Claims
- 1. A toilet comprising:
- a toilet bowl having an upper periphery defining a top;
- a reservoir tank for storing a volume of flush water;
- pump means including a pump outlet and a pump motor in fluid communication with the reservoir tank, the pump motor being positioned in the tank;
- a conduit connected between the pump outlet and the toilet bowl;
- control means selectively and operatively connected to the pump means to operate the pump means for a period of time to deliver a quantity of flush water to the pump outlet; and
- water level sensing means positioned in the reservoir tank and operatively connected to the motor to sense a potential overflow condition in the tank and operate the motor upon contact of water with the sensing means.
