Claims
- 1. A process for preparation of a solid phase dispersion of inorganic photoconductive materials in an insulating polymeric matrix comprising:
- a. forming a polymeric composition from a film forming insulating polymeric resin and at least one organoselenium compound of the formula ##STR7## wherein R, R', R", R'", R.sup.iv and R.sup.v are independently selected from hydrogen, alkyl of 1 - 10 carbon atoms, phenyl, substituted phenyl, benzyl, and substituted benzyl; and
- b. subjecting said polymeric composition to sufficient energy to decompose said organoselenium compound whereby elemental selenium is deposited in the organic polymeric composition in substantial conformity with the distribution of said energy throughout the composition.
