Abstract
A pull-out table includes a fixed table body and a moveable table body, the moveable table body includes a moveable table frame and a moveable tabletop, the moveable table frame is connected to the fixed table body in a sliding manner, on the moveable table frame is formed a bearing part and an installation part used for placing the moveable tabletop, the moveable table body may move in a direction close to the fixed table body so that the moveable frame is covered under the fixed table body, and the moveable tabletop is placed between the bearing part and a fixed tabletop of the fixed table body; or, the moveable table body may move in a direction away from the fixed table body to expose the moveable table frame.

CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION

This application claims the benefit of and takes priority from Chinese Patent Application No. 202222757610.9 filed on Oct. 19, 2022, the contents of which are herein incorporated by reference.


TECHNICAL FIELD

The utility model relates to the technical field of table furniture, more particular to a pull-out table.


BACKGROUND

Table, as a kind of common furniture, is mainly made of wood. With a plane above and a pillar below, a table may be employed to place goods, deal with things, have dinners, do writing and work, etc. This kind of furniture is formed by fixing a smooth flat plate, legs and other support parts.


Although current tables are quite different in shapes, styles and materials, they have similar structures, mainly including a tabletop and legs, the legs being installed below the tabletop.


The applicant of the utility model finds that current tables at least have the following technical problems.


Normal tables in daily life are of a fixed tabletop which cannot be changed in size. When the space to place the table or the scenario to use the table changes, for example, the table is moved from a big room to a small room, the quantity of people using the table changes, the table is used or lie idle alternatively, many inconveniences will arise.


SUMMARY

In view of the above, the utility model aims to provide a pull-out table, so as to solve the problems in existing technologies that available tables in daily life have fixed tabletops that cannot be changed in size and are inconvenient to use.


In order to achieve the above aim, the utility model provides a pull-out table, including a fixed table body and a moveable table body, wherein the moveable table body includes a moveable table frame and a moveable tabletop, the moveable table frame is connected to the fixed table body in a sliding manner, on the moveable table frame is formed a bearing part and an installation part used for placing the moveable tabletop, the moveable table body may move in a direction close to the fixed table body so that the moveable frame is covered under the fixed table body, and the moveable tabletop is placed between the bearing part and a fixed tabletop of the fixed table body; or,


the moveable table body may move in a direction away from the fixed table body to expose the moveable table frame, and the moveable tabletop may be installed on the installation part so that the moveable tabletop is level with the fixed tabletop of the fixed table body; and

    • both the fixed table body and the moveable table body are provided at bottoms thereof with a ground support part abutting against the ground, and the movement of the moveable table body may bring the ground support part thereon to a movement with it.


As a further improvement, the fixed table body includes a fixed table frame and the fixed tabletop, the fixed tabletop may be fixedly arranged on the fixed table frame in a detachable manner, the fixed table frame is fixedly provided with two ground support parts at a bottom thereof, and the fixed table frame is connected to the moveable table frame in a sliding manner.


As a further improvement, the moveable table frame includes pull-out rods and a connecting rod; two pull-out rods are arranged at two sides of the pull-out table respectively and are connected to two sides of the fixed table frame in a sliding manner respectively, the connecting rod is fixedly arranged between the two pull-out rods and has a bottom fixedly provided with two ground support parts, between the two pull-out rods is arranged the bearing part, and the pull-out rod has an upper surface forming the installation part used for installing the moveable tabletop.


As a further improvement, the bearing part is in a U-shaped structure, a plurality of the bearing parts are arranged along the length direction of the pull-out rod, and all of the bearing parts are fixed below the pull-out rod at intervals.


As a further improvement, the bearing part includes vertical rods and a horizontal rod arranged between two vertical rods, the two vertical rods are fixed below the two pull-out rods respectively, and the horizontal rod is fixedly connected between end parts of the two vertical rods away from the pull-out rod.


As a further improvement, an upper surface of the connecting rod is above the upper surface of the pull-out rod in height, and the upper surface of the connecting rod is level with an upper surface of the fixed tabletop.


As a further improvement, between the moveable table frame and the fixed table frame is arranged a ball sliding structure.


As a further improvement, the ball sliding structure includes a base, a slide block and a ball; the bottom of the fixed table frame is provided with the base, the base defines thereon a slide groove, the slide groove runs through the base along the length direction, the slide block is moveably arranged within the slide groove and the slide block is connected to the moveable table frame, two side walls of the slide groove define guide rail grooves respectively, two sides of the slide block define symmetrical slideway grooves fitting with the guide rail grooves, and the slideway grooves are connected to the guide rail grooves through the ball.


As a further improvement, the moveable tabletop includes at least two splice table plates, and when the splice table plates are installed on the moveable table frame, a detachable connection is formed between the fixed tabletop and an adjacent splice table plate and between the two adjacent splice table plates through a limit structure.


As a further improvement, the moveable tabletop includes a first splice table plate and a second splice table plate, the fixed tabletop defines thereon a first limit groove, two sides of the first splice table plate are provided with a first limit protrusion and a second limit groove respectively, the first limit protrusion fits with the first limit groove, the second splice table plate is provided with a second limit protrusion fitting with the second limit groove.


The pull-out table provided by the utility model includes a fixed table body and a moveable table body, a moveable table frame in the moveable table body is connected to the fixed table body in a sliding manner, on the moveable table frame is formed a bearing part and an installation part used for placing the moveable tabletop, the moveable table body may move in a direction close to the fixed table body so that the moveable frame is covered under the fixed table body, in which case the moveable tabletop is placed between the bearing part and a fixed tabletop of the fixed table body; or, the moveable table body may move in a direction away from the fixed table body to expose the moveable table frame, in which case the moveable tabletop may be taken out from the bearing part and installed on the installation part so that the moveable tabletop is level with the fixed tabletop of the fixed table body; compared with conventional tables of fixed tabletops, the pull-out table provided by the utility model has benefits of changeable tabletop size and full utilization of space. In addition, the movement of the moveable table body may bring the ground support part connected thereto to a movement with it, increasing the distance between the ground support part of the fixed table body and the ground support part of the moveable table body to further secure the tabletop and ensure the overall strength and stability of the pull-out table.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

To make the purpose, the technical scheme and the advantages of the utility model more apparent and understandable, a detailed description is provided below for the technical scheme of the utility model. Obviously, the embodiments described hereinafter are simply part embodiments of the utility model, but all the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments in the utility model without creative work are intended to be included in the scope of protection of the utility model.

Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the utility model provides a pull-out table, including a fixed table body 2 and a moveable table body 1, wherein the moveable table body 1 includes a moveable table frame 11 and a moveable tabletop 12, the moveable table frame 11 is connected to the fixed table body 2 in a sliding manner, on the moveable table frame 11 is formed a bearing part 3 and an installation part used for placing the moveable tabletop 12, the moveable table body 1 may move in a direction close to the fixed table body 2 so that the moveable frame 11 is covered under the fixed table body 2, and the moveable tabletop 12 is placed between the bearing part 3 and a fixed tabletop of the fixed table body 2; or, the moveable table body 1 may move in a direction away from the fixed table body 2 to expose the moveable table frame 11, and the moveable tabletop 12 may be installed on the installation part so that the moveable tabletop 12 is level with the fixed tabletop of the fixed table body 2. Compared with conventional tables of fixed tabletops, the pull-out table provided by the utility model can expand the usable area of the tabletop easily and efficiently and has benefits of changeable tabletop size and full utilization of space.


In the present embodiment, the fixed table body 2 is provided at a bottom thereof with a ground support part 5 abutting against the ground, and in order to ensure the stability of the pull-out table when the moveable table body 1 is extended, the moveable table body 1 is also provided at a bottom thereof with a ground support part 5 abutting against the ground, through such a way the movement of the moveable table body 1 may bring the ground support part thereon to a movement with it. After the moveable table body 1 is extended, the distance is increased between the ground support part 5 of the fixed table body 2 and the ground support part 5 of the moveable table body 1 to further secure the tabletop and ensure the overall strength and stability of the pull-out table.


In an optional embodiment, the fixed table body 2 includes a fixed table frame and the fixed tabletop, the fixed tabletop may be fixedly arranged on the fixed table frame in a detachable manner; specifically, the fixed tabletop may consist of a plurality of table plates, and each of the table plates is fixed on the fixed table frame through a bolt, enabling convenient disassembly. The fixed table frame is fixedly provided with two ground support parts 5 at a bottom thereof; the fixed table frame is connected to the moveable table frame 11 in a sliding manner, for expanding the usable area of the tabletop easily and efficiently.


In the present embodiment, the moveable table frame 11 includes pull-out rods 111 and a connecting rod 112; two pull-out rods 111 are arranged at two sides of the pull-out table respectively and form sliding connection with two sides of the fixed table frame respectively, the connecting rod 112 is fixedly arranged between the two pull-out rods 111 and has a bottom fixedly provided with the two ground support parts 5, between the two pull-out rods 111 is arranged the bearing part 3, and the pull-out rod 111 has an upper surface forming the installation part used for installing the moveable tabletop 12.


Specifically, the bearing part 3 is in a U-shaped structure, a plurality of the bearing parts 3 are arranged along the length direction of the pull-out rod 111, and all of the bearing parts 3 are fixed below the pull-out rod 111 at intervals. The bearing part 3 includes vertical rods and a horizontal rod arranged between two vertical rods, the two vertical rods are fixed below the two pull-out rods 111 respectively, and the horizontal rod is fixedly connected between end parts of the two vertical rods away from the pull-out rod 111. In the present embodiment, the vertical rod is in detachable connection with the bottom of the pull-out rod 111 of the moveable table frame 11 through a bolt, also connections are made by bolts between the ground support part 5 and the connecting rod 12 and between the ground support part 5 and the fixed table frame, as a consequence of which the pull-out table may be detached into parts easy to carry and transport, to facilitate the carry and transportation of the pull-out table, ease the installation, reduce the volume of package, and avoid damages occurring to the table during the carrying or transportation process.


In the present embodiment, an upper surface of the connecting rod 112 is above the upper surface of the pull-out rod 111 in height, and the upper surface of the connecting rod 112 is level with an upper surface of the fixed tabletop. After the moveable tabletop 12 is installed, the upper surface of the connecting rod 112, the upper surface of the moveable tabletop 12 and the upper surface of the fixed tabletop are at a same height, enabling a better flatness in use.


Between the moveable table frame 11 and the fixed table frame is arranged a ball sliding structure 4. The ball sliding structure 4 includes a base 41, a slide block 42 and a ball 43; the bottom of the fixed table frame is provided with the base 41, the base 41 may be arranged as a long bar, the base 41 is arranged at the bottom of the fixed table frame, the base 41 defines thereon a slide groove, the slide groove runs through the base 41 along the length direction, the slide block 42 is moveably arranged within the slide groove and the slide block 42 is connected to the moveable table frame 11, two side walls of the slide groove define guide rail grooves 44 respectively. Specifically, two side walls of the slide groove define symmetrical installation grooves, two ends of the installation groove may be level with two ends of the slide groove, a metal strip is fixedly arranged within the installation groove, two ends of the metal strip are level with the two ends of the installation groove, an outer surface of the metal strip defines the guide rail groove 44 along the length direction thereof, two sides of the slide block 42 define symmetrical slideway grooves 45 fitting with the guide rail grooves 44, and the slideway grooves 45 are connected to the guide rail grooves 44 through the ball 43. The ball 43 may provide a supporting force for the slide block 42, reducing the friction of the slide block 42 during the sliding process so that the slide block 42 slides more smoothly.


Further, between the fixed table frame and the moveable table frame 11 is arranged a lock structure, which is used for limiting the relative position of the moveable table frame 11 to the fixed table frame. Specifically, the lock structure includes a wire rope 6, a lock catch 8 and a switch 7 used for controlling the lock catch; the base 41 and the slide block 42 are provided with a roller respectively, the slide block 42 defines thereon an installation through-slot for installing the lock catch 8, the lock catch 8 is installed within the installation through-slot and is connected to the switch 7, the lock catch 8 defines thereon a wire rope perforation, one end of the wire rope 6 may pass through the lock catch 8 via the wire rope perforation and is fixed on the slide block 42 after being wound around the roller on the base 41, the other end of the wire rope 6 is fixed on the slide block 42 too after being wound around the roller on the slide block 42; the switch in the present embodiment has two states, including a locked state and an unlocked state; the switch in the locked state can control the lock catch 8 and the wire rope on 6 the lock catch 8 to retract into the installation through-slot, thereby limiting the relative position of the moveable table frame 11 to the fixed table frame; the switch 7 in the unlocked state can control the lock catch 8 and the wire rope 6 on the lock catch 8 to extend out of the installation through-slot, ensuing the wire rope 6 to shuttle back and forth in the wire rope perforation, by the time the moveable table frame 11 and the fixed table frame are in an unlocked state, namely, the moveable table frame 11 can move relative to the fixed table frame. The above lock structure is a commonly used structure in the prior art.


In addition, in the present embodiment the moveable tabletop 12 includes at least two splice table plates; when the splice table plates are installed on the installation part of the moveable table frame 11, a detachable connection is formed between the fixed tabletop and an adjacent splice table plate and between the two adjacent splice table plates through a limit structure; the arrangement of the limit structure increases the stability of the whole tabletop in the usage.


As shown in FIG. 2, in the present embodiment the moveable tabletop 12 includes a first splice table plate 121 and a second splice table plate 122; when the moveable table frame 11 is not extended, the first splice table plate 121 and the second splice table plate 122 may be placed on the horizontal rod, and a plurality of horizontal rods are used for supporting the first splice table plate 121 and the second splice table plate 122. It is to be noted that the direction to place the first splice table plate 121 on the horizontal rod is perpendicular to that on the installation part, and the second splice table plate 122 has the same placement manner as the first splice table plate 121. The fixed tabletop defines thereon a first limit groove, two sides of the first splice table plate 121 are provided with a first limit protrusion and a second limit groove respectively, the first limit protrusion fits with the first limit groove, the second splice table plate 122 is provided with a second limit protrusion fitting with the second limit groove. Connection is made by inserting the limit protrusion into the limit groove, the structure is simple and is convenient to disassemble.

  • 1. A pull-out table, comprising a fixed table body and a moveable table body, wherein the moveable table body comprises a moveable table frame and a moveable tabletop, the moveable table frame is connected to the fixed table body in a sliding manner, on the moveable table frame is formed a bearing part and an installation part used for placing the moveable tabletop, the moveable table body may move in a direction close to the fixed table body so that the moveable frame is covered under the fixed table body, and the moveable tabletop is placed between the bearing part and a fixed tabletop of the fixed table body; or,the moveable table body may move in a direction away from the fixed table body to expose the moveable table frame, and the moveable tabletop may be installed on the installation part so that the moveable tabletop is level with the fixed tabletop of the fixed table body; andboth the fixed table body and the moveable table body are provided at bottoms thereof with a ground support part abutting against the ground, and the movement of the moveable table body may bring the ground support part thereon to a movement with it.
  • 2. The pull-out table according to claim 1, wherein the fixed table body comprises a fixed table frame and the fixed tabletop, the fixed tabletop may be fixedly arranged on the fixed table frame in a detachable manner, the fixed table frame is fixedly provided with two ground support parts at a bottom thereof, and the fixed table frame is connected to the moveable table frame in a sliding manner.
  • 3. The pull-out table according to claim 2, wherein the moveable table frame comprises pull-out rods and a connecting rod; two pull-out rods are arranged at two sides of the pull-out table respectively and are connected to two sides of the fixed table frame in a sliding manner respectively, the connecting rod is fixedly arranged between the two pull-out rods and has a bottom fixedly provided with two ground support parts, between the two pull-out rods is arranged the bearing part, and the pull-out rod has an upper surface forming the installation part used for installing the moveable tabletop.
  • 4. The pull-out table according to claim 3, wherein the bearing part is in a U-shaped structure, a plurality of the bearing parts are arranged along the length direction of the pull-out rod, and all of the bearing parts are fixed below the pull-out rod at intervals.
  • 5. The pull-out table according to claim 4, wherein the bearing part comprises vertical rods and a horizontal rod arranged between two vertical rods, the two vertical rods are fixed below the two pull-out rods respectively, and the horizontal rod is fixedly connected between end parts of the two vertical rods away from the pull-out rod.
  • 6. The pull-out table according to claim 3, wherein an upper surface of the connecting rod is above the upper surface of the pull-out rod in height, and the upper surface of the connecting rod is level with an upper surface of the fixed tabletop.
  • 7. The pull-out table according to claim 2, wherein between the moveable table frame and the fixed table frame is arranged a ball sliding structure.
  • 8. The pull-out table according to claim 7, wherein the ball sliding structure comprises a base, a slide block and a ball; the bottom of the fixed table frame is provided with the base, the base defines thereon a slide groove, the slide groove runs through the base along the length direction, the slide block is moveably arranged within the slide groove and the slide block is connected to the moveable table frame, two side walls of the slide groove define guide rail grooves respectively, two sides of the slide block define symmetrical slideway grooves fitting with the guide rail grooves, and the slideway grooves are connected to the guide rail grooves through the ball.
  • 9. The pull-out table according to claim 1, wherein the moveable tabletop comprises at least two splice table plates, and when the splice table plates are installed on the moveable table frame, a detachable connection is formed between the fixed tabletop and an adjacent splice table plate and between the two adjacent splice table plates through a limit structure.
  • 10. The pull-out table according to claim 9, wherein the moveable tabletop comprises a first splice table plate and a second splice table plate, the fixed tabletop defines thereon a first limit groove, two sides of the first splice table plate are provided with a first limit protrusion and a second limit groove respectively, the first limit protrusion fits with the first limit groove, the second splice table plate is provided with a second limit protrusion fitting with the second limit groove.
