Claims
- 1. An isolated polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of FIG. 3.
- 2. The polypeptide according to claim 1, which is produced by a recombinant microorganism.
- 3. The polypeptide according to claim 2, wherein the microorganism is Escherichia coli.
- 4. The polypeptide according to claim 1, which comprises the amino acid sequence: ##STR1##
- 5. A method for producing a protein of a eukaryotic organism having a natural type disulfide bond in its molecule, which comprises subjecting a protein of a eukaryotic organism produced from a recombinant prokaryotic cell, to a reaction with a polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of FIG. 3.
- 6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the reaction is carried out in the presence of a reducing agent.
