1. A process for the preparation-of a vinyl- or allyl-containing compound represented by following Formula (3):

2. The process according to claim 1, wherein a compound of Group VIII element of the Periodic Table of Elements is used as the transition element compound.

3. The process according to claim 1, wherein an iridium compound is used as the transition element compound.

4. The process according to claim 1, wherein at least one selected from the group consisting of silane compounds, silanol compounds, primary amines, and secondary amines is used as the compound represented by Formula (2).
