Claims
- 1. A process for producing L-tryptophan which comprises:
- culturing in a culture medium comprising carbohydrate a glutamic acid-producing bacterium belonging to the genus Corynebacterium or Brevibacterium harboring pDTS9901;
- allowing L-tryptophan to accumulate in the culture medium; and
- recovering L-tryptophan therefrom.
