Claims
- 1. A compound of the formula (XI) ##STR118## wherein n represents 1 or 2,
- ring T is optionally substituted by 1 to 2 C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl radicals when n=1 and ring T is optionally substituted by 1 to 3 C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl radicals when n=2,
- R.sub.81 represents Me, 1-Bu-, 1-Hexyl, Ph, 1-Hexyl, 1-Octadecyl, HOCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 --, HO(CH.sub.2).sub.3 --, EtO.sub.2 CCH.sub.2, 1-Hexyl, H(OCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2).sub.2 --,
- R.sub.82 represents Me, 1-Bu, 1-Hexyl, 1-Dodecyl, HOCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 --, HO(CH.sub.2).sub.3 --, EtO.sub.2 CCH.sub.2 --, HO(CH.sub.2).sub.3, H(OCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2).sub.2 --, HOCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2, HOCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 --,
- Y.sub.1 represents O or S,
- A.sub.1 and A.sub.2 represent:
- radicals of formulae (IV) ##STR119## and formula (V) ##STR120## wherein X.sub.5, X.sub.12 represent R.sub.44 N; R.sub.44 represents optionally substituted alkyl, aryl, alkoxy, aryloxy or alkoxycarbonyl;
- R.sub.48, R.sub.51 represent hydrogen, alkyl, aryl, and alkoxycarbonyl; and
- (1) R.sub.5, R.sub.10, R.sub.21 and R.sub.26, independently of each other, represent hydrogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 -alkyl, amino, mono- and dialkylamino, alkoxy, hydroxy, aryloxy, alkylthio, arylthio and arylamino,
- R.sub.6, R.sub.9, R.sub.22, and R.sub.25, independently of each other, represent hydrogen, aryl, halogen, cyano, alkoxycarbonyl, substituted or unsubstituted aminocarbonyl, acyloxy, acylamino, alkylcarbonyl and arylcarbonyl,
- R.sub.7, R.sub.8, R.sub.23 and R.sub.24, independently of each other, represent hydrogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 -alkyl, amino, mono- and dialkylamino, alkoxy, hydroxy, aryloxy, alkylthio, arylthio and arylamino;
- R.sub.7, R.sub.23 further represent ##STR121## or (2) R.sub.5, R.sub.10, R.sub.21 and R.sub.26, independently of each other, represent hydrogen, aryl, halogen, cyano, alkoxycarbonyl, substituted or unsubstituted aminocarbonyl, acyloxy, acylamino, alkylcarbonyl and arylcarbonyl,
- R.sub.6, R.sub.9, R.sub.22, and R.sub.25, independently of each other, represent hydrogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 -alkyl, amino, mono- and dialkylamino, alkoxy, hydroxy, aryloxy, alkylthio, arylthio and arylamino,
- R.sub.7, R.sub.8, R.sub.23 and R.sub.24, independently of each other, represent hydrogen, aryl, halogen, cyano, alkoxycarbonyl, substituted or unsubstituted aminocarbonyl, acyloxy, acylamino, alkylcarbonyl and arylcarbonyl;
- R.sub.7, R.sub.23 further represent ##STR122## or (3) R.sub.5, R.sub.6, R.sub.7, R.sub.8, R.sub.9, R.sub.10, R.sub.21, R.sub.22, R.sub.23, R.sub.24, R.sub.25, R.sub.26, independently of each other, represent hydrogen and C.sub.1 -C.sub.3 -alkyl;
- R.sub.7, R.sub.23 further represent ##STR123##
- 2. A compound according to claim 1 wherein R.sub.81 represents Me, R.sub.82 represents Me and Y.sub.1 represents O.
- 3. A compound according to claim 1 wherein R.sub.81 represents 1-Bu-, R.sub.82 represents 1-Bu- and Y.sub.1 represents O.
- 4. A compound according to claim 1 wherein R.sub.81 represents 1-Hexyl, R.sub.82 represents 1-Hexyl, and Y.sub.1 represents O.
- 5. A compound according to claim 1 wherein R.sub.81 represents Ph, R.sub.82 represents 1-Dodecyl, and Y.sub.1 represents O.
- 6. A compound according to claim 1, wherein R.sub.81 represents 1-Hexyl, R.sub.82 represents HOCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 --, and Y.sub.1 represents O.
- 7. A compound according to claim 1, wherein R.sub.81 represents 1-Octadecyl, R.sub.82 represents HOCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 --, and Y.sub.1 represents O.
- 8. A compound according to claim 1, wherein R.sub.81 represents HOCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 --, R.sub.82 represents HOCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 --, and Y.sub.1 represents O.
- 9. A compound according to claim 1, wherein R.sub.81 represents HO(CH.sub.2).sub.3 --, R.sub.82 represents HO(CH.sub.2).sub.3 --, and Y.sub.1 represents O.
- 10. A compound according to claim 1, wherein R.sub.81 represents EtO.sub.2 CCH.sub.2, R.sub.82 represents EtO.sub.2 CCH.sub.2 --, and Y.sub.1 represents O.
- 11. A compound according to claim 1, wherein R.sub.81 represents 1-Hexyl, R.sub.82 represents HO(CH.sub.2).sub.3, and Y.sub.1 represents O.
- 12. A compound according to claim 1, wherein R.sub.81 represents H(OCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2).sub.2 --, R.sub.82 represents H(OCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2).sub.2 --, and Y.sub.1 represents O.
- 13. A compound according to claim 1, wherein R.sub.81 represents Me, R.sub.82 represents Me, and Y.sub.1 represents S.
- 14. A compound according to claim 1, wherein R.sub.81 represents 1-Hexyl, R.sub.82 represents HOCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2, and Y.sub.1 represents S.
- 15. A compound according to claim 1, wherein R.sub.81 represents 1-Octadecyl, R.sub.82 represents HOCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 --, and Y.sub.1 represents S.
- 16. A compound according to claim 1, wherein n=1; R.sub.5, R.sub.7, R.sub.21, R.sub.23, R.sub.48 and R.sub.51 represent H; R.sub.44 represents Me; R.sub.81 and R.sub.82 represent 1-Hexyl; and Y.sub.1 =O.
- 17. A compound according to claim 1, wherein; n=2; R.sub.5, R.sub.7, R.sub.21, R.sub.23, R.sub.48, and R.sub.51 represent H; R.sub.44 represents Me; R.sub.81 and R.sub.82 represent Me; and Y.sub.1 =O.
- 18. A compound according to claim 1, wherein n=1; R.sub.5, R.sub.7, R.sub.21, R.sub.23, R.sub.48, and R.sub.51 represent H; R.sub.44 represents Me; R.sub.81 represents 1-Octadecyl; R.sub.82 represents HOCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 --; and Y.sub.1 =O.
- 19. A compound according to claim 1, wherein n=1; R.sub.5, R.sub.21, R.sub.48, R.sub.51 represent H; R.sub.7 and R.sub.23 represent R.sub.44 represents Et; R.sub.81 represents 1-Hexyl; R.sub.82 represents HOCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 --; and Y.sub.1 =O.
- 20. A compound according to claim 1, wherein; n=1; R.sub.5, R.sub.21, R.sub.48, R.sub.51 represent H; R.sub.7 and R.sub.23 represent HO--CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 --S--; R.sub.44 represents Et; R.sub.81 represents 1-Hexyl; R.sub.82 represents HOCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 ; and Y.sub.1 =S.
- 21. A compound according to claim 1, wherein n=1; R.sub.5, R.sub.21, R.sub.48, R.sub.51 represent H; R.sub.7 and R.sub.23 represent ##STR124## R.sub.44 represents 1-Octyl; R.sub.81 and R.sub.82 represents Me; and Y.sub.1 =Nme.
- 22. A compound according to claim 1, wherein n=1; R.sub.5, R.sub.21, R.sub.48, R.sub.51 represent H; R.sub.7 and R.sub.23 represent ##STR125## R.sub.44 represents 1-Dodecyl; R.sub.81 and R.sub.82 represent HOCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 --; and Y.sub.1 =O.
- 23. A compound according to claim 1, wherein n=1; R.sub.5, R.sub.21, R.sub.48, R.sub.51 represent H; R.sub.7 and R.sub.23 represent ##STR126## R.sub.44 represents 1-Octadecyl; R.sub.81 and R.sub.82 represents HOCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 --; and Y.sub.1 =O.
- 24. A compound according to claim 1, wherein n=2; R.sub.5, R.sub.21, R.sub.48, R.sub.51 represent H; R.sub.7 and R.sub.23 represent Et.sub.2 N--; R.sub.44 represents 1-Hexyl; R.sub.81 and R.sub.82 represents 1-Bu--; and Y.sub.1 =O.
- 25. A compound according to claim 1, wherein n=1; R.sub.5, R.sub.21, R.sub.48, R.sub.51 represent H; R.sub.7 and R.sub.23 represent n-Bu-NH; R.sub.44 represents 1-Hexyl; R.sub.81 represents Ph; R.sub.82 represents 1-Dodecyl; and Y.sub.1 =O.
- 26. A compound according to claim 1, wherein n=1; R.sub.5, R.sub.21, R.sub.48, R.sub.51 represent H; R.sub.7 and R.sub.23 represent PhS--; R.sub.44 represents HOCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 O--; R.sub.81 and R.sub.82 represent Me; and Y.sub.1 =O.
- 27. A compound according to claim 1, wherein n=1; R.sub.5, R.sub.21, R.sub.48, R.sub.51 represent H; R.sub.7 and R.sub.23 represent PhS--; R.sub.44 represents n-octyl-CHOHCH.sub.2 --; R.sub.81 and R.sub.82 represent Me; and Y.sub.1 =O.
- 28. A compound according to claim 1, wherein n=1; R.sub.5, R.sub.21, R.sub.48, R.sub.51 represent H; R.sub.7 and R.sub.23 represent PhS--; R.sub.44 represents NC--CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 --; R.sub.81 represents 1-Hexyl; R.sub.82 represents HOCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 ; and Y.sub.1 =O.
- 29. A compound according to claim 1, wherein n=1; R.sub.5, R.sub.21, R.sub.48, R.sub.51 represent H; R.sub.7 and R.sub.23 represent PhS--; R.sub.44 represents EtO.sub.2 CCH.sub.2 --; R.sub.81 represents Ph; R.sub.82 represents 1-Dodecyl; and Y.sub.1 =O.
- 30. A compound according to claim 1, wherein n=1; R.sub.5, R.sub.21, R.sub.48, R.sub.51 represent H; R.sub.7 and R.sub.23 represent Ph--S--; R.sub.44 represents PhCH.sub.2 ; R.sub.81 and R.sub.82 represent HO(CH.sub.2).sub.3 --; and Y.sub.1 =O.
- 31. A compound according to claim 1, wherein n=1; R.sub.5, R.sub.7, R.sub.21, R.sub.23 represent H; R.sub.44 represents Et; R.sub.48, R.sub.51, R.sub.81, R.sub.82 represent Me; and Y.sub.1 =O.
- 32. A compound according to claim 1, wherein n=1; R.sub.5 and R.sub.21 represent H; R.sub.7 and R.sub.23 represent NC; R.sub.44 represents Et; R.sub.48 and R.sub.51 represent Me; R.sub.81 and R.sub.82 represent 1-Bu-; and Y.sub.1 =O.
- 33. A compound according to claim 1, wherein n=2; R.sub.5, R.sub.21, R.sub.48, R.sub.51 represent H; R.sub.7 and R.sub.23 represent H.sub.2 N; R.sub.44 represents Et; R.sub.81 and R.sub.82 represent 1-Bu-; and Y.sub.1 =O.
- 34. A compound according to claim 1, wherein n=2; R.sub.5, R.sub.21, R.sub.48, R.sub.51 represent H; R.sub.7 and R.sub.23 represent O.sub.2 N; R.sub.44 represents Et; R.sub.81 and R.sub.82 represent 1-Hexyl; and Y.sub.1 =O.
- 35. A compound according to claim 1, wherein n=1; R.sub.5, R.sub.21, R.sub.48, R.sub.51 represent H; R.sub.7 and R.sub.23 represent HO.sub.3 S; R.sub.44 represents Et; R.sub.81 and R.sub.82 represent Me; and Y.sub.1 =O.
- 36. A compound according to claim 1 having the formula (XII) ##STR127## wherein ring T can be substituted by 1-2 C.sub.1 to C.sub.4 -alkyl radicals.
