Claims
- 1. A process for production of a product compound having a structure according to Formulae IA and/or IB:
- 2. A process according to claim 1, wherein the microorganism is from the Streptomyces genus.
- 3. A process according to claim 2, wherein the microorganism is selected from the group consisting of Streptomyces rimosus, Streptomyces catenulae, Streptomyces cavourensis, and Streptomyces griseus.
- 4. A process according to claim 1, wherein the microorganism is from the Stemphylium genus.
- 5. A process according to claim 4, wherein the microorganism is Stemphylium consortiale.
- 6. A process according to claim 1, wherein the microorganism is from the Gliocladium genus.
- 7. A process according to claim 7, wherein the microorganism is Gliocladium deliquescens.
- 8. A process according to claim 1, wherein the microorganism is from the Bacillus genus.
- 9. A process according to claim 1, wherein the microorganism is from the Botrytis genus.
- 10. A process according to claim 1, wherein the microorganism is from the Cyathus genus.
- 11. A process according to claim 1, wherein the microorganism is from the Rhizopus genus.
- 12. A process according to claim 1, wherein the microorganism is from the Pycniodosphora genus.
- 13. A process according to claim 1, wherein the microorganism is from the Pseudomonas genus.
- 14. A process according to claim 1, wherein the microorganism is from the genus Helicostylum.
- 15. A process according to claim 1, wherein the microorganism is from the genus Aspergillus.
- 16. A process according to claim 1, wherein the microorganism is from the Mucor genus.
- 17. A process according to claim 1, wherein the microorganism is from the Gelasinospora genus.
- 18. A process according to claim 1, wherein the microorganism is from the Rhodotorula genus.
- 19. A process according to claim 1, wherein the microorganism is from the Mycobacterium genus.
- 20. A process according to claim 1, wherein the product compound has a structure according to Formula IIIA and/or IIIB:
- 21. A process according to claim 20, wherein the product compound is 4-(4-(4-hydroxydiphenyl)-1-piperidinyl)-1-hydroxybutyl)-α,α-dimethylpenylacetic acid.
- 22. A process according to claim 1, wherein the product compound has a structure according to Formula IVA and/or IVB:
- 23. A process according to claim 22, wherein the product compound is 4-[4-[4-diphenylmethoxy)-1-piperidinyl]-oxobutyl]-α,α-dimethylphenylacetic acid.
- 24. A process according to claim 1, wherein said incubating is carried out at a temperature of 20° C. to 80° C.
- 25. A process according to claim 1, wherein said incubating is carried out at a pH of 4 to 9.
- 26. A process according to claim 1, wherein said incubating is carried out for a period of 2 to 240 hours.
- 27. A process for production of a product compound having a structure according to Formulae IA and/or IB:
- 28. A process according to claim 27, wherein the product compound has a structure according to Formulae IIIA and/or IIIB:
- 29. A process according to claim 28, wherein the starting compound is 4-(4-(4-hydroxydiphenyl)-1-piperidinyl)-1-hydroxybutyl)-α,α-dimethylpenylacetic acid.
- 30. A process according to claim 27, wherein the product compound has a structure according to Formulae IVA and/or IVB:
- 31. A process according to claim 30, wherein the product compound is 4-[4-[4-diphenylmethoxy)-1-piperidinyl]-oxobutyl]-α,α-dimethylphenylacetic acid.
- 32. A process according to claim 27, wherein said incubating is carried out at a temperature of 20° C. to 80° C.
- 33. A process according to claim 27, wherein said incubating is carried out at a pH of 4 to 9.
- 34. A process according to claim 27, wherein said incubating is carried out for a period of 2 to 240 hours.
- 35. A process according to claim 1, wherein prior to said incubating, the microorganism is subjected to cryopreservation or multi-stage liquid culture induction.
