Claims
- 1. An isolated DNA comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding .alpha.-glucosidase, wherein said .alpha.-glucosidase has the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:3.
- 2. A recombinant expression vector containing exogenous DNA sequence encoding .alpha.-glucosidase, wherein said vector is capable of expressing .alpha.-glucosidase in a transformant and wherein said .alpha.-glucosidase has the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:3.
- 3. A transformant capable of expressing .alpha.-glucosidase, wherein said transformant is obtained by transforming a microorganism with the vector of claim 2.
- 4. A method for producing .alpha.-glucosidase comprising the steps of:
- (a) cultivating a transformant harboring an expression vector of claim 2 in a medium to produce .alpha.-glucosidase, wherein said .alpha.-glucosidase has the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:3; and
- (b) harvesting said .alpha.-glucosidase.
