that a user can easily insert or remove a rod 140 (refer to FIG. 5) by reducing friction.

The inner diameter of the ring protrusion 125 is equal to the diameter of the hole 124 of the intermediate ring portion 123, and the outer diameter is smaller than the diameter of the upper surface of the intermediate ring portion 123.

In the prefabricated joint toy according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure configured as described above, the intermediate ring portion 123 of the second toy block 120 is inserted into the fitting gap 118 of the first toy block 110, and the intermediate ring portion 123 of the second toy block 120 is disposed between the first coupling ring 114 and the second coupling ring 116 of the toy block 110. In this instance, the ring protrusions 125 formed on the upper and lower sides of the intermediate ring portion 123 are respectively inserted into the first coupling ring 114 and the second coupling ring 116 of the first toy block 110, so that the intermediate ring portion 123 of the second toy block 120 with respect to the first coupling ring 114 and the second coupling ring 116 of the first toy block 110 is rotated relatively at a predetermined angle like a hinge as indicated by an arrow 126 of FIG. 3, or the first coupling ring 114 of the first toy block 110 and the second coupling ring 116 of the first toy block 110 with respect to the intermediate ring portion 123 of the second toy block 120 are rotated relatively at a predetermined angle.

Furthermore, the ring protrusions 125 formed on the upper and lower sides of the intermediate ring portion 123 are respectively inserted into the first coupling ring 114 and the second coupling ring 116, so that the intermediate ring portion 123 of the second toy block 120 can relatively smoothly rotate with respect to the first coupling ring 114 and the second coupling ring 116 of the second toy block 120, but the intermediate ring portion 123 of the second toy block 120 is not automatically separated from the first coupling ring 114 and the second coupling ring 116 of the first toy block 110.

In addition, in a state in which the intermediate ring portion 123 is coupled to the first coupling ring 114 and the second coupling ring 116 to be rotatable, when the intermediate ring portion 123 is forcedly pulled in a direction of an arrow 127 of FIG. 3, the cut portion 115 of the first coupling ring 114 and the cut portion 117 of the second coupling ring 116 are widened, so that the intermediate ring portion 123 of the second toy block 120 is easily separated from the first coupling ring 114 and the second coupling ring 116 of the first toy block 110.

As described above, the present disclosure provides a prefabricated toy block for learning or playing, in which the second toy block 120 is rotated relatively at a predetermined angle with respect to the first toy block 110 or the first toy block 110 is rotated relatively at a predetermined angle with respect to the second toy block 120, thereby allowing a user to understand the joint structure (hinge structure and link structure), and improve the understanding of geometric sculptures and creativity. Referring to FIG. 5, the prefabricated joint toy according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure further includes rods 130 which are respectively connected to the first rod connection portion 112 of the first toy block 110 and the second rod connection portion 121 of the second toy block 120.

The rods 130 are formed in an octagonal prism shape having a hollow portion.

As illustrated in FIG. 5, one end of one 130 of the rods is inserted and connected into the rod connection portion 112 of the first toy block 110, and one end of the other rod 130 is connected to the rod connection portion 121 of the second toy block 120, so that the rods 130 serve as a frame in the structure in which the first toy block 110 and the second toy block 120 are coupled to each other. In addition, since the rods 130 are formed in the octagonal shape, the rod connection portion 112 of the first toy block 110 and the rod connection portion 121 of the second toy block 120 can be prevented from running idle and other toy blocks mounted on the rods 130 can be prevented from running idle.

Referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, the prefabricated joint toy according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure further includes a third toy block 140, which has a fitting portion 141 inserted into any one among the first coupling ring 114 and the second coupling ring 116 in the state in which the intermediate ring portion 123 of the second toy block 120 is rotated relatively with respect to the first coupling ring 114 and the second coupling ring 116 of the first toy block 110.
