Abstract
The present disclosure provides a purification straw and a portable drinking device using the purification straw. The purification straw includes a main body and a filtering element. The main body includes a first cavity, a first inlet communicating with the first cavity and a first outlet communicating with the first cavity. The filtering element is located in the first cavity. The filtering element includes a first pipe portion and a bottom portion connected with a first end of the first pipe portion. A second cavity is surrounded by the first pipe portion and the bottom portion and a second outlet communicating with the second cavity located at a second end of the first pipe portion far away from the first end, the bottom portion is located between the second end and the first inlet, a gap located between the first pipe portion and the main body.
Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present disclosure relates to water purification technology, and more particularly to a purification straw and a portable drinking device using the purification straw.


BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

With the improvement of living standards, people pay more and more attention to drinking water health, and a purification straw is provided to filter drinking water. However, a filtering area of existing purification straw may be small, which causes small liquid flow and poor filtering effect.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In order to overcome the disadvantage of the purification straw, the present disclosure provides a purification straw with good filtering effect and a portable drinking device using the purification straw.


The present disclosure adopts the following technical solution: a main body including a first cavity, a first inlet communicating with the first cavity and a first outlet communicating with the first cavity; and a filtering element located in the first cavity, including a first pipe portion, a bottom portion connected with a first end of the first pipe portion, a second cavity surrounded by the first pipe portion and the bottom portion and a second outlet communicating with the second cavity located at a second end of the first pipe portion far away from the first end, the bottom portion located between the second end and the first inlet, a gap located between the first pipe portion and the main body, liquid from the first inlet flowing into the gap, being filtered by the bottom portion and the first pipe portion and flowing out from the second outlet via the second cavity.


Further, the main body includes a second pipe portion and a third pipe portion connected with an end of the second pipe portion, the first cavity includes a first part surrounded by the second pipe portion communicating with the first outlet and a second part surrounded by the third pipe portion communicating with the first inlet, an inner diameter of the second pipe portion is less than an inner diameter of the third pipe portion, and the filter element is located in the first part.


Further, the second pipe portion and the third pipe portion have the same center axis.


Further, the second pipe portion includes a first side wall, a second side wall and a third side wall, the second side wall is connected between the first side wall and the third side wall, an inner diameter of the second side wall is less than an inner diameter of the first side wall and is greater than an inner diameter of the third side wall.


Further, the filter element is located in the first side wall, and the third pipe portion is inserted in the third side wall.


Further, the inner diameter of the second side wall reduces gradually along a direction from the first side wall to the third side wall.


Further, the second pipe portion further includes a fourth side wall connected with an end of the first side wall far away from the second side wall, the inner diameter of the first side wall is less than an inner diameter of the third side wall, an external diameter of the first pipe portion is less than the inner diameter of the first side wall.


Further, an external diameter of the first side wall is less than an external diameter of the fourth side wall and is greater than an external diameter of the second side wall, and an external diameter of the third side wall is less than the external diameter of the second side wall and is greater than an external diameter of the third pipe portion.


Further, the main body is made of plastic material, and the filtering element is made of activated carbon material.


The present disclosure also adopts the following technical solution: an portable drinking device including a container including a chamber and an opening communicating with the chamber; a first cover configured to cover the opening and connected with the container; a straw portion passing through the first cover; and a purification straw located in the chamber and connected with an end of the straw portion, the purification straw including a main body and a filtering element, the main body including a first cavity, a first inlet communicating with the first cavity and a first outlet communicating with the first cavity, the filtering element located in the first cavity, including a first pipe portion, a bottom portion connected with a first end of the first pipe portion, a second cavity surrounded by the first pipe portion and the bottom portion and a second outlet communicating with the second cavity located at a second end of the first pipe portion far away from the first end, the bottom portion located between the second end and the first inlet, a gap located between the first pipe portion and the main body, liquid from the chamber flowing into the gap via the first inlet, being filtered by the bottom portion and the first pipe portion and flowing into the end of the strew portion via the second cavity and the second outlet.


Further, the main body includes a second pipe portion and a third pipe portion connected with an end of the second pipe portion, the first cavity includes a first part surrounded by the second pipe portion communicating with the first outlet and a second part surrounded by the third pipe portion communicating with the first inlet, an inner diameter of the second pipe portion is less than an inner diameter of the third pipe portion, and the filter element is located in the first part.


Further, the first pipe portion, the second pipe portion and the third pipe portion have the same center axis.


Further, the second pipe portion includes a first side wall, a second side wall and a third side wall, the second side wall is connected between the first side wall and the third side wall, an inner diameter of the second side wall is less than an inner diameter of the first side wall and is greater than an inner diameter of the third side wall.


Further, the filter element is located in the first side wall, and the third pipe portion is inserted in the third side wall.


Further, the inner diameter of the second side wall reduces gradually along a direction from the first side wall to the third side wall.


Further, the second pipe portion further includes a fourth side wall connected with an end of the first side wall far away from the second side wall, the inner diameter of the first side wall is less than an inner diameter of the third side wall, an external diameter of the first pipe portion is less than the inner diameter of the first side wall.


Further, an external diameter of the first side wall is less than an external diameter of the fourth side wall and is greater than an external diameter of the second side wall, and an external diameter of the third side wall is less than the external diameter of the second side wall and is greater than an external diameter of the third pipe portion.


Further, the portable drinking device further includes a second cover configured to cover a side of the first cover far away from the container and connected with the first cover.


Further, the straw portion includes a main pipe passing through the first cover, a first extending portion connected with an external side of the main pipe and located in a side of the first cover adjacent to the container, and a connection portion connected with the first extending portion, the main pipe is connected with the second end of the first pipe portion, and the main body is connected with the connection portion.


Further, the main pipe is inserted in the second outlet of the second end of the first pipe portion, and the connection portion is inserted in the first outlet of the main body.


The present disclosure also has the beneficial effects: the filtering element has the bottom portion and the first pipe portion to form the second cavity and the second outlet, which can contact with the liquid from the chamber in a large filtering area to purify the liquid and ensure a large liquid flow, filtering effect of the filtering element can be improved.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE ILLUSTRATED EMBODIMENT

In order to provide a clear understanding of the objects, features, and advantages of the embodiments, the following are detailed and complete descriptions to the technological solutions adopted in the embodiments. Obviously, the descriptions are part of the whole embodiments. The other embodiments which are not processed creatively by technicians of ordinary skills in the field are under the protection of this disclosure. The same is given with reference to the drawings and specific embodiments. It should be noted that non-conflicting embodiments in the disclosure and the features in the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.


In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a full understanding of the disclosure. The disclosure may be practiced otherwise than as described herein. The following specific embodiments are not to limit the scope of the disclosure.

In view of the disadvantage of the existing storage products, the present disclosure provides a purification straw. Referring to FIGS. 1-4, the portable drinking device 10 includes a container 11, a first cover 12, a straw portion 13, a second cover 14 and a purification straw 15. The container 11 includes a chamber 111 and an opening 112 communicating with the chamber 111. The first cover 12 is configured to cover the opening 112 and connected with the container 11. The second cover 14 is configured to cover a side of the first cover 12 far away from the container 11 and connected with the first cover 12. The straw portion 13 passes through the first cover 12. The purification straw 15 is located in the chamber 111 and connected with an end of the straw portion 13.


The purification straw 15 includes a main body 151 and a filtering element 152. The main body 151 includes a first cavity 1511, a first inlet 1512 communicating with the first cavity 1511 and a first outlet 1513 communicating with the first cavity 1511. The filtering element 152 is located in the first cavity 1511. The filtering element 152 includes a first pipe portion 1521 and a bottom portion 1522 connected with a first end of the first pipe portion 1521. A second cavity 1523 is surrounded by the first pipe portion 1521 and the bottom portion 1522 and a second outlet 1524 communicating with the second cavity 1523 located at a second end of the first pipe portion 1521 far away from the first end, the bottom portion 1522 is located between the second end and the first inlet 1512, a gap 1514 located between the first pipe portion 1521 and the main body 151. The main body 151 can be made of plastic material, and the filtering element 152 can be a carbon rod, such that both of the bottom portion 1522 and the first pipe portion 1521 are made of activated carbon material.


Liquid (such as water) from the chamber 111 can flow into the gap 1514 via the first inlet 1512, is filtered by the bottom portion 1522 and the first pipe portion 1521 and then flows into the end of the strew portion 13 via the second cavity 1523 and the second outlet 1524. The filtering element 152 has the bottom portion 1522 and the first pipe portion 1521 to form the second cavity 1523 and the second outlet 1524, which can contact with the liquid from chamber 111 in a large filtering area to purify the liquid and ensure a large liquid flow, filtering effect of the filtering element 152 is improved.


The main body 151 includes a second pipe portion 153 and a third pipe portion 154 connected with an end of the second pipe portion 153. The first cavity 1511 includes a first part 1515 surrounded by the second pipe portion 154 communicating with the first outlet 1513 and a second part 1516 surrounded by the third pipe portion 154 communicating with the first inlet 1512. The first pipe portion 1521, the second pipe portion 153 and the third pipe portion 154 have the same center axis. An inner diameter of the second pipe portion 153 is less than an inner diameter of the third pipe portion 154, and the filter element 152 is located in the first part 1515.


Further, the second pipe portion 153 includes a first side wall 1531, a second side wall 1532, a third side wall 1533 and a fourth side wall 1534. The second side wall 1532 is connected between the first side wall 1531 and the third side wall 1533, and an inner diameter of the second side wall 1532 is less than an inner diameter of the first side wall 1531 and is greater than an inner diameter of the third side wall 1533. The filter element 152 is located in the first side wall 1531. The third pipe portion 154 is inserted in the third side wall 1533 such that the third pipe portion 154 can connect with the second pipe portion 153. Moreover, the inner diameter of the second side wall 1532 reduces gradually along a direction from the first side wall 1531 to the third side wall 1533. The fourth side wall 1534 is connected with an end of the first side wall 1531 far away from the second side wall 1532.


In the embodiment, the inner diameter of the first side wall 1531 is less than an inner diameter of the third side wall 1533, and an external diameter of the first pipe portion 1521 is less than the inner diameter of the first side wall 1531. Furthermore, an external diameter of the first side wall 1531 is less than an external diameter of the fourth side wall 1534 and is greater than an external diameter of the second side wall 1532, and an external diameter of the third side wall 1533 is less than the external diameter of the second side wall 1532 and is greater than an external diameter of the third pipe portion 154.


In the embodiment, the straw portion 13 includes a main pipe 131 passing through the first cover 12, a first extending portion 132 connected with an external side of the main pipe 131 and located in a side of the first cover 12 adjacent to the container 11, a connection portion 133 connected with the first extending portion 132, and a second extending portion 134 connected with the external side of the main pipe 131 and located in a side of the first cover 12 adjacent to the second cover 14. The main pipe 131 is connected with the second end of the first pipe portion 1521, and the main body 151 is connected with the connection portion 133. The main pipe 131 can be inserted in the second outlet 1514 of the second end of the first pipe portion 1521, and the connection portion 133 can be inserted in the first outlet 1513 of the main body 153.


Further, the first cover 12 may have a through hole 120, and the portable drinking device 10 may have a sealing element 16 installed in the through hole 120.


Finally, it should be noted that above embodiments are merely used for illustrating the technical solutions of the disclosure, rather than limiting the disclosure; though the disclosure is illustrated in detail with reference to the aforementioned embodiments, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that modifications may still be made on the technical solutions disclosed in the aforementioned respective embodiments, or equivalent substitutions may be made to a part of technical features thereof; and these modifications or substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the respective embodiments of the disclosure.

Claims
  • 1. A purification straw, comprising: a main body comprising a first cavity, a first inlet communicating with the first cavity and a first outlet communicating with the first cavity; anda filtering element located in the first cavity, comprising a first pipe portion, a bottom portion connected with a first end of the first pipe portion, a second cavity surrounded by the first pipe portion and the bottom portion and a second outlet communicating with the second cavity located at a second end of the first pipe portion far away from the first end, the bottom portion located between the second end and the first inlet, a gap located between the first pipe portion and the main body,wherein liquid from the first inlet flows into the gap, is filtered by the bottom portion and the first pipe portion and flows out from the second outlet via the second cavity.
  • 2. The purification straw of claim 1, wherein the main body comprises a second pipe portion and a third pipe portion connected with an end of the second pipe portion, the first cavity comprises a first part surrounded by the second pipe portion communicating with the first outlet and a second part surrounded by the third pipe portion communicating with the first inlet, an inner diameter of the second pipe portion is less than an inner diameter of the third pipe portion, and the filter element is located in the first part.
  • 3. The purification straw of claim 2, wherein the first pipe portion, the second pipe portion and the third pipe portion have the same center axis.
  • 4. The purification straw of claim 2, wherein the second pipe portion comprises a first side wall, a second side wall and a third side wall, the second side wall is connected between the first side wall and the third side wall, an inner diameter of the second side wall is less than an inner diameter of the first side wall and is greater than an inner diameter of the third side wall.
  • 5. The purification straw of claim 4, wherein the filter element is located in the first side wall, and the third pipe portion is inserted in the third side wall.
  • 6. The purification straw of claim 4, wherein the inner diameter of the second side wall reduces gradually along a direction from the first side wall to the third side wall.
  • 7. The purification straw of claim 4, wherein the second pipe portion further comprises a fourth side wall connected with an end of the first side wall far away from the second side wall, the inner diameter of the first side wall is less than an inner diameter of the third side wall, an external diameter of the first pipe portion is less than the inner diameter of the first side wall.
  • 8. The purification straw of claim 7, wherein an external diameter of the first side wall is less than an external diameter of the fourth side wall and is greater than an external diameter of the second side wall, and an external diameter of the third side wall is less than the external diameter of the second side wall and is greater than an external diameter of the third pipe portion.
  • 9. The purification straw of claim 1, wherein the main body is made of plastic material, and the filtering element is made of activated carbon material.
  • 10. A portable drinking device, comprising: a container comprising a chamber and an opening communicating with the chamber;a first cover configured to cover the opening and connected with the container;a straw portion passing through the first cover; anda purification straw located in the chamber and connected with an end of the straw portion, the purification straw comprising a main body and a filtering element, the main body comprising a first cavity, a first inlet communicating with the first cavity and a first outlet communicating with the first cavity, the filtering element located in the first cavity, comprising a first pipe portion, a bottom portion connected with a first end of the first pipe portion, a second cavity surrounded by the first pipe portion and the bottom portion and a second outlet communicating with the second cavity located at a second end of the first pipe portion far away from the first end, the bottom portion located between the second end and the first inlet, a gap located between the first pipe portion and the main body,wherein liquid from the chamber flows into the gap via the first inlet, is filtered by the bottom portion and the first pipe portion and flows into the end of the strew portion via the second cavity and the second outlet.
  • 11. The portable drinking device of claim 10, wherein the main body comprises a second pipe portion and a third pipe portion connected with an end of the second pipe portion, the first cavity comprises a first part surrounded by the second pipe portion communicating with the first outlet and a second part surrounded by the third pipe portion communicating with the first inlet, an inner diameter of the second pipe portion is less than an inner diameter of the third pipe portion, and the filter element is located in the first part.
  • 12. The portable drinking device of claim 11, wherein the first pipe portion, the second pipe portion and the third pipe portion have the same center axis.
  • 13. The portable drinking device of claim 11, wherein the second pipe portion comprises a first side wall, a second side wall and a third side wall, the second side wall is connected between the first side wall and the third side wall, an inner diameter of the second side wall is less than an inner diameter of the first side wall and is greater than an inner diameter of the third side wall.
  • 14. The portable drinking device of claim 13, wherein the filter element is located in the first side wall, and the third pipe portion is inserted in the third side wall.
  • 15. The portable drinking device straw of claim 13, wherein the inner diameter of the second side wall reduces gradually along a direction from the first side wall to the third side wall.
  • 16. The portable drinking device of claim 13, wherein the second pipe portion further comprises a fourth side wall connected with an end of the first side wall far away from the second side wall, the inner diameter of the first side wall is less than an inner diameter of the third side wall, an external diameter of the first pipe portion is less than the inner diameter of the first side wall.
  • 17. The portable drinking device of claim 16, wherein an external diameter of the first side wall is less than an external diameter of the fourth side wall and is greater than an external diameter of the second side wall, and an external diameter of the third side wall is less than the external diameter of the second side wall and is greater than an external diameter of the third pipe portion.
  • 18. The portable drinking device of claim 10, wherein the portable drinking device further comprises a second cover configured to cover a side of the first cover far away from the container and connected with the first cover.
  • 19. The portable drinking device of claim 10, wherein the straw portion comprises a main pipe passing through the first cover, a first extending portion connected with an external side of the main pipe and located in a side of the first cover adjacent to the container, and a connection portion connected with the first extending portion, the main pipe is connected with the second end of the first pipe portion, and the main body is connected with the connection portion.
  • 20. The portable drinking device of claim 19, wherein the main pipe is inserted in the second outlet of the second end of the first pipe portion, and the connection portion is inserted in the first outlet of the main body.
