Claims
- 1. A polymeric fluorophenyl hydroxylamine resin compound of formula wherein is a solid support; A is absent or a group of formula —X1—Z— wherein X1 is —CHR— or —CHR—Y—CO—(CH2)n— wherein R is H, alkyl, phenyl, or phenyl substituted with —H, alkyl, alkoxy, halogen, nitrile or —NO2, R28, R29, and R30 are ring system substituents, or R28 and R29 taken together with the carbon atoms through which they are linked form a 6 membered aryl or a 5 to 6 membered heteroaryl, Y is —O— or —NH—, n is an integer from 1 to 6, and Z is —O— or —NH—; R3 and R4 are independently —H, alkyl, phenyl, or phenyl substituted with one or more substituents selected from alkyl, alkoxy, halogen nitrile and —NO2; and P1 is H or an amine protecting group.
- 2. A polymeric fluorophenyl hydroxylamine resin compound according to claim 1 herein A is O—; and R28, R29, and R30 are fluoro groups.
- 3. A polymeric fluorophenyl hydroxylamine resin compound according to claim 2 wherein one of R3 and R4 is H and the other is H or 2,4-dimethoxyphenyl.
- 4. A polymeric fluorophenyl hydroxylamine resin compound according to claim 3 wherein P1 is H.
- 5. A polymeric fluorophenyl hydroxylamine resin compound according to claim 4 wherein P1 is allyloxycarbonyl.
- 6. A polymeric fluorophenyl hydroxylamine resin compound according to claim 4 which is 4-(O-methylhydroxylamine)-2,3,5,6-tetrafluorophenoxymethyl-copoly(styrene-1% divinylbenzene)resin or 4-(2′,4′-dimethoxyphenyl-O-methylhydroxylamine)-2,3,5,6-tetrafluorophenoxymethyl-copoly(styrene-1% divinylbenzene)resin.
