- 1. A compound of formula
- 2. The compound of claim 1, wherein R1 is on position 7 and is selected from the group consisting of —H, —NO2, —CN, Halogen and lower alkyl.
- 3. The compound of claim 1, wherein R1 is on position 8 and is selected from the group consisting of —H, —NO2, —CN, Halogen and lower alkyl.
- 4. A compound of formula
- 5. The compound of claim 4 wherein R1 is on position 7 and is selected from the group consisting of —H, —NO2, —CN, Halogen and lower alkyl.
- 6. The compound of claim 4, wherein R1 is on position 8 and is selected from the group consisting of —H, —NO2, —CN, Halogen and lower alkyl.
- 7. The compound of claim 5 wherein R1 is methyl or ethyl.
- 8. The compound of claim 6 wherein R1 is methyl or ethyl.
- 9. The compound of claim 1, wherein R2 is on the 2′ position and is selected from the group consisting of —H and -Halogen.
- 10. The compound of claim 1 wherein R3 is selected from the group consisting of lower alkyl, cycloalkyl, heterocycle, and heteroaryl.
- 11. The compound of claim 10 wherein R3 is selected from the group consisting of methyl and ethyl.
- 12. The compound of claim 10 wherein R3 is C3-C5 cycloalky.
- 13. The compound of claim 4 wherein R4 is at the 4′ position and is selected from the group consisting of —H and -Halogen.
- 14. The compound of claim 4 wherein R5 is selected from the group consisting of methyl and ethyl, each of which optionally may be substituted by -Halogen.
- 15. The compound of claim 14 wherein R5 is trifluoromethyl.
- 16. The compound of claim 4 wherein R6 is selected from the group consisting of methyl and ethyl, each of which optionally may be substituted by -Halogen.
- 17. The compound of claim 4 wherein R7 is selected from the group consisting of —H, methyl and ethyl.
- 18. The compound of claim 4 wherein R8 is selected from the group consisting of H, methyl, ethyl, and hydroxyethyl.
- 19. The compound of claim 4 wherein R9 is selected from the group consisting of H, methyl, ethyl, and hydroxyethyl.
- 20. The compound of claim 4 wherein R8 and R9 form a heterocycle.
- 21. The compound of claim 20 wherein R8 and R9 form a 6-membered heterocycle that includes two heteroatoms.
- 22. The compound of claim 21 wherein the heteroatoms are independently selected from O and N.
- 23. The compound of claim 4 wherein R10, R11 and R12 are each independently selected from the group consisting of —H, methyl and ethyl.
- 24. The compound of claim 4 wherein R13 is lower alkyl which optionally may be substituted by halogen.
- 25. The compound of claim 24 wherein R13 is selected from the group consisting of methyl, ethyl and trifluoromethyl.
- 26. The compound of claim 4 wherein R14 and R15 are each independently selected from the group consisting of H, methyl, ethyl and heterocycle.
- 27. The compound of claim 26 wherein the heterocycle is a 3-7 membered ring that includes at least one nitrogen atom.
