Claims
- 1. A process for producing cloned recombinant human papillomavirus DNA, wherein the process comprises replicating a vector in a host cell, wherein said vector comprises human papillomavirus IP5 DNA, by growing a host cell comprising said vector under conditions such that recombinant human papillomavirus IP5 DNA is replicated.
- 2. The process of claim 1, wherein said vector comprises a fragment of human papillomavirus DNA selected from the group consisting of the genes E1, E2, E6-E7, L1, L2, and the non-coding intergenic region of the said human papillomavirus DNA.
- 3. The process of claim 1, wherein said host cell is an E. coli cell.
- 4. The process of claim 2, wherein said vector comprises the gene L1 of human papillomavirus IP5 DNA.
- 5. The process of claim 2, wherein said vector comprises the gene L2 of human papillomavirus IP5 DNA.
- 6. The process of claim 2, wherein said vector comprises the genes E6-E7 of human papillomavirus IP5 DNA.
- 7. The process of claim 2, wherein said vector comprises the intergenic non-coding region of human papillomavirus IP5 DNA.
- 8. A process for producing cloned recombinant human papillomavirus DNA, wherein the process comprises replicating a vector in a host cell, wherein said vector comprises human papillomavirus IP6 DNA, by growing a host cell comprising said vector under conditions such that recombinant human papillomavirus IP6 DNA is replicated.
- 9. The process of claim 8, wherein said vector comprises a fragment of human papillomavirus DNA selected from the group consisting of the genes E1, E2, E6-E7, L1, L2, and the non-coding intergenic region of the said human papillomavirus DNA.
- 10. The process of claim 8, wherein said host cell is an E. coli cell.
- 11. The process of claim 9, wherein said vector comprises the gene L1 of human papillomavirus IP6 DNA.
- 12. The process of claim 9, wherein said vector comprises the gene L2 of human papillomavirus IP6 DNA.
- 13. The process of claim 9, wherein said vector comprises the genes E6-E7 of human papillomavirus IP6 DNA.
- 14. The process of claim 9, wherein said vector comprises the intergenic non-coding region of human papillomavirus IP6 DNA.
