Claims
- 1. A method for making an intermediate of formula C2-12alkynyl-NRxRx comprising t e steps of:(a) mixing polystyrene-Ts-Cl resin with a C2-12alkynol, an (b) reacting the product of step (a) with a compound of formula HNRxRx, wherein each Rx is independently H, C1-7alkyl, or each Rx taken together with the nitrogen form a het; wherein het is a four-(4), five-(5), six-(6), or seven-(7) membered saturated or unsaturated heterocyclic ring optionally having 1 or 2, additional heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of O, SOm, and NX; wherein X is H, C1-4alkyl or absent, wherein het is optionally substituted with one or more halo, C1-4alkyl, CF3, oxo or oxime; wherein m is 0, 1, or 2.
- 2. A compound of claim 1, wherein het is morpholine, piperdine, piperazine, thiomorpholine, azetidine, or pyrrolidine, all of which are optionally substituted by C1-4 alkyl.
- 3. The method of claim 1, wherein the C2-12alkynol is elected from 3butyn-1-ol and 4-pentyn-1-ol.
- 4. The method of claim 3, wherein each Rx group is ken together with the nitrogen of the HNRxRx to form a het optionally substituted with one or more halo, C1-4alkyl, CF3, oxo or oxime.
- 5. The method of claim 4, wherein the HNRxRx is selected from morpholine, piperdine, N,N-diethylamine, 2-ethylpiperdine, and 4-methyl piperazine.
- 6. The method of claim 1, wherein each Rx group is taken together with the nitrogen of the HNRxRx to form a het optionally substituted with one or more halo, C1-4alkyl, CF3, oxo or oxime.
- 7. The method of claim 6 wherein the HNRxRx is selected from morpholine, piperdine, N,N-diethylamine, 2-ethylpiperdine, and 4-methyl piperazine.
