Claims
- 1. A process for performing a liquid chromatography process comprising passing a solvent comprising at least one hydrocarbon selected from the group consisting of trifluoromethane, fluoromethane, difluoromethane, pentafluoroethane, 1,1,1-trifluoroethane, 1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethane, 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane, 1,1,1,2,2,3-hexa-fluoropropane and 1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoropropane through a chromatography column.

A process for performing a high performance liquid chromatography process comprising passing a solvent comprising at least one hydrocarbon selected from the group consisting of trifluoromethane, fluoromethane, difluoromethane, pentafluoroethane, 1,1,1-trifluoroethane, 1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethane, 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane, 1,1,1,2,2,3-hexa-fluoropropane, 1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoropropane through a high performance chromatography column.
