Claims
- 1. A process for constructing a column and panel concrete fence, which comprises:
placing two or more concrete footings in the ground; placing on each of said footings either a first half or a second half of a concrete column, each of said columns comprising two portions which are separated from one another along one or more planes that are essentially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the column; placing on said footings a concrete panel such that a first end of said panel overlaps one half of a column and a second end of said panel overlaps the other half of a column; placing on each of said footings the half of the column that had not yet been put on said footing; and pouring concrete into the resultant column.
