Abstract
The invention concerns protective equipment, discloses an accessory equipment for using umbrella without hand, convenient umbrella-holding bag, comprise (1) umbrella handle bag; (2) umbrella rod belt; (3) trunk, (4) convenient umbrella-carrying belts. The present invention is simple, low cost, easily able to fulfil by adding 4 sets of the accessories to an umbrella bag, 3 sets of the accessories to an backpack, or 3 sets of the accessories even to a coat; convenience, for people's shopping, hiking, bike commuting; the present invention provides a new means of using umbrella without hand-holding of sun and rain protection during outdoor activities.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Technical Field and Prior Art

The present invention relates generally to protective equipment, particularly to an accessory equipment for convenient usage of umbrella.


Currently umbrella of rains or sunray are hold in hand of human when used, which lowers man capability of carrying things, especially inconvenient for man riding bicycles, dangerous with one hand controlling bicycles.


BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The purpose of the present invention is to fulfil non-hand-hold using umbrella equipment, when walking or biking.


The invention provides a convenient holding umbrella bag for realizing the above purposes, details are as follows:


A conveniently umbrella-holding(Cuh) bag includes (1) umbrella handle bag (Buh); (2) umbrella rod belt(Bur); (3) Cuh bag trunk ; (4) conveniently-umbrella-carrying(Cuc) belts;

    • Said umbrella handle is hand-holding part of umbrella rod of umbrella, that usually is composed of components of umbrella tent, umbrella rod, and umbrella handle;
    • Said umbrella handle bag(Buh) is a small bag just enough for umbrella handle for limiting motion of umbrella handle inside the bag when used;
    • Said umbrella rod belt(Bur) is a small belt for limiting horizontal motion of umbrella rod used;
    • Said conveniently umbrella-holding(Cuh) bag trunk is made up of a single or combination of flakiness that links umbrella handle bag(Buh), umbrella rod belt(Bur) and conveniently-umbrella-carrying(Cuc) belts as whole, and fixes positions among the these three components;
    • Said conveniently-umbrella-carrying(Cuc) belts are made up of a single or combination of flakiness for fixing position of Cuh bag trunk and umbrella on umbrella-using man body.


Another feature of the present conveniently umbrella-holding bag includes, umbrella handle bag(Buh) that is a small bag just enough for umbrella handle for limiting motion of umbrella handle inside the bag.


Another feature of the present conveniently umbrella-holding bag includes, umbrella handle bag(Buh) whose opening diameter and depth are just enough for umbrella handle for limiting horizontal and downside motion of umbrella handle inside the bag.


Another feature of the present conveniently umbrella-holding bag includes, umbrella handle bag(Buh) that is equipped with a small belt, called as umbrella handle belt, for limiting upside motion of umbrella handle inside the bag.


Another feature of the present conveniently umbrella-holding bag includes, umbrella handle bag(Buh) whose umbrella handle belt is equipped with shackle, for limiting upside motion of umbrella handle inside the bag.


Another feature of the present conveniently umbrella-holding bag includes, umbrella rod belt(Bur) that is a small belt for limiting horizontal motion of umbrella rod.


Another feature of the present conveniently-umbrella-holding bag includes, umbrella rod belt(Bur) that is equipped with shackle, for limiting horizontal motion of umbrella rod.


Another feature of the present conveniently umbrella-holding bag includes, conveniently umbrella-holding(Cuh) bag trunk that is made up of a single or combination of flakiness that links umbrella handle bag(Buh), umbrella rod belt(Bur) and conveniently-umbrella-carrying(Cuc) belts as whole, and fixes positions among the these three components.


Another feature of the present conveniently umbrella-holding bag includes, umbrella handle bag at fixed position equipped with umbrella handle belt.


Another feature of the present conveniently-umbrella-holding bag includes, conveniently-umbrella-carrying(Cuc) belts made up of a single or combination of flakiness for fixing position of Cuh bag trunk and umbrella on umbrella-using man body.


Another feature of the present conveniently-umbrella-holding bag includes, conveniently-umbrella-carrying(Cuc) belts equipped with shackles for linking two end of the belts together as whole making conveniently umbrella-holding(Cuh) bag trunk fixed on umbrella-using man body.


Another feature of the present conveniently-umbrella-holding bag includes, conveniently-umbrella-carrying(Cuc) belts made up of upper side Cuc belts and lower side Cuc belts, wherein upper side Cuc belts carry over shoulders of umbrella-using man, lower side Cuc belts go under shoulders of umbrella-using man.


Another feature of the present conveniently-umbrella-holding bag includes, conveniently-umbrella-carrying(Cuc) belts made up of upper side left-right Cuc belts and lower side left-right Cuc belts, wherein upper side left Cuc belt over left shoulder of umbrella-using man links lower side left Cuc belts under left shoulder, tightens along man-body and locks by belts shackles, and upper side right Cuc belt over right shoulder links lower side right Cuc belts under right shoulder of umbrella-using man, tightens along man-body and locks by belts shackles, making trunk of conveniently-umbrella-holding bag appress man-body and umbrella tent place above man-head, or by using elastic material made belts upper side left Cuc belt links lower side left Cuc belts, upper side right Cuc belt links lower side right Cuc belts, obtaining same effect of tightening belts along man body.


Said flakiness are made up of any materials such as plastic cloth, clothing cloth, backpack cloth.


Said shackles means any pair of things that are capable to link together as whole by a man-power and to take part from each other by another man-power, such as buttonhole button, snap fastener, nylon buckle, friction buckle, magnetic clasp.


The advantages of the present invention are below: simple structure, low cost, convenient umbrella-holding bag can be obtained by adding 4 accessories to present folding umbrella bag, by adding 3 accessories to present backpack, even or by adding 3 accessories to present jacket's Front and back lapel; convenience for people's shopping, hiking, bike commuting; the present invention provides a new means for using umbrella without hand-holding.

A detailed description of six embodiments of the invention in conjunction with the accompanying drawings:


Embodiment 1 pouch-style convenient umbrella-holding (Cuh) bag as in FIG. 1, structure, (1) make Cuh bag trunk by sewing 260 mm long, 30 mm wide belt as label 1-2, (2) at upper end of Cuh bag trunk sew and link 800 mm long, 30 mm wide belts for upper side Cuc belts as label 1-8, with nylon buckle as label 1-7, (3) at same end sew and link a small belt with shackle for Bur belt as label 1-1, (4) at the other end of the trunk sew and link a small bag for Buh bag, its sizes, position as label 1-3, around 55 mm opening diameter, 30 mm deep, (5) at opening of the Buh bag sew and link a small belt with shackle for Buh belt as label 1-4, for twining umbrella rod forming a diameter smaller than umbrella handle's and shackle closing the handle in the Buh bag not able to move out from Buh bag, at around 30 mm from lower end of the trunk, (6) at lower end of the trunk sew and link another 800 mm long, 30 mm wide belts for lower side Cuc belts as label 1-5, with nylon buckle as label 1-7; when unused the whole Cuh bag with the trunk, Cuc belts can be put into the Buh bag, pouch-style Cuh bag, so, realizing embodiment 1;

Embodiment 3 backpack-style convenient umbrella-holding (Cuh) bag as in FIG. 3, (1) at upper edge of a backpack back sew and link a small belt with shackle for Bur belt as label 3-1, one arrow pointing to black circular with white circle for a piece of shackle, another arrow pointing to Bur belt with double concentric circle for linkage of the backpack back, a convenient umbrella-holding (Cuh) bag's trunk, and upper side convenient umbrella carrying (Cuc) belts, black circular on the belt for the other piece of the belt's shackle, (2) below the Bur belt sew and link a small bag for Buh bag, making the opening of the Buh bag at at 230 mm from the Bur belts, as label 3-3, around 55 mm opening diameter, 30 mm deep, (3) at opening of the Buh bag sew and link a small belt with shackle for Buh belt as label 3-4, similar to label 3-1, for twining umbrella rod forming a diameter smaller than umbrella handle's and shackle closing the handle in the Buh bag not able to move out from Buh bag, (4) Cuh bag trunk embedded in back of the backpack, as label 3-2, at upper edge of the back sew and link Bur belt as label 3-1 and upper side Cuc belts (backpack straps) as label 3-7, at middle of the back sew and link Buh bag, Buh belt with shackle, at lower part lower side backpack straps as label 3-5 for lower side Cuc belts, with friction buckles as label 3-6 linking to the upper side Cuc belts as label 3-7, accomplishing Cuc belts; so equipped with Bur belt and its shackle as label 3-1, Buh bag as label 3-3, Buh belt and its shackle as label 3-4, a backpack-style Cuh bag is realized from a backpack.

  • 1. A conveniently umbrella-holding(Cuh) bag includes (1) umbrella handle(Buh) bag; (2) umbrella rod(Bur) belt; (3) Cuh bag trunk ; (4) conveniently-umbrella-carrying(Cuc) belts ; Said umbrella handle is hand-holding part of umbrella rod of umbrella, that usually is composed of components of umbrella tent, umbrella rod, and umbrella handle;Said umbrella handle(Buh) bag is a small bag just enough for umbrella handle for limiting motion of umbrella handle inside the bag when used;Said umbrella rod(Bur) belt is a small belt for limiting horizontal motion of umbrella rod used;Said conveniently umbrella-holding(Cuh) bag trunk is made up of a single or combination of flakiness that links umbrella handle(Buh) bag, umbrella rod(Bur) belt and conveniently-umbrella-carrying(Cuc) belts as whole, and fixes positions among the these three components;Said conveniently-umbrella-carrying(Cuc) belts are made up of a single or combination of flakiness for fixing position of Cuh bag trunk and umbrella on umbrella-using man body.
  • 2. A conveniently umbrella-holding bag as in claim 1, wherein the bag includes umbrella handle(Buh) bag that is a small bag just enough for umbrella handle for limiting motion of umbrella handle inside the bag.
  • 3. A conveniently umbrella-holding bag as in claim 2, wherein the bag includes umbrella handle(Buh) bag whose opening diameter and depth are just enough for umbrella handle for limiting horizontal and downside motion of umbrella handle inside the Buh bag.
  • 4. A conveniently umbrella-holding bag as in claim 2, wherein the bag includes umbrella handle(Buh) bag that is equipped with a small belt at the bag mouth, called as umbrella handle (Buh) belt, for limiting upside motion of umbrella handle inside the Buh bag.
  • 5. A conveniently umbrella-holding bag as in claim 4, wherein the bag includes umbrella handle(Buh) belt is equipped with shackle, for limiting upside motion of umbrella handle inside the bag.
  • 6. A conveniently umbrella-holding bag as in claim 1, wherein the bag includes umbrella rod(Bur) belt that is a small belt, three times longer than the rod diameter, for limiting horizontal motion of umbrella rod.
  • 7. A conveniently umbrella-holding bag as in claim 6, wherein the bag includes umbrella rod(Bur) belt that is equipped with shackle, for limiting horizontal motion of umbrella rod.
  • 8. A conveniently umbrella-holding bag as in claim 1, wherein the bag includes conveniently umbrella-holding(Cuh) bag trunk that is made up of a single or combination of flakiness that links umbrella handle(Buh) bag, umbrella rod(Bur) belt and conveniently-umbrella-carrying(Cuc) belts as whole, and fixes positions among the three components.
  • 9. A conveniently umbrella-holding bag as in claim 1, wherein the bag includes conveniently-umbrella-carrying(Cuc) belts made up of a single or combination of flakiness for fixing position of Cuh bag trunk and umbrella on umbrella-using man body.
