Claims
- 1. A vitamin product, comprising:an organic envelope; and an aqueous complex, inserted in the envelope, the aqueous complex comprising: water, levogyre ascorbic acid, and at least one compound which is linked to the levogyre ascorbic acid by hydrogen bridges to form a stable aqueous complex, wherein said compound is not water wherein said envelope presents a statistic size distribution smaller than 800 microns, and wherein said envelope comprises molecules selected from the group consisting of protein molecules, glucosaminoglycan molecules, polysaccharide molecules, and mixtures thereof.
- 2. A vitamin product according to claim 1, wherein said organic envelope has a substantially globular shape.
- 3. A vitamin product according to claim 1, wherein said envelope presents a statistic size distribution smaller than 100 microns.
- 4. A vitamin product according to claim 1, wherein said envelope presents a statistic size distribution ranging from 0.2 to 100 microns.
- 5. A vitamin product according to claim 4, wherein said envelope presents a statistic size distribution ranging from 3 to 60 microns.
- 6. A vitamin product according to claim 1, wherein the protein molecules and glucosaminoglycan molecules are of marine origin.
- 7. A vitamin product according to claim 1, wherein the protein molecules and glucosaminoglycan molecules are from land mammals.
- 8. A vitamin product according to claim 1, wherein the polysaccharide molecules are from vegetable origin.
- 9. A vitamin product according to claim 1, wherein the protein molecules are collagen molecules.
- 10. A vitamin product according to claim 1, wherein the glucosaminoglycan molecules are chondroitin sulphate molecules.
- 11. A vitamin product according to claim 1, wherein the polysaccharide molecules are galactomannan molecules.
- 12. A vitamin product according to claim 1, wherein the composition has a pH that is above about 4.
- 13. A vitamin product, comprising:an organic envelope; an aqueous complex, inserted in the envelope, the aqueous complex comprising: water, levogyre ascorbic acid, and at least one compound which is linked to the levogyre ascorbic acid by hydrogen bridges to form a stable aqueous complex, wherein said compound is not water; and at least one compound which stimulates the metabolism of fibroblasts wherein said envelope presents a statistic size distribution smaller than 800 microns, and wherein said envelope comprises molecules selected from the group consisting of protein molecules, glucosaminoglycan molecules, polysaccharide molecules, and mixtures thereof.
- 14. A vitamin product according to claim 13, wherein the composition has a pH that is above about 4.
- 15. A vitamin product according to claim 13, wherein the at least one compound which stimulates the metabolism of fibroblasts is a retinal compound.
