Claims
- 1. A printing apparatus comprising:a drawing data storage unit which acquires an image output setting value and an output subject identifier linked to the image output setting value through an input interface, produces drawing data containing the image output setting value and the output subject identifier, and stores the drawing data in a drawing data region; an input unit which inputs an identifier of image data which is recorded on an auxiliary recording medium and is mutually communicable between information processing systems in relation to the output subject identifier stored in the drawing data region; an image data acquiring unit which derives the drawing data from the drawing data region, and transfers image data, which is specified while the identifier of the image data related to the output subject identifier is employed as a retrieve key, from the auxiliary recording medium through the input interface to a work area; an image processing unit which produces printing image data from the image data in the work area by employing the image output setting value of the drawing data derived from the drawing data region; and a printing unit which prints out an image on a printing medium based upon the printing image data.
- 2. The printing apparatus according to claim 1, whereinwhen an output subject identifier which is not stored in the drawing data region is newly acquired through the input interface, the drawing data storage unit links the output subject identifier not stored in the drawing data region to an identifier of predetermined image data, and stores the output subject identifier and the identifier of the predetermined image data in an image retrieve region; and the input unit links an identifier of image data recorded on the auxiliary recording medium to the output identifier by rewriting the identifier of the image data stored in the image retrieve region.
- 3. The printing apparatus according to claim 2, whereinthe image processing unit applies the image output setting value of the drawing data to a parameter used to determine at least one of a position, a dimension, and a shape of a reference printing frame.
- 4. The printing apparatus according to claim 3, whereinthe image processing unit applies the image output setting value of the drawing data to a parameter used to enlarge, reduce, or trim the image produced based upon the image data to allocate the image produced based upon image data of the work area to the reference printing frame.
- 5. The printing apparatus according to claim 4, whereinthe image processing unit applies the image output setting value of the drawing data to a parameter used to execute a filtering process operation with respect to the image data of the work area.
- 6. A printing apparatus comprising:a drawing data storage unit which acquires an output subject identifier, and an image output setting value and a character output setting value which are linked to the output subject identifier through an input interface, produces drawing data containing the output subject identifier, the image output setting value and the character output setting value, and stores the drawing data in a drawing data region; an input unit which inputs an identifier of image data which is recorded on an auxiliary recording medium and is mutually communicable between information processing systems in relation to the output subject identifier stored in the drawing data region; an image data acquiring unit which transfers image data, which is specified while the identifier of the image data related to the output subject identifier is employed as a retrieve key, and character data belonging to the image data, from the auxiliary recording medium through the input interface to a work area; an image processing unit which produces first printing image data from the image data in the work area by employing the image output setting value, and produces second printing image data from the character data in the work area by employing the character output setting value; and a printing unit which prints out an image on a printing medium based upon the first printing image data and the second printing image data.
- 7. The printing apparatus according to claim 6, whereinwhen an output subject identifier which is not stored in the drawing data region is newly acquired through the input interface, the data storage unit stores the output subject identifier not stored in the drawing data region into an image retrieve region; and the input unit links an identifier of image data recorded on the auxiliary recording medium to the output identifier to input the identifier of the related image data.
- 8. The printing apparatus according to claim 7, whereinthe image processing unit applies the character output setting value to a parameter used to determine a field of character data in which the second printing image data is produced.
- 9. The printing apparatus according to claim 8, whereinthe image processing unit applies the character output setting value to a parameter used to determine a font of the second printing image data.
- 10. The printing apparatus according to claim 9, whereinthe image processing unit applies the character output setting value to a parameter used to determine a font size of the second printing image data.
- 11. The printing apparatus according to claim 10, whereinthe image processing unit applies the character output setting value to a parameter used to determine a printing position of the second printing image data.
- 12. A printing method comprising:a drawing data storage step of acquiring an image output setting value and an output subject identifier linked to the image output setting value through an input interface, producing a drawing command containing the image output setting value and the output subject identifier, and storing the drawing command in a drawing data region; an input step of inputting an identifier of image data which is recorded on an auxiliary recording medium and is mutually communicable between information processing systems in relation to the output subject identifier stored in the drawing data region; an image data acquiring step of deriving the drawing data from the drawing data region, and transferring image data which is specified while the identifier of the image data related to the output subject identifier is used as a retrieve key from the auxiliary recording medium through the input interface to a work area; an image processing step of producing printing image data from the image data in the work area by employing the image output setting value of the drawing data derived from the drawing data region; and a printing step of printing out an image on a printing medium based upon the printing image data.
- 13. The printing method according to claim 12, whereinin the data storage step, when an output subject identifier which is not stored in the drawing data region is newly acquired through the input interface, the output subject identifier not stored in the drawing data region is linked to an identifier of predetermined image data, and the output subject identifier and the identifier of the predetermined image data is stored into an image retrieve region; and in the input step, an identifier of image data recorded on the auxiliary recording medium is linked to the output identifier by rewriting the identifier of the image data stored in the image retrieve region.
- 14. The printing method according to claim 13, whereinin the image processing step, the image output setting value of the drawing data is applied to a parameter used to determine at least one of a position, a dimension, and a shape of a reference printing frame.
- 15. The printing method according to claim 14, whereinin the image processing step, the image output setting value of the drawing data is applied to a parameter used to enlarge, reduce, or trim the image produced based upon the image data to allocate the image produced based upon image data in the work area to the reference printing frame.
- 16. The printing method according to claim 15, whereinin the image processing step, the image output setting value of the drawing data is applied to a parameter used to execute a filtering process operation with respect to the image data in the work area.
- 17. A printing method comprising:a drawing data storage step of acquiring an output subject identifier, and an image output setting value and a character output setting value, which are linked to the output subject identifier, through an input interface, producing drawing data which contains the output subject identifier, the image output setting value and the character output setting value, and storing the drawing data into a drawing data region; an input step of inputting an identifier of image data which is recorded on an auxiliary recording medium and is mutually communicable between information processing systems in relation to the output subject identifier stored in the drawing data region; an image data acquiring step of transferring image data which is specified while the identifier of the image data related to the output subject identifier is used as a retrieve key, and character data belonging to the image data from the auxiliary recording medium through the input interface to a work area; an image processing step of producing first printing image data from the image data in the work area by employing the image output setting value, and producing second printing image data from the character data in the work area by employing the character output setting value; and a printing step of printing out an image on a printing medium based upon the first printing image data and the second printing image data.
- 18. The printing method according to claim 17, whereinin the data storage step, when an output subject identifier which is not stored in the drawing data region is newly acquired through the input interface, the output subject identifier not stored in the drawing data region is stored into an image retrieve region; and in the input step, an identifier of image data recorded on the auxiliary recording medium is linked to the output identifier and the identifier of the linked image data is inputted.
- 19. The printing method according to claim 18, whereinin the image processing step, the character output setting value is applied to a parameter used to determine a field of character data in which the second printing image data is produced.
- 20. The printing method according to claim 19, whereinin the image processing step, the character output setting value is applied to a parameter used to determine a font of the second printing image data.
- 21. The printing method according to claim 20, whereinin the image processing step, the character output setting value is applied to a parameter used to determine a font size of the second printing image data.
- 22. The printing method according to claim 21, whereinin the image processing step, the character output setting value is applied to a parameter used to determine a printing position of the second printing image data.
- 23. An image processing system, comprising:an acquiring unit for acquiring region information concerning a region of a printing medium on which an arbitrary image is to be arranged, and an output subject identifier related to the region information; a selecting unit for selecting an image including an identifier; a relation generating unit for generating relation information which relates the output subject identifier to the identifier of the selected image; a storing unit for storing the relation information; an image data acquiring unit for acquiring image data specified by the identifier of the image based on the relation information stored in the storing unit; and a data generating unit for generating print data such that the selected image is arranged on a predetermined region on the printing medium based on the region information.
- 24. The image processing system according to claim 23, further comprising a printing unit for printing the print data generated by the data generating unit.
- 25. The image processing system according to claim 23, wherein the region of the printing medium on which the arbitrary image is arranged is a predetermined reference frame, and the region information represents a position and a size of the reference frame for printable region on the printing medium.
- 26. The image processing system according to claim 23, further comprising an executing unit for executing predetermined setting program in which the region information and the output subject identifier are described, andwherein the storing unit stores parameters obtained by executing the setting program by the executing unit.
- 27. The image processing system according to claim 23, further comprising a display unit for displaying information concerning the output subject identifier and information concerning the image data related to the output subject identifier, andwherein the relation generating unit relates the identifier of the selected image to the output subject identifier in a state in which the display unit displays the output subject identifier.
- 28. The image processing system according to claim 23, wherein the image data is stored in an external recording medium.
- 29. The image processing system according to claim 23, wherein the relation information includes an image retrieve table relating the output subject identifier to the image data.
- 30. The image processing system according to claim 23, wherein the acquiring unit acquires character output information concerning character information included in the arbitrary image, which is related to the output subject identifier.
- 31. The image processing system according to claim 30, wherein the data generating unit generates the print data based on the character output information and the selected image.
- 32. An image processing system, comprising:a storing unit for storing relation information which relates an output subject identifier to information concerning a predetermined image, the output subject identifier being related to region information concerning a region of a printing medium on which the predetermined image is to be arranged; an image data acquiring unit for acquiring image data of the image based on the relation information; and a data generating unit for generating print data such that the image is arranged on a predetermined region of the printing medium based on the region information.
- 33. The image processing system according to claim 32, further comprising a printing unit for printing the print data generated by the data generating unit.
- 34. The image processing system according to claim 32, wherein the region of the printing medium on which the predetermined image is arranged is a predetermined reference frame, and the region information represents a position and a size of the reference frame for printable region on the printing medium.
- 35. The image processing system according to claim 34, whereinthe storing unit stores the relation information which relates the identical output subject identifier related to a plurality of reference frames on the printing medium on which a predetermined image is to be arranged, to the information concerning the predetermined image, the image data acquiring unit acquires the image data of the predetermined image based on the relation information, and the data generating unit for generating the print data such that the acquired image is arranged on the respective plurality of reference frames related to the identical output subject identifier.
