Claims
- 1. A method of making a storage target for use with a cathode ray tube comprising the steps of:
- applying a conductive layer onto an inside surface of an insulating support member;
- forming a pattern of collector electrode members on said conductive layer;
- forming an insulating material at least around each of said collector electrode members except for outer exposed areas thereof; and
- fixing a layer of dielectric storage material along said conductive layer and in engagement with said insulating material around said collector electrode members.
- 2. A method according to claim 1 wherein said insulating material is deposited over said conductive layer and around each of said collector electrode members except for outer exposed areas thereof.
- 3. A method according to claim 1 wherein said layer of dielectric storage material is fixed onto said conductive layer and said insulating material around each of said collector electrode members.
- 4. A method according to claim 1 wherein said insulating material is deposited onto said conductive layer and around each of said collector electrode members, and said layer of dielectric storage material is fixed onto said insulating material and around each of said collector electrode members.
