Abstract
The present invention provides a push-out portable arc igniter. An igniter head is arranged at a front end of an ignition push-out device. An illuminating lamp is arranged in parallel with the igniter head. A main plastic member of the ignition push-out device is internally provided with a high pressure pack and a circuit board. A polymer lithium battery is arranged above the circuit board, and an illuminating lamp switch is arranged at a middle position of a left end of the circuit board. A power security switch, a charging indicator lamp and a USB charging port are arranged at a right end of the circuit board. A tail portion plastic member is set as an L shape, and the tail portion plastic member is connected to the ignition push-out device through a spring.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to the field of igniters, and more particularly, to a push-out portable arc igniter.


BACKGROUND

An igniter, also known as a lighter and an ignition electrode, is a supporting product of a high-energy ignition device, and can be used in the ignition of barbecue furnace, cooker, etc. The igniter of the prior art has large volume, is not easy to carry, and only needs to press an ignition key to ignite, so that the safety coefficient is low, and there are safety risks such as mistaken ignition operation. At the same time, there are problems such as single function, short service life and easy damage.


SUMMARY

The present invention is intended to provide push-out portable arc igniter, with compact structure, small volume, light weight and portability, which solves the technical problem above.


In order to achieve the technical object above and reach the technical requirement above, the technical solution used in the present invention is as follows: a push-out portable arc igniter includes an igniter head, a handle and a tail portion, wherein a shell of the handle is internally provided with an ignition push-out device, a gripper of the handle is provided with a push-out key for controlling the ignition push-out device and an illuminating lamp key, and the tail portion is provided with a power security switch, a charging port, a charging indicator lamp and a bracing hole; the igniter head is arranged at a front end of the ignition push-out device, an illuminating lamp is arranged in parallel with the igniter head, the igniter head is set as two parallel cylinders, and a surface of the igniter head is provided with a ceramic fixing device; the fixing device includes a base, the base is provided with a through hole for the igniter head to pass through, and a front end of the base is provided with a cylindrical protective sleeve sheathing a surface of the igniter head; a main plastic member of the ignition push-out device is set as a cuboid with an upper surface and a right surface being openings, the main plastic member is internally provided with a high pressure pack and a circuit board, a polymer lithium battery is arranged above the circuit board, and an illuminating lamp switch is arranged at a middle position of a left end of the circuit board; a power security switch, a charging indicator lamp and a USB charging port are arranged at a right end of the circuit board, and the illuminating key and a push-out key are arranged on an upper plastic cover plate and are matched with a metal shell; a tail portion plastic member is set as an L shape, and the tail portion plastic member is connected to the ignition push-out device through a spring.


Preferably, the power security switch controls the igniter head and the illuminating lamp at the same time.


Preferably, the igniter head stretches out from the shell of the handle by 2 to 6 mm; and the illuminating lamp is flushed with a left end of the shell of the handle.


Preferably, the shell of the handle is made of aluminum alloy.


Preferably, the charging indicator lamp is connected to a resistor in series and then grounded, and a fuse is connected to the polymer lithium battery in series, so as to form overcurrent and overvoltage protection to the polymer lithium battery; the power security switch is connected to a voltage stabilizer in series to protect stable output of a power voltage; an output end of the voltage stabilizer is led out by two ways, one is led in through a pin 2 of a control chip by the illuminating switch and led out through a pin 4, and is connected to the illuminating lamp, so as to control the switching on and off of the illuminating lamp, and the other is led in through a pin 7 of the control chip by the ignition switch and led out through a pin 5, and is connected to a MOS transistor in series, so as to generate frequency oscillation; and a working voltage of the igniter head is transformed by a voltage transformer and then outputted.


The present invention has the beneficial effects that: regarding to the push-out portable arc igniter compared with the traditional structure: the illuminating lamp is arranged in parallel with the igniter head, the igniter head is set as two parallel cylinders, and the surface of the igniter head is provided with the ceramic fixing device; the power security switch is connected to a voltage stabilizer in series to protect stable output of the power voltage; the output end of the voltage stabilizer is led out by two ways, one is led in through the pin 2 of the control chip by the illuminating switch and led out through the pin 4, and is connected to the illuminating lamp, so as to control the switching on and off of the illuminating lamp; and the other is led in through the pin 7 of the control chip by the ignition switch and led out through the pin 5, and is connected to the MOS transistor in series, so as to generate frequency oscillation. The present invention has the advantages of simple and compact structure, small volume, light weight, portability, convenience in use, double switch control and good security, thereby effectively avoiding incorrect operation and eliminating security risks; can be carried with the charger for charging repeatedly, and has the long service life.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

In order to make the object, technical solution and beneficial technical effect of the present invention more clearly, the present invention is further described in detail with reference to the drawings and in the combination of the detailed embodiments.


In the drawing: a push-out portable arc igniter includes an igniter head 19, a handle 20 and a tail portion 21, wherein a shell of the handle 20 is internally provided with an ignition push-out device 11, a gripper of the handle 20 is provided with a push-out key 22 for controlling the ignition push-out device and an illuminating lamp key 13, and the tail portion 21 is provided with a power security switch 1, a charging port 2, a charging indicator lamp 3 and a bracing hole 17; the igniter head 19 is arranged at a front end of the ignition push-out device 11, an illuminating lamp 18 is arranged in parallel with the igniter head 19, the igniter head 19 is set as two parallel cylinders, and a surface of the igniter head is provided with a ceramic fixing device 23; a main plastic member 5 of the push-out device is set as a cuboid with an upper surface and a right surface being openings, the main plastic member 5 is internally provided with a high pressure pack 6 and a circuit board 9, a polymer lithium battery 8 is arranged above the circuit board 9, and an illuminating lamp switch 7 is arranged at a middle position of a left end of the circuit board 9; a power security switch 1, a charging indicator lamp 3 and a USB charging port 2 are arranged at a right end of the circuit board, and the illuminating key 13 and a push-out key 11 are arranged on an upper plastic cover plate 4 and are matched with a metal shell; a tail portion plastic member 15 is set as an L shape, and the tail portion plastic member 15 is connected to the ignition push-out device 11 through a spring 12.


The fixing device 23 includes a base 24, the base 24 is provided with a through hole 25 for the igniter head to pass through, and a front end of the base 24 is provided with a cylindrical protective sleeve 26 sheathing a surface of the igniter head 19; the power security switch 1 controls the igniter head and the illuminating lamp at the same time; the igniter head 19 stretches out from the shell of the handle 20 by 2 to 6 mm; the illuminating lamp 18 is flushed with a left end of the shell of the handle 20; and the shell of the handle 20 is made of aluminum alloy.


The charging indicator lamp 3 is connected to a resistor R1 in series and then grounded, and a fuse F1 is connected to the polymer lithium battery 8 in series, so as to form overcurrent and overvoltage protection to the polymer lithium battery; the power security switch 1 is connected to a voltage stabilizer VR1 in series to protect stable output of power voltage; an output end of the voltage stabilizer VR1 is led out by two ways, one is led in through a pin 2 of a control chip SW1 by the illuminating switch 7 and led out through a pin 4, and is connected to the illuminating lamp 18, so as to control the switching on and off of the illuminating lamp 18, and the other is led in through a pin 7 of the control chip SW1 by the ignition switch 14 and led out through a pin 5, and is connected to a MOS transistor Q1 in series, so as to generate frequency oscillation; and a working voltage of the igniter head 19 is transformed by a voltage transformer T1 and then outputted.


The detailed embodiment of the present invention is that: the portable arc igniter uses the polymer lithium battery as power input, which is connected to a PCB circuit board through a wire, the PCB circuit board has security protection function, and overcurrent, overpressure and overtemperature function, and the igniter is automatically turned off after ignition for more than one minute; electric fire and illumination control is set as double control, which greatly improve the security performance, and prevents mistaken operation; when the illumination is needed, the first step is to turn on the tail portion power security switch, and then LED illuminating lamp key is pressed gently to realize illumination; when the illumination is turned off, the illuminating lamp key is pressed firstly, and then the power security switch is turned off; when the ignition is needed, the power security switch is turned on firstly, and then the push-out key is pressed to push out the push-out device to realize ignition function; and when the ignition is turned off, the push-out key is released, the push-out device is reset automatically, and then the power security switch is turned off.


The shell of the handle of the arc igniter is an aluminum alloy shell, which can be electroplated with various colors; the internal main plastic member and the tail portion plastic member are made of ABS engineering plastic, thereby increasing the ruggedness of the product, and making circuit line more secure, and the tail portion of the product is added with the bracing hole, thereby facilitating the portability; the size of the portable arc igniter is 86 mm in length, 25 mm in width and 15.4 mm in thickness; the ignition distance is designed between 4 mm to 6 mm; the arc igniter is small in volume, light in weight, rechargeable, convenient in use, good in security performance and portable, and can be used in various environments.

Claims
  • 1. A push-out portable arc igniter, comprising an igniter head, a handle and a tail portion, wherein a shell of the handle is internally provided with an ignition push-out device, a gripper of the handle is provided with a push-out key for controlling the ignition push-out device, and an illuminating lamp key, and the tail portion is provided with a power security switch, a charging port, a charging indicator lamp and a bracing hole, wherein the igniter head is arranged at a front end of the ignition push-out device, an illuminating lamp is arranged in parallel with the igniter head, the igniter head is set as two parallel cylinders, and a surface of the igniter head is provided with a ceramic fixing device; the fixing device comprises a base, the base is provided with a through hole for the igniter head to pass through, and a front end of the base is provided with a cylindrical protective sleeve sheathing a surface of the igniter head; a main plastic member of the ignition push-out device is set as a cuboid with an upper surface and a right surface being openings, the main plastic member is internally provided with a high pressure pack and a circuit board, a polymer lithium battery is arranged above the circuit board, and an illuminating lamp switch is arranged at a middle position of a left end of the circuit board; a power security switch, a charging indicator lamp and a USB charging port are arranged at a right end of the circuit board, and the illuminating key and a push-out key are arranged on an upper plastic cover plate and are matched with a metal shell; a tail portion plastic member is set as an L shape, and the tail portion plastic member is connected to the ignition push-out device through a spring.
  • 2. The push-out portable arc igniter according to claim 1, wherein the power security switch controls the igniter head and the illuminating lamp at the same time.
  • 3. The push-out portable arc igniter according to claim 1, wherein the igniter head stretches out from the shell of the handle by 2 to 6 mm; and the illuminating lamp is flushed with a left end of the shell of the handle.
  • 4. The push-out portable arc igniter according to claim 1, wherein the shell of the handle is made of aluminum alloy.
  • 5. The push-out portable arc igniter according to claim 1, wherein the charging indicator lamp is connected to a resistor in series and then grounded, and a fuse is connected to the polymer lithium battery in series, so as to form overcurrent and overvoltage protection to the polymer lithium battery; the power security switch is connected to a voltage stabilizer in series to protect stable output of a power voltage; an output end of the voltage stabilizer is led out by two ways, one is led in through a pin 2 of a control chip by the illuminating switch and led out through a pin 4 of the control chip, and is connected to the illuminating lamp, so as to control the switching on and off of the illuminating lamp, and the other is led in through a pin 7 of the control chip by the ignition switch and led out through a pin 5 of the control chip, and is connected to a MOS transistor in series, so as to generate frequency oscillation; and a working voltage of the igniter head is transformed by a voltage transformer and then outputted.
