Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to the technical field of inflatable products, specifically to a pull strap for an inflatable product and the inflatable product itself.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Inflatable products such as inflatable beds and inflatable mattresses are typically made from PVC or PU laminated fabrics. To define the shape of the inflatable bed and mattress after inflation, so that they resemble traditional beds or mattresses, multiple pull straps need to be installed inside. These pull straps are usually connected to the top sheet and bottom sheet, or to the top sheet and side sheet, or to the bottom sheet and side sheet of the inflatable bed and mattress. Of course, the pull straps can also adopt different connection methods according to the different internal structures of the inflatable bed and mattress. When inflated, the internal pull straps will be tightened. However, traditional pull straps are generally made of PVC or PU sheets, which have low tensile strength, causing the pull straps to stretch and deform. Therefore, it's necessary to control the inflation pressure; otherwise, the pull straps can easily stretch excessively or break. Moreover, traditional pull straps are made from a whole piece of PVC or PU sheet, resulting in a relatively high overall weight of the inflatable product, increasing logistics costs and making production operations less convenient for staff. Therefore, further improvements or optimizations are necessary.

Therefore, they should not be construed as limitations of the invention.

First Embodiment

FIGS. 1-6 illustrate an embodiment of the present invention, providing a pull strap for an inflatable product and the inflatable product itself. It includes a top sheet 1, a bottom sheet 2, and a side sheet 3 that are sequentially welded and fixed to form an enclosed inflatable air chamber 4. The materials of the top sheet 1, bottom sheet 2, and side sheet 3 are PVC laminated fabric, fabric-faced PVC laminated fabric, or flocked PVC laminated fabric. Economic products can select PVC laminated fabric; to achieve a good skin-friendly feel, fabric-faced PVC laminated fabric can be selected; to improve the strength and service life of the inflatable product, fabric-faced PVC laminated fabric is a better choice. An air valve or air pump for inflation and deflation can be installed on the side sheet 3.

In this embodiment, the inflatable air chamber 4 is provided with eight pull straps 5 arranged in parallel at intervals. The number of pull straps 5 can be increased or decreased based on the size of the inflatable air chamber 4. Both ends of the pull strap 5 are provided with arc-shaped notches 51, which are designed in a semi-circular or semi-elliptical shape. The purpose of this design is to prevent excessive stress concentration at both ends of the pull strap when the inflatable product is inflated and the pull strap is tightened, thereby avoiding breakage of the pull strap. Multiple pull straps 5 are connected to the top sheet 1 and bottom sheet 2 by high-frequency welding. By setting pull straps, the inflatable product is constrained to achieve the expected shape. In this embodiment, the pull straps 5 are linear; in specific implementations, they can also be set to wavy shapes as needed.

The pull strap 5 is provided with a hollow portion 52, formed at its center by cutting equipment. The pull strap 5 is additionally provided with mesh cloth 531 having multiple through holes. The through holes on the mesh cloth 531 are arranged continuously, and can be hexagonal, circular, rectangular, or irregular shapes. The size of the mesh cloth 531 is larger than that of the hollow portion 52. During production, the mesh cloth 531 is placed between the pull strap 5 and the annular fixing piece 532, covering the hollow portion 52. The edges of the mesh cloth 531, the edges of the hollow portion 52, and the annular fixing piece 532 are fixedly connected by high-frequency welding. Since the pull strap body 5 and the annular fixing piece 532 are made of thermoplastic flexible sheet material, specifically PVC sheets, the annular fixing piece 532 and the pull strap body 5 can be thermally fused using high-frequency welding. This process allows the fusion through the through holes of the mesh cloth 531, thereby securing the mesh cloth 5.31 over the hollow portion 5.2. This design facilitates easy processing and forming of the pull strap during manufacturing. With the mesh cloth 531 and annular fixing piece 532, the tensile strength of the pull strap 5 is significantly improved while reducing weight, effectively preventing tensile deformation and breakage, thus increasing the product's durability. Additionally, the through holes of the mesh cloth 531 allow increased airflow speed during inflation or deflation, improving breathability and reducing waiting time. When external force acts on the pull strap 5, the mesh cloth can effectively disperse stress, preventing excessive deformation or damage.

Second Embodiment

FIG. 7 shows that the difference in this embodiment compared to the first embodiment is that there are two pieces of mesh cloth 531, and the through holes on the mesh cloth 531 are arranged at intervals. The annular fixing piece 532 and the two pieces of mesh cloth 531 are fixed onto the pull strap 5 by annular welding seams through high-frequency welding.
