- 2. Improved process according to claim 1 wherein said conjugated diolefin has 4 to 8 carbom atoms.
- 3. The process of claim 1 wherein said conjugated diolefin is butadiene.
- 4. The process of claim 1 wherein the conjugated diolefin, chloroprene or 2,3-dichlorobutadiene is copolymerized with up to 40% by weight, based on the conjugated diolefin, chloroprene or 2,3-dichlorobutadiene, of an .alpha.-olefin.
