Abstract
The disclosure provides a push-type travel cup including a cup body, a cover assembly disposed on the cup body, a water channel disposed on the cup body, and a switch assembly disposed on the cover assembly. The cover assembly includes an inner cover and an outer cover covering the inner cover, and the outer cover is movable up and down with respect to the inner cover. The switch assembly includes a first support rod, a second support rod, a first magnet, and a second magnet. The outer cover includes a water outlet configured to communicate with the water channel; the first support rod is fixedly disposed on the inner cover, and the first magnet is disposed on one end of the first support rod; the second support rod is fixedly disposed on the outer cover, and the second magnet is disposed on one end of the second support rod.
Description
BACKGROUND

The disclosure relates to a push-type travel cup.


Conventionally, a travel cup comprises a body, an inner cover, and an outer cover. The inner cover is fixedly disposed on the body, and the outer cover is in threaded connection to the body. When in use, the outer cover is unscrewed out of the body, which is not friendly for one-handed operation.


SUMMARY

The disclosure provides a push-type travel cup comprising a cup body, a cover assembly disposed on the cup body, a water channel disposed on the cup body, and a switch assembly disposed on the cover assembly and configured to open/close the water channel when the outer cover is pulled up or pressed down. The cover assembly comprises an inner cover and an outer cover covering the inner cover, and the outer cover is movable up and down with respect to the inner cover. The switch assembly comprises a first support rod, a second support rod, a first magnet, and a second magnet.


The outer cover comprises a water outlet configured to communicate with the water channel; the first support rod is fixedly disposed on the inner cover, and the first magnet is disposed on one end of the first support rod; the second support rod is fixedly disposed on the outer cover, and the second magnet is disposed on one end of the second support rod; and the first magnet is disposed oppositely to the second magnet.


When in use for water drinking, the outer cover is held by hand. Owing to the gravity, the outer cover is lifted, and the water channel is opened. Thus, the water in the cup body can flow into the water outlet for drink via the water channel by tilting the cup body. The process of opening the water channel is convenient and quick, and can be operated with one hand.


The first magnet and the second magnet are magnetic parts, such as magnetic body, and the first magnet and the second magnet attract each other; or, one of the first magnet and the second magnet is a magnetic part, and the other is a ferromagnetic metal; when the outer cover is not lifted by force, the water channel is in a closed state, and the first magnet and the second magnet are in a closed state. When the outer cover is lifted by force, the first magnet and the second magnet are separated. In this way, the water channel is opened, and the water in the cup body can flow out to the water outlet along the water channel.


In a class of this embodiment, the outer wall of the inner cover comprises a limit groove; the inner wall of the outer cover comprises a lock pin corresponding to the limit groove and movable in the limit groove.


The two ends of the limit groove are closed, and the lock pin on the inner surface of the outer cover is limited by the two ends of the limit groove, which can only move up and down in the limit groove. Therefore, the limit groove limits the travel of the lock pin, thus avoiding the outer cover from separating from the inner cover, and further ensuring the stability of the connection between the outer cover and the inner cover.


In a class of this embodiment, the inner cover is a cylindrical structure comprising a first opening facing the outer cover; the outer cover is a cylindrical structure comprising a second opening facing the inner cover; and the lower end of the inner cover is detachably tightly disposed in a third opening of the cup body.


The inner wall of the outer cover and the outer wall of the inner cover are matched with each other, and the outer cover is movable up and down smoothly relative to the inner cover to open and close the water channel.


In a class of this embodiment, the lower end of the inner cover is detachably disposed in an opening of the cup body.


In a class of this embodiment, the lower end of the inner cover is provided with an external thread, the third opening of the cup body is provided with an internal thread corresponding to the external thread, and the external thread is detachably sealed with the internal thread.


The inner cover is detachably connected to the cup body through a thread structure. For example, the thread structure is a pipe thread structure with good sealing performance.


In a class of this embodiment, the water channel comprises a rubber tube which is inclined with respect to a wall of the cup body; the inner cover comprises a through hole; the rubber tube comprises an upper end communicating with the water outlet, and a lower end communicating with the through hole.


When the outer cover is lifted to the top relative to the inner cover, the rubber tube is in a natural state and is not pressed by the outer cover and the inner cover. Thus, the rubber tube is in an open state, that is, the water channel is in an open state. The liquid in the cup body can flow into the water outlet through the water channel. When the outer cover is pressed down relative to the inner cover and the first magnet abuts against the second magnet, the rubber tube is pressed by the outer cover. Because the rubber tube is inclined, the rubber tube will bend and fold under the pressure of the outer cover, so that the rubber tube is in the closed state, that is, the water channel is in the closed state, and the liquid in the cup body cannot flow through the water channel. For example, the angle between the rubber tube and the vertical direction is 5-30°.


In a class of this embodiment, the inner cover comprises an air vent, a base on one side of the air vent, and a connection rod hinged to the base; one end of the connection rod away from the base comprises an upper side and a lower side; a plug is disposed on the lower side to block the air vent, and a connecting part is disposed on the upper side to interact with the outer cover.


When the outer cover falls on the inner cover, and the first magnet abuts against the second magnet, the plug blocks the air outlet. Thus, the air outlet is in a closed state. In this way, there is only a hole structure, that is, the water outlet, on the travel cup. Owing to the effect of atmospheric pressure, the liquid in the cup body is difficult to flow out through the water outlet, thus ensuring the sealing property of the travel cup, and preventing the leakage of the water in the travel cup.


When the outer cover is lifted relative to the inner cover, the connecting part connected to the outer cover will lift the connecting rod, so that the plug leaves the air outlet, and the air outlet communicates with the air. Thus, the air pressure in the cup body is balanced, and the liquid in the cup body can flow out smoothly through the water channel.


In a class of this embodiment, the connecting part comprises an upper hook fixedly disposed on the outer cover and a lower hook fixedly disposed on the inner cover; one end of the upper hook away from the outer cover comprises a first barb, and one end of the lower hook away from the inner cover comprises a second barb; and the first bard is aligned with the second bard vertically.


When the outer cover is lifted, the upper hook moves upwards along with the outer cover, and the first barb of the upper hook is in contact with the second barb of the lower hook. Thus, the lifting of the first barb drives the second barb and the lower hook to move upward. The connecting rod is lifted and the air outlet is open. The connecting part is of a split type, so that it is not necessary to press the outer cover to the utmost, the air outlet can also be completely blocked. In addition, even if the outer cover moves up relative to the inner cover to a certain extent, the air outlet will not be opened, thus ensuring the stability of the sealing of the air outlet.


In a class of this embodiment, the travel cup further comprises a spring; one end of the spring is fixedly disposed on a lower side of the connection rod, and the other end is fixedly disposed on the inner cover.


The spring is used to tighten the connecting rod, providing a downward force to the connecting rod, so that the plug blocks and seals the air outlet.


In a class of this embodiment, the push-type travel cup further comprises a face cover disposed on the outer cover; the face cover comprises a hole communicating with the water outlet; a seal ring is disposed to surround the water outlet; when the face cover covers the outer cover, the face cover abuts against the seal ring.


In a class of this embodiment, the face cover is disposed on the outer cover through a snap fastener to protect the outer cover. After the face cover is covered on the upper surface of the outer cover, the lower end of the face cover is closely against the sealing ring on the outer cover, so that the face cover is sealed with the sealing ring. The hole on the face cover communicates with the water outlet, and the liquid in the cup body flows into the water outlet via the water channel. The water can only enter the hole and gather in the hole for drinking.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

To further illustrate, embodiments detailing a push-type travel cup are described below. It should be noted that the following embodiments are intended to describe and not to limit the disclosure.


As shown in FIGS. 1-8, the disclosure provides a push-type travel cup comprising a cup body 2 and a cover assembly 1 disposed on the cup body 2. The cover assembly 1 comprises an inner cover 11 and an outer cover 12 covering the inner cover 11 and the outer cover 12 is movable up and down with respect to the inner cover. A water channel 111 is disposed on the cup body. The outer cover 12 comprises a water outlet 121 configured to communicate with the water channel 111. A switch assembly is disposed on the cover assembly 1 and configured to open/close the water channel 111 when the outer cover 12 is pulled up or pressed down. The switch assembly comprises a first support rod 123, a second support rod 117, a first magnet 1231, and a second magnet 1171. The first support rod 123 is fixedly disposed on the inner cover 11, and the first magnet 1231 is disposed on one end of the first support rod 123; the second support rod 117 is fixedly disposed on the outer cover 12, and the second magnet 1171 is disposed on one end of the second support rod 117; and the first magnet 1231 is disposed oppositely to the second magnet 1171.


When use for water drinking, the outer cover 12 is held by hand. Owing to the gravity, the outer cover 12 is lifted, and the water channel 111 is opened. Thus, the water in the cup body 2 can flow into the water outlet 121 for drink via the water channel 111 by tilting the cup body 2. The process of opening the water channel 111 is convenient and quick, and can be operated with one hand.


The first magnet 1231 and the second magnet 1171 are magnetic parts, such as magnetic body, and the first magnet 1231 and the second magnet 1171 attract each other; or, one of the first magnet 1231 and the second magnet 1171 is a magnetic part, and the other is a ferromagnetic metal; when the outer cover 12 is not lifted by force, the water channel 111 is in a closed state, and the first magnet 1231 and the second magnet 1171 are in a closed state. When the outer cover 12 is lifted by force, the first magnet 1231 and the second magnet 1171 are separated. In this way, the water channel 111 is opened, and the water in the cup body 2 can flow out to the water outlet 121 along the water channel 111.


In certain embodiments, the outer wall of the inner cover 11 comprises a limit groove 118; the inner wall of the outer cover 12 comprises a lock pin corresponding to the limit groove and movable in the limit groove 118.


The two ends of the limit groove 118 are closed, and the lock pin on the inner surface of the outer cover 12 is limited by the two ends of the limit groove 118, which can only move up and down in the limit groove 118. Therefore, the limit groove 118 limits the travel of the lock pin, thus avoiding the outer cover 12 from separating from the inner cover 11, and further ensuring the stability of the connection between the outer cover 12 and the inner cover 11.


In certain embodiments, the inner cover 11 is a cylindrical structure comprising a first opening facing the outer cover 12; the outer cover 12 is a cylindrical structure comprising a second opening facing the inner cover 11; and the lower end of the inner cover is detachably tightly disposed in a third opening of the cup body 2.


The inner wall of the outer cover 12 and the outer wall of the inner cover 11 are matched with each other, and the outer cover 12 is movable up and down smoothly relative to the inner cover 11 to open and close the water channel 111.


In certain embodiments, the lower end of the inner cover is detachably disposed in an opening of the cup body.


In certain embodiments, the lower end of the inner cover 11 is provided with an external thread 119, the third opening of the cup body 2 is provided with an internal thread corresponding to the external thread 119, and the external thread 119 is detachably sealed with the internal thread.


The inner cover 11 is detachably connected to the cup body 2 through a thread structure. For example, the thread structure is a pipe thread structure with good sealing performance.


In certain embodiments, the water channel 111 comprises a rubber tube which is inclined with respect to a wall of the cup body; the inner cover 11 comprises a through hole; the rubber tube comprises an upper end communicating with the water outlet 121, and a lower end communicating with the through hole.


When the outer cover 12 is lifted to the top relative to the inner cover 11, the rubber tube is in a natural state and is not pressed by the outer cover 12 and the inner cover 11. Thus, the rubber tube is in an open state, that is, the water channel 111 is in an open state. The liquid in the cup body 2 can flow into the water outlet 121 through the water channel 111. When the outer cover 12 is pressed down relative to the inner cover 11 and the first magnet 1231 abuts against the second magnet 1171, the rubber tube is pressed by the outer cover 12. Because the rubber tube is inclined, the rubber tube will bend and fold under the pressure of the outer cover 12, so that the rubber tube is in the closed state, that is, the water channel 111 is in the closed state, and the liquid in the cup body 2 cannot flow through the water channel 111. For example, the angle between the rubber tube and the vertical direction is 5-30°.


In certain embodiments, the inner cover 11 comprises an air vent 112, a base 113 on one side of the air vent, and a connection rod 114 hinged to the base; one end of the connection rod 114 away from the base 113 comprises an upper side and a lower side; a plug 115 is disposed on the lower side to block the air vent 112, and a connecting part is disposed on the upper side to interact with the outer cover 12.


When the outer cover 12 falls on the inner cover 11, and the first magnet 1231 abuts against the second magnet 1171, the plug 115 blocks the air outlet 112. Thus, the air outlet 112 is in a closed state. In this way, there is only a hole structure, that is, the water outlet, on the travel cup. Owing to the effect of atmospheric pressure, the liquid in the cup body 2 is difficult to flow out through the water outlet, thus ensuring the sealing property of the travel cup, and preventing the leakage of the water in the travel cup.


When the outer cover 12 is lifted relative to the inner cover 11, the connecting part connected to the outer cover 12 will lift the connecting rod 114, so that the plug 115 leaves the air outlet 112, and the air outlet 112 communicates with the air. Thus, the air pressure in the cup body 2 is balanced, and the liquid in the cup body 2 can flow out smoothly through the water channel 111.


In certain embodiments, the connecting part comprises an upper hook 122 fixedly disposed on the outer cover 12 and a lower hook 116 fixedly disposed on the inner cover 11; one end of the upper hook 122 away from the outer cover 12 comprises a first barb 1221, and one end of the lower hook 116 away from the inner cover 11 comprises a second barb 1161; and the first bard 1221 is aligned with the second bard 1161 vertically.


When the outer cover 12 is lifted, the upper hook 122 moves upwards along with the outer cover 12, and the first barb 1221 of the upper hook 122 is in contact with the second barb 1161 of the lower hook 116. Thus, the lifting of the first barb 1221 drives the second barb 1161 and the lower hook 116 to move upward. The connecting rod 114 is lifted and the air outlet 112 is open. The connecting part is of a split type, so that it is not necessary to press the outer cover 12 to the utmost, the air outlet 112 can also be completely blocked. In addition, even if the outer cover 12 moves up relative to the inner cover 11 to a certain extent, the air outlet 112 will not be opened, thus ensuring the stability of the sealing of the air outlet 112.


In certain embodiments, the travel cup further comprises a spring; one end of the spring is fixedly disposed on a lower side of the connection rod 114, and the other end is fixedly disposed on the inner cover 11.


The spring is used to tighten the connecting rod 114, providing a downward force to the connecting rod 114, so that the plug 115 blocks and seals the air outlet 112.


In certain embodiments, the push-type travel cup further comprises a face cover 13 disposed on the outer cover 12; the face cover 13 comprises a hole 131 communicating with the water outlet 121; a seal ring 1211 is disposed to surround the water outlet 121; when the face cover 13 covers the outer cover 12, the face cover abuts against the seal ring 1211.


In certain embodiments, the face cover 13 is disposed on the outer cover 12 through a snap fastener to protect the outer cover 12. After the face cover 13 is covered on the upper surface of the outer cover 12, the lower end of the face cover 13 is closely against the sealing ring 1211 on the outer cover 12, so that the face cover 13 is sealed with the sealing ring 1211. The hole 131 on the face cover 13 communicates with the water outlet 121, and the liquid in the cup body 2 flows into the water outlet 121 via the water channel 111. The water can only enter the hole 131 and gather in the hole 131 for drinking.


It will be obvious to those skilled in the art that changes and modifications may be made, and therefore, the aim in the appended claims is to cover all such changes and modifications.

Claims
  • 1. A device, comprising: a cup body;a cover assembly disposed on the cup body, the cover assembly comprising an inner cover and an outer cover covering the inner cover, and the outer cover being movable up and down with respect to the inner cover;a water channel disposed on the cup body; anda switch assembly disposed on the cover assembly and configured to open/close the water channel when the outer cover is pulled up or pressed down, the switch assembly comprising a first support rod, a second support rod, a first magnet, and a second magnet;
  • 2. The device of claim 1, wherein the inner cover is a cylindrical structure comprising a first opening facing the outer cover; the outer cover is a cylindrical structure comprising a second opening facing the inner cover; and a lower end of the inner cover is detachably tightly disposed in a third opening of the cup body.
  • 3. The device of claim 1, wherein a lower end of the inner cover is detachably disposed in an opening of the cup body.
  • 4. The device of claim 1, wherein the water channel comprises a rubber tube which is inclined with respect to a wall of the cup body; the inner cover comprises a through hole; the rubber tube comprises an upper end communicating with the water outlet, and a lower end communicating with the through hole.
  • 5. The device of claim 1, wherein the inner cover comprises an air vent, a base on one side of the air vent, and a connection rod hinged to the base; one end of the connection rod away from the base comprises an upper side and a lower side; a plug is disposed on the lower side to block the air vent, and a connecting part is disposed on the upper side to interact with the outer cover.
  • 6. The device of claim 5, wherein the connecting part comprises an upper hook fixedly disposed on the outer cover and a lower hook fixedly disposed on the inner cover; one end of the upper hook away from the outer cover comprises a first barb, and one end of the lower hook away from the inner cover comprises a second barb; and the first bard is aligned with the second bard vertically.
  • 7. The device of claim 6, further comprising a spring, wherein one end of the spring is fixedly disposed on a lower side of the connection rod, and the other end is fixedly disposed on the inner cover.
  • 8. The device of claim 1, further comprising a face cover disposed on the outer cover; wherein the face cover comprises a hole communicating with the water outlet; a seal ring is disposed to surround the water outlet; when the face cover covers the outer cover, the face cover abuts against the seal ring.
