Claims
- 1. A process for producing the compound of formula (I), which comprises cultivating a microorganism having all of the identifying characteristics of Penicillium simplicissimum FERM BP-6357, or a mutant cell derived therefrom capable of producing the compound of formula (I), in a fermentation broth, and isolating said compound from the fermentation broth.
