The present disclosure relates to the technical field of storage boxes, in particular to a pull-out storage box with automatic switching function.
Storage boxes are the tools used to store and collect things, which are usually called organizing boxes, or collecting boxes.
Storage boxes include different types such as open-type and closed-type, and pull-out closed storage boxes can store items for easy carrying. At the same time, they cannot be directly viewed from the outside and have certain hidden protection, making them widely used.
In existing technology, a pull-out storage box has a large gap between the storage area and the box body for convenience to pull-out, lacking the sealing protection for objects that need to be stored, making it inconvenient to store and carry items which need to be sealed.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a pull-out storage box with automatic switching function to solve the above technical problems.
This present disclosure provides a pull-out storage box with automatic switching function, which solves the problem of the pull-out storage box lacking sealing protection ability for objects that need to be stored, making it inconvenient to store and carry items which need to be sealed.
To solve the above technical problem, a pull-out storage box with automatic switching function is provided by the present disclosure, which includes an external component, wherein the external component includes a box body, and a top of the box body is provided with a top cover;
A pull-out component, wherein the pull-out component is slidably connected to the box body; the pull-out component includes a withdrawable storage cabinet, one side of the storage cabinet is fixedly connected with a lateral shield board, two sliding covers that is able to open and close are provided at one side of the lateral shield board and located at a top of the storage cabinet, and two limit strips are fixedly connected at a top of the sliding cover;
A guide inclined plate fixed to a bottom of the top cover;
A connecting component, wherein the connecting component is provided on the lateral shield board for connecting the lateral shield board and the two sliding covers; the connecting component includes a limit sliding slot, two limit sliding blocks are slidably connected to the limit sliding slot, and one side of the limit sliding block is fixedly connected to a limit sliding plate.
Preferably, both sides of the box body are provided with mounting slots, and the bottom of the top cover is fixedly connected with mounting pieces used in cooperation with the mounting slots.
Preferably, the storage cabinet is slidably connected to the box body, and the two limit strips are respectively arranged on both sides of the guide inclined plate.
Preferably, the limit sliding slot is arranged inside the lateral shield board, and the limit sliding plate passes through the lateral shield board and is fixedly connected to the sliding cover.
Preferably, there are two of the guide inclined plates fixedly connected at the bottom of the top cover, and the guide inclined plate is slidably connected to the limit strip.
Preferably, the pull-out storage box further includes a linkage component, wherein the linkage component is provided at a bottom of an inner wall of the box body; the linkage component includes a conveyor belt, one side of the conveyor belt is fixedly connected with a pull-out plate, and a bottom of the storage cabinet is fixedly connected with a linkage base.
Preferably, the conveyor belt is arranged at the bottom of the inner wall of the box body, the linkage base is fixed at a top of the conveyor belt, and one end of the pull-out plate passes through the box body.
Compared with related arts, the pull-out storage box with automatic switching function provided by this present disclosure has the following advantageous effects:
This present disclosure provides a pull-out storage box with automatic switching function. By setting two sliding covers above the storage cabinet, the sealing ability of the storage cabinet is improved, avoiding the gap between the box body and the pull-out storage cabinet too large. Moreover, the two sliding covers will automatically open when the storage cabinet is pulled out, and will automatically close when the storage cabinet is pushed towards the inside of the box body, making the operation simple and convenient for use.

The inclination of the limit strip 24 is consistent with that of the guide inclined plate 3.
Both sides of the box body 11 are provided with mounting slots 6, and the bottom of the top cover 12 is fixedly connected with mounting pieces 7 used in cooperation with the mounting slots 6.

The working principle of the pull-out storage box with automatic switching function provided by this present disclosure is as follows:
When the user needs to storage items, first pulling the lateral shield board 22 away from the direction where the box body 11 is located, and the lateral shield board 22 drives the sliding cover 23 to move away from the box body 11. During the movement of the sliding cover 23, as the limit strip 24 can only move along the direction of the guide inclined plate 3, the sliding cover 23 will also move in the direction of the limit strip 24 towards the sliding cover 23.
Through the sliding of the limit sliding block 52 inside the limit sliding slot 51, the limit sliding plate 53 and the sliding cover 23 can only slide horizontally with the limit sliding block 52. Therefore, when pulling the lateral shield board 22 outward, the two sliding covers 23 will move away from each other, at this moment, the storage cabinet 21 is shown up and open, and the items can be placed inside the storage cabinet 21.
When placing the items inside the storage cabinet 21, pushing the lateral shield board 22 towards the direction where the box body 11 is located, causing the storage cabinet 21 and the sliding cover 23 to move towards the inside of the box body 11. Due to the limit strips 24 being limited by the guide inclined plate 3, the two sliding covers 23 move in the direction close to each other with the two limit strips 24, and finally fit together.

By setting two sliding covers 23 above the storage cabinet 21, the sealing ability of the storage cabinet 21 is improved, avoiding the gap between the box body 11 and the pull-out storage cabinet 21 too large. When the pull-out plate 82 is pulled away from the direction where the box body 11 is located, the conveyor belt 81 rotates counterclockwise and drives the linkage base 83 to move together. The linkage base 83 drives the storage cabinet 21 to move towards the outside of the box body 11. However, when the pull-out plate 82 is pushed towards the direction near the box body 11, the conveyor belt 81 rotates clockwise and drives the linkage base 83 to move together, and the linkage base 83 drives the storage cabinet 21 to move towards the inside of the box body 11.

By setting up a pull-out plate 82 that can be pulled or pushed to drive the storage cabinet 21 to move together, there is no need to pull the lateral shield board 22, which adds another way to open the storage cabinet 21. This not only makes the operation more convenient, but also adds fun.
