Claims
- 1. A process of making a projectile comprising the steps of: forming a resilient structure into a substantial tubular annular shape with a outer wall portion and an inner wall portion located along the tubular extent thereof with a foldable portion therebetween and folding same thereat for defining a payload carrying portion; filling said payload within said carrying portion and closing the fill area.
- 2. The process of claim 1 wherein said closing steps includes sealing the fill area.
- 3. The process of claim 1 wherein the payload is filled by first placing it in bag means.
- 4. The process of claim 1 wherein at least one surface of at least one wall is molded with a rupturable relief portion.
- 5. The process of claim 4 of wrapping a band of rupturable material within said relief portion.
