Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to makeup pens, particularly to a press-type makeup pen.

BACKGROUND

Cosmetics having pasty compositions, such as lipsticks and lip balms, have been widely used. For example, lipstick paste is generally packaged in a case. The case includes a base assembly and a cover. The lipstick paste is provided in the base assembly. When in use, the cover is removed from the base assembly, and the lipstick paste is rotated out by rotating the base assembly. For the prior case, the base assembly is easily separated from the cover, such that the lipstick paste is easily contaminated and should not be used. Moreover, the case is structured simply and unattractive to customers.

SUMMARY

Given the above defects, the present disclosure provides a press-type makeup pen. When the makeup pen is used, the base assembly reaches out of the lower end of the outer cover by pressing the button, and the base assembly is then pulled out for makeup. Since the base assembly is not easily separated from the outer cover, the makeup pen is highly safe and structurally novel, and can attract customers to purchase the makeup pen.

To solve the technical problem, the present disclosure adopts the following technical solutions:

In the present disclosure, the base assembly 50 is inserted into the middle sheath 40. The base assembly can be fixed with the middle sheath by clamping. The middle sheath 40 is inserted into the outer cover 10. Consequently, neither the middle sheath nor the base assembly is contacted by an external article, and both the middle sheath and the base assembly are protected. Moreover, the base assembly is not easily separated from the middle sheath and the outer cover to achieve a high safety. When the press-type makeup pen is used, the button is pressed. First inclined surfaces 23 on the pushing-pressing members 22 press against the second inclined surfaces 45 on the spring pieces, such that the hook claws 34 are separated from the barbs 44. The middle sheath moves downward under the action of a restoring force of the elastic member 25, such that the base assembly 50 reaches out of the outer cover 10. The base assembly 50 is pulled out, and a cosmetic material is rotated out for makeup. The makeup pen is novel in structure and inventive in use and can attract customers to purchase the makeup pen.

As shown in FIG. 5, the outer cover 10 is a cylindrical structure with a hollow inside and openings at upper and lower ends. The button 20 and the inner cover 30 are provided at the upper end of the outer cover. When the press-type makeup pen is used, the base assembly 50 reaches out of the opening at the lower end of the outer cover 10.

As shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, two pushing-pressing members 22 are provided in the button 20. First inclined surface 23 is provided on the pushing-pressing member 22. The two pushing-pressing members 22 are arranged symmetrically around the central axis of the button. Two clamping grooves 24 are formed in the button 20. The two clamping grooves 24 are arranged symmetrically around the central axis of the button 20. The button 20 is a cylindrical structure with a hollow inside and an opening at a lower end. A top cover is provided at an upper end of the button 20. The top cover extends downward to form annular member 21. An upper end of the elastic member 25 is sleeved on the annular member, and the elastic member abuts the top cover. The annular member 21 is located in the button and is coaxial with the button 20, namely the annular member is located at the very center of the button. The pushing-pressing member 22 may be a triangular prism structure. Two sides of the pushing-pressing member 22 are respectively fixed at an inner side of the top cover and on an inner wall of the button.

As shown in FIGS. 8-10, the inner cover 30 is a cylindrical structure with openings at the upper and lower ends. The inner cover 30 includes outer ring 31 and inner ring 32, where the bottom of the outer ring and the bottom of the inner ring are connected to each other. First accommodating groove 33 is formed between the outer ring 31 and the inner ring 32. The button 20 is inserted into the first accommodating groove 33. The hook claws 34 and protrusions 36 are arranged on the inner ring 32. The inner cover 30 is fixed on an inner wall of the outer cover 10 through a convex rib. Two hook claws 34 and two protrusions 36 are arranged on the inner ring 32. Third inclined surface 35 is provided on the hook claw 34. The bottom of the inner ring 32 extends radially outward to form baffle 37. The two hook claws 34 and the two protrusions are respectively and symmetrically arranged around a central axis of the inner cover. A specific structure in which the button 20 is inserted into the inner cover 30 and can move up and down in the inner cover is as follows: The button is inserted into the first accommodating groove 33 of the inner cover. Two clamping grooves 24 are formed in the button 20. Two protrusions 36 are arranged on the inner ring 32. In assembly, the button is inserted into the inner cover 30. By rotating the button, the protrusions 36 are rightly clamped into the clamping grooves 24, the button is assembled on the inner cover, and the mounting position of the button is limited. Since two pushing-pressing members 22 are arranged in the button, there is no need to consider a mounting direction of the button in assembly for ease of installation. When the button is pressed down, the button moves downward relative to the inner cover 30. The button is reset under the action of the elastic member after being loosened and is obstructed by the protrusions after moving downward or upward by a certain distance. The protrusions and the clamping grooves can limit the maximum travel of the button to prevent the button 20 from being ejected from the inner cover.

As shown in FIGS. 11-13, the sleeve 41 of the middle sheath 40 is a cylindrical structure with an opening at a lower end and a hollow inside. The head assembly 42 is an annular structure extending upward from the top of the sleeve. Supporting member 46 is provided in the head assembly 42. A lower end of the elastic member 25 is sleeved on the supporting member 46 and abuts the top of the sleeve 41. The elastic member 25 includes the upper end sleeved on the annular member 21 of the button, and the lower end sleeve on the supporting member 46 of the middle sheath, namely the elastic member 25 is limited between the button 20 and the sleeve 41. After the makeup pen is assembled, the elastic member 25 is compressed. When the hook claws 34 are separated from the barbs 44, the button is reset through a restoring force of the elastic member 25, and the base assembly 50 is ejected from the opening at the lower end of the outer cover 10.

Each of the spring pieces 43 is a sheet-shaped structure with a lower end fixedly connected to the top of the sleeve, an upper end provided with second inclined surface 45, and a middle provided with the barb 44. The spring piece 43 is elastic, and a gap is formed between the spring piece and the head assembly 42. An upper end of the head assembly 42 extends radially outward to form convex edge 47. The first inclined surfaces 23 of the button, the second inclined surfaces 45 of the spring pieces, and the third inclined surfaces of the hook claws 34 have the same inclination. After the makeup pen is assembled, the hook claws 34 in the inner cover 30 are provided rightly in the barbs 44 of the spring pieces to support the middle sheath 40. As a result, both the middle sheath 40 and the base assembly 50 are not slid from the outer cover 10. When the makeup pen is used, the button 20 is pressed. Through the first inclined surfaces 23 of the button, horizontal component forces are respectively applied to the second inclined surfaces 45 of the spring pieces. The spring pieces get close inward, such that the hook claws 34 are separated from the barbs 44. Meanwhile, the spring pieces move downward under the action of a restoring force of the elastic member 25, namely both the middle sheath 40 and the base assembly 50 move downward as a whole, and the base assembly 50 reaches out of the opening at the lower end of the outer cover. With the third inclined surfaces 35, the second inclined surfaces of the spring pieces 43 slide upward smoothly through the third inclined surfaces 35 to restore the middle sheath. After the middle sheath 40 is pushed downward by the elastic member to move a certain distance, the convex edge 47 of the middle sheath rightly abuts the baffle 37 of the inner cover. Therefore, the inner cover supports the middle sheath, and the base assembly can be separated smoothly from the middle sheath 40.

The present disclosure is used as follows:

Step 1: The button 20 is pressed down. Through the first inclined surfaces 23 of the button, horizontal component forces are respectively applied to the second inclined surfaces 45 of the spring pieces. The spring pieces 43 get close inward, such that the hook claws 34 are separated from the barbs 44.

Step 2: The spring pieces move downward under the action of a restoring force of the elastic member 25, namely both the middle sheath 40 and the base assembly 50 move downward as a whole, and the base assembly 50 reaches out of the opening at the lower end of the outer cover. The button 20 is restored under the action of the elastic member.

Step 3: The middle sheath 40 is supported by the inner cover 30. The base assembly 50 is pulled out from the inner cover. A pasty cosmetic is rotated out for makeup.

Step 4: Upon completion of the makeup, the base assembly 50 is inserted into the middle sheath 40, and the base assembly 50 is pushed upward to move together with the middle sheath.

Step 5: When the spring pieces 43 move toward the hook claws, the spring pieces get closer and move inward under the action of the third inclined surfaces 35 of the hook claws and pass through the hook claws 34, and the spring pieces 43 are restored. The hook claws enter the barbs 44 of the spring pieces with a “cracking” sound, thereby completing the assembly.

It should be noted that those of ordinary skill in the art can further make several variations and improvements without departing from the concept of the present disclosure, and all of these fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure. Therefore, the protection scope of the present disclosure shall be subject to the protection scope defined by the claims.
