Claims
- 1. A pump unit for supply and discharge of hydraulic fluid into and from an actuator upon receiving driving power from a driving source, said actuator being fluidly connected to said pump unit via a hydraulic circuit, comprising:
an input member operatively connected to said driving source; a first hydraulic pump body operatively connected to said input member; a pump case for accommodating said first hydraulic pump body and forming a hydraulic fluid sump; and a PTO unit accommodated within said pump case; said PTO unit comprising:
a PTO shaft supported by said pump case so as to have an end extending outward from said pump case; and a clutch mechanism for selectively enabling and disabling transmission of driving power from said input member to said PTO shaft.
- 2. A pump unit according to claim 1, wherein said pump case has an opening, said pump unit further comprises a center section connected to said pump case so as to close said opening, while supporting said first hydraulic pump body on one of opposite sides thereof, wherein said hydraulic circuit is disposed in said center section.
- 3. A pump unit according to claim 2, further comprising a charge pump unit for sucking hydraulic fluid from said hydraulic fluid sump and discharging the same to said hydraulic circuit, wherein said charge pump unit is operatively connected to said input member and supported on the opposite side of said center section.
- 4. A pump unit according to claim 2, further comprising a second hydraulic pump body operatively connected to said input member, wherein said opening of said pump case is adapted to enable said first and second hydraulic pump bodies to pass therethrough; and said center section is connected to said pump case so as to close said opening, while supporting said first and second hydraulic pump bodies.
- 5. A pump unit according to claim 1, wherein said PTO unit further comprises a brake mechanism for releasing and applying braking force away from and to said PTO shaft in association with the operation of the clutch mechanism to enable and disable the transmission of driving power from said input member to said PTO shaft.
- 6. A pump unit according to claim 3, wherein said PTO unit further comprises a brake mechanism for releasing and applying braking force away from and to said PTO shaft in association with the operation of said clutch mechanism to enable and disable the transmission of driving power from said input member to said PTO shaft, wherein said brake mechanism and said clutch mechanism are of hydraulic type that is operated by hydraulic fluid discharged by said charge pump unit.
- 7. A pump unit according to claim 1, further comprising an input shaft acting as said input member, and a first pump shaft for driving said first hydraulic pump body.
- 8. A pump unit according to claim 7, wherein said PTO shaft is arranged coaxially with said input shaft.
- 9. A pump unit according to claim 7, wherein said PTO shaft has an axis, which is located at the same position as an axis of said input shaft in a vehicle width direction, and is arranged orthogonal to said axis of said input shaft.
- 10. A pump unit according to claim 1, further comprising a first pump shaft that acts as said input member and drives said first hydraulic pump body.
- 11. A pump unit according to claim 10, wherein said first pump shaft is arranged substantially parallel to said PTO shaft.
- 12. A pump unit according to claim 10, wherein said first pump shaft is arranged substantially orthogonal to said PTO shaft.
- 13. A working vehicle comprising:
a vehicle frame; a first pair of laterally disposed wheels supported by said vehicle frame; a second pair of laterally disposed wheels supported by said vehicle frame so as to be located away from said first pair of laterally disposed wheels in a fore and aft direction of said working vehicle; a working unit supported by said vehicle frame; a driving source supported by said vehicle frame; first and second motor units respectively and operatively connected to said first pair of laterally disposed wheels; and a pump unit supported by said vehicle frame so as to be operatively connected to said driving source, said pump unit arranged to supply and discharge hydraulic fluid into and from each of said first and second motor units, and take out driving power of said driving source and output the same as driving power for said working unit; said pump unit comprising:
an input member operatively connected to said driving source; a first hydraulic pump body operatively connected to said input member; a pump case for accommodating said first hydraulic pump body; and a PTO unit accommodated within said pump case; said PTO unit comprising:
a PTO shaft supported by said pump case so as to have an end extending outward from said pump case; and a clutch mechanism for selectively enabling and disabling transmission of driving power from said input member to said PTO shaft.
- 14. A working vehicle according to claim 13, further comprising a charge pump unit that is operatively connected to said input member.
- 15. A working vehicle according to claim 13, wherein said pump unit further comprises a second hydraulic pump body operatively connected to said input member.
- 16. A working vehicle according to claim 13, wherein said PTO unit further comprises a brake mechanism for releasing and applying braking force away from and to said PTO shaft in association with the operation of the clutch mechanism to enable and disable the transmission of driving power from said input member to said PTO shaft.
- 17. A working vehicle according to claim 13, wherein said driving source is supported on said vehicle frame in vibration free manner; said pump unit is fixedly supported on said vehicle frame; and said driving source is operatively connected to said input member via vibration-absorbing transmission means.
- 18. A working vehicle according to claim 13, wherein said driving source is supported on said vehicle frame in vibration free manner; and said pump unit is integrally connected to said driving source.
- 19. A working vehicle according to claim 13, wherein said pump unit further comprises an input shaft acting as said input member; and a first pump shaft operatively connected to said input shaft and arranged to drive said first hydraulic pump body.
- 20. A working vehicle according to claim 19, wherein said PTO shaft is arranged coaxially with said input shaft.
- 21. A working vehicle according to claim 19, wherein said PTO shaft has an axis, which is located at the same position as an axis of said input shaft in a vehicle width direction, and is arranged substantially orthogonal to said axis of said input shaft.
- 22. A working vehicle according to claim 13, wherein said pump unit further comprises a first pump shaft that acts as said input member and is arranged to drive said first hydraulic pump body.
- 23. A working vehicle according to claim 22, wherein said first pump shaft is arranged substantially parallel to said PTO shaft.
- 24. A working vehicle according to claim 22, wherein said first pump shaft is arranged substantially orthogonal to said PTO shaft.
