Abstract
A quick clipping mechanism and a hanger thereof. The clipping mechanism contains a first clipping arm, a second clipping arm and a supporting arm. The second clipping arm is connected to the supporting arm. The first clipping arm is located between the second clipping arm and the supporting arm. The rear end of the first clipping arm is connected to the supporting arm. An object that needs to be clipped is lifted from a position below the first clipping arm, and the first clipping arm rotates upwards along with the object, such that the object is located between the first clipping arm and the second clipping arm. By means of the action of friction, the object is clipped. The first clipping arm is lifted again, such that the object can be loosened. The hanger contains a supporting mechanism and a plurality of clipping mechanisms.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The invention relates to the technical field of hangers, in particular to a quick clipping mechanism and a hanger thereof.


BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Existing hangers and clips for drying clothes are inconvenient to use because users need to open the clip with one hand with great effort and then place an object to be clipped in the middle of the clip with the other hand. In order to keep the clipped object in balance to prevent it from falling off, multiple clips are often used to fix the clipped object.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Technical Problem

Existing hangers and clips for drying clothes are inconvenient to use and have a complex clipping process, leading to a great waste of time and effort of users.

Technical Solution

To solve the above-mentioned problems, the invention provides a quick clipping mechanism and a hanger thereof to solve the problems in the prior art. The technical solution adopted by the invention is as follows:


A quick clipping mechanism comprises a first clipping arm, a second clipping arm and a supporting arm, wherein the second clipping arm is connected to the supporting arm, the first clipping arm is located between the second clipping arm and the supporting arm, and a rear end of the first clipping arm is connected to the supporting arm.


Further, a push plate is arranged at the rear end of the first clipping arm.


Further, an arc-shaped or circular baffle plate is arranged at a front end of the first clipping arm.


Further, in a case where the baffle plate is arc-shaped, the arc-shaped baffle plate is connected to the first clipping arm, a limit groove is formed in the supporting arm, and an upper portion of the arc-shaped baffle plate is inserted into the limit groove.


Further, an anti-slip groove is formed in a front end of the first clipping arm, and the second clipping arm is provided with an anti-slip block matched with the anti-slip groove.


Further, the second clipping arm is rotatably connected to the supporting arm.


Further, the quick clipping mechanism further comprises a drive assembly and a rotating bar, wherein the drive assembly is linked to the first clipping arm or the second clipping arm, a rotating hole is formed in the supporting arm, and the rotating bar is inserted into the rotating hole and linked to the drive assembly.


Further, the drive assembly is a drive rod, a link, a gear, a chain mechanism or a belt mechanism.


Further, a return assembly is arranged between the first clipping arm and the supporting arm, and a limit block is arranged at the rear end of the first clipping arm.


Further, the return assembly comprises a torsion spring.


A hanger comprises the clipping mechanism, wherein the hanger comprises a plurality of supporting mechanisms and a plurality of said clipping mechanisms, and the plurality of said clipping mechanisms are arranged on the plurality of supporting mechanisms respectively.


Further, the hanger further comprises drive shafts, wherein the drive shafts are connected to a plurality of said first clipping arms respectively, and when the drive shafts rotate, the plurality of said first clipping arms are driven to move.


Further, the hanger further comprises a releasing mechanism, wherein the releasing mechanism is provided with a pressing plate, each of the supporting mechanisms is provided with a supporting plate and a connecting plate, the plurality of said clipping mechanisms are arranged on the supporting plates, the connecting plates are connected to the supporting plates and the rotating bars respectively, the pressing plate is fixedly connected to the rotating bars, and when the pressing plate is pressed, the rotating bars rotate, the drive assemblies drive the first clipping arms or the second clipping arms to move.


Further, a plurality of said supporting plates are arranged, and the number of said pressing plates matches the number of the supporting plates.


Further, an anti-shake fastening assembly is connected to a top of the connecting plates.

Beneficial Effects





    • 1. The clipping mechanism provided by the invention comprises a first clipping arm, a second clipping arm and a supporting arm, the second clipping arm is connected to the supporting arm, the first clipping arm is located between the second clipping arm and the supporting arm, and a rear end of the first clipping arm is connected to the supporting arm. The clipping mechanism is simple in structure and reasonable in design. During use, an object to be clipped is lifted from a position below the first clipping arm, the first clipping arm rotates upwards along with the object to allow the object to be located between the first clipping arm and the second clipping arm, the first clipping arm, the clipped object and the second clipping arm are in close contact, and the object is clipped under the action of friction; and the object can be released by lifting the first clipping arm again. The clipping mechanism is easy to use and can clip an object more quickly without too much effort.

    • 2. The hanger provided by the invention comprises a plurality of supporting mechanisms and a plurality of clipping mechanisms, and the plurality of clipping mechanisms are arranged on the plurality of supporting mechanism respectively. PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS FOR IMPLEMENTING THE INVENTION
Preferred Embodiments of the Invention

The invention will be further described below in conjunction with accompanying drawings.


Embodiment 1

As shown in FIG. 1-FIG. 2, a quick clipping mechanism in this embodiment comprises a first clipping arm 1, a second clipping arm 2 and a supporting arm 3, wherein the second clipping arm 2 is connected to the supporting arm 3, the first clipping arm 1 is located between the second clipping arm 2 and the supporting arm 3, and a rear end of the first clipping arm 1 is connected to the supporting arm 3. During use, an object such as a pair of trousers is inserted into the space between the first clipping arm 1 and the second clipping arm 2 from bottom to top, and in this process, the first clipping arm 1 rotates upwards; after the object is inserted into the space between the first clipping arm 1 and the second clipping arm 2, the first clipping arm 1 rotates downwards and presses against the clipped object. In this way, the object can be clipped extremely easily and quickly without opening clips. When the clipped object needs to be taken down, the first lifting arm 1 is lifted and then rotates upwards, at this moment, a large gap is formed between the first clipping arm 1 and the second clipping arm 2, and the clipped object can be smoothly released. To further improve the clipping stability, specifically, a return assembly is arranged between the first clipping arm 1 and the supporting arm 3. Wherein, in this embodiment, the return assembly is specifically a torsion spring; in other embodiments, the return assembly may be a spring, a tension spring, a spiral spring, a leaf spring, a V-shaped piece, or the like. In addition, a limit block 11 is arranged at the rear end of the first clipping arm 1, and after the first clipping arm 1 rotates downwards by a certain angle, the limit block 11 abuts against the supporting arm 3 to prevent the first clipping arm 1 from further rotating. After the object to be clipped is inserted into the space between the first clipping arm 1 and the second clipping arm 2, the first clipping arm 1 rotates downwards under the action of the return assembly or gravity and presses against the clipped object, such that the object can be clipped more firmly, and the practicability is high.


Embodiment 2

As shown in FIG. 3-FIG. 4, based on Embodiment 1, a push plate 12 is arranged at the rear end of the first clipping arm 1. Specifically, the push plate 12 is fixed below the rear end of the first clipping arm 1. In this embodiment, the push plate 12 specifically may be any one of a vertical plate, an arc-shaped plate, a circular plate, a polygonal plate and an irregular plate. By means of the push plate 12, users can easily press the first clipping arm 1 to take down the clipped object; and the push plate 12 is simple in structure and extremely easy to use.


Embodiment 3

As shown in FIG. 5-FIG. 8, based on Embodiment 1, an arc-shaped or circular baffle plate 13 is arranged at a front end of the first clipping arm 1. In this embodiment, the arc-shaped or circular baffle plate can prevent the clipped object from being hung on the first clipping arm 1 when the object is released. In addition, when the object is taken down, the first clipping arm 1 can be easily lifted by means of the circular baffle plate. The quick clipping mechanism may be provided with both the push plate 12 and the baffle plate 13 to be used more easily.


Embodiment 4

As shown in FIG. 7, based on Embodiment 3, in a case where the baffle plate 13 is arc-shaped, the arc-shaped baffle plate is rotatably connected to the first clipping arm 1, a limit groove 31 is formed in an inner side of the supporting arm 3, and an upper portion of the arc-shaped baffle plate is inserted into the limit groove 31. In this embodiment, the upper portion of the arc-shaped baffle plate is inserted into the limit groove 31, such that the clipped object can be prevented from being hung on the first clipping arm 1 when released, and under the precondition that the object will not be hung on the first clipping arm 1 when released, the first clipping arm 1 can be lifted by a larger angle to be used more conveniently.


Embodiment 5

As shown in FIG. 8, based on Embodiment 4, an anti-slip groove 1 is formed in the front end of the first clipping arm 1, and the second clipping arm 2 is provided with an anti-slip block 21 matched with the anti-slip groove 1. In this embodiment, the friction for clipping the object is improved by the anti-slip groove 1 and the anti-slip block 21, such that the object can be clipped more firmly.


Embodiment 6

As shown in FIG. 9-FIG. 11, based on the above embodiments, the quick clipping mechanism further comprises a drive assembly 4 and a rotating bar 5, wherein the drive assembly 4 is linked to the first clipping arm 1 or the second clipping arm 2, a rotating hole 32 is formed in the supporting arm 3, and the rotating bar 5 is inserted into the rotating hole 32 and linked to the drive assembly 4. Specifically, the drive assembly 4 is a drive rod, a link, a gear, a chain mechanism or a belt mechanism and rotates through the rotating bar 5 to drive the drive assembly 4, and the drive assembly 4 drives the first clipping arm 1 or the second clipping arm 2 to rotate to release the clipped object, such that the clipped object can be released more quickly, and using is convenient.


Embodiment 7

As shown in FIG. 12, this embodiment provides a hanger comprising the clipping mechanism in the above embodiments. The hanger comprises a supporting mechanism 6 and a plurality of clipping mechanisms, wherein the plurality of clipping mechanisms are arranged on the supporting mechanism 6. Specifically, in this embodiment, the clipping mechanisms may be identical or different in structure, and may be fixedly or slidably connected to the supporting mechanism 6. According to the hanger in this embodiment, a plurality of clipping mechanisms are arranged on the supporting mechanism 6, such that the hanger can clip and release an object extremely easily and is convenient to use.


Embodiment 8

Referring to FIG. 12, based on the above embodiments, the hanger in this embodiment further comprises drive shafts 7, wherein the drive shafts 7 are connected to the plurality of first clipping arms 1 respectively, and when the drive shafts 7 rotate, the plurality of first clipping arms 1 are driven to rotate, such that the releasing process is simplified, the operation of opening of multiple clips one by one is avoided, multiple clipping mechanisms can release the object at the same time, and using is extremely convenient.


Embodiment 9

Referring to FIG. 13, based on Embodiment 6, the hanger in this embodiment further comprises a releasing mechanism 8, wherein the releasing mechanism 8 is provided with a pressing plate 81, the supporting mechanism 6 is provided with a supporting plate 61 and a connecting plate 62, the plurality of clipping mechanisms are mounted on the supporting plate 61, the connecting plate 62 is connected to the supporting plate 61 and the rotating bars 5, and the pressing plate 81 is fixedly connected to the rotating bars 5. In this embodiment, the plurality of clipping mechanisms are linked through the rotating bars 5; during use, after the pressing plate 81 is pressed, the rotating bars 5 rotate and drive the drive assemblies 4 to drive the first clipping arms 1 or the second clipping arms 2 to rotate to release the clipped object. The releasing process is simplified, the operation of opening multiple clips one by one is avoided, multiple clipping mechanisms can release the clipped object at the same time, and using is convenient.


Embodiment 10

Referring to FIG. 14, based on Embodiment 9, in this embodiment, a plurality of supporting plates 61 are arranged, and the number of the pressing plates 81 matches the number of the supporting plates 61. In this embodiment, multiple rows of clipping mechanisms used in linkage are arranged. In this embodiment, the clipping mechanisms may be slidably connected to the supporting plates 61, such that the distance between the clipping mechanisms can be adjusted according to the width of the clipped object. In other application scenarios, the clipping mechanisms may be fixed to the supporting plates 61 if necessary, and the specific arrangement can be set according to use requirements. In this embodiment, by means of the multiple rows of clipping mechanisms, different positions of the same object can be clipped or different objects can be clipped, and using is extremely convenient; and the cost is low, the assembly process is simple, the performance is table, and the service life is long.


To easily assemble the hanger on an external assembly, an anti-shake fastening assembly 63 is connected to the top of the connecting plate 62 of the hanger in this embodiment. In this way, the hanger is prevented from shaking in the clipping process, thus improving the clipping experience; and the structure is simple, the connection is easy, and the practicability is high.

It should be pointed out that various transformations and improvements can be made by those ordinarily skilled in the art without departing from the concept of the invention, and all these transformations and improvements should also fall within the protection scope of the invention. Claims
  • 1. A quick clipping mechanism, comprising a first clipping arm (1), a second clipping arm (2) and a supporting arm (3), wherein the second clipping arm (2) is connected to the supporting arm (3), the first clipping arm (1) is located between the second clipping arm (2) and the supporting arm (3), and a rear end of the first clipping arm (1) is connected to the supporting arm (3).
  • 2. The quick clipping mechanism according to claim 1, wherein a push plate (12) is arranged at the rear end of the first clipping arm (1).
  • 3. The quick clipping mechanism according to claim 1, wherein an arc-shaped or circular baffle plate (13) is arranged at a front end of the first clipping arm (1).
  • 4. The quick clipping mechanism according to claim 3, wherein in a case where the baffle plate (13) is arc-shaped, the arc-shaped baffle plate is connected to the first clipping arm (1), a limit groove (31) is formed in the supporting arm (3), and an upper portion of the arc-shaped baffle plate is inserted into the limit groove (31).
  • 5. The quick clipping mechanism according to claim 1, wherein an anti-slip groove (14) is formed in a front end of the first clipping arm (1), and the second clipping arm (2) is provided with an anti-slip block (21) matched with the anti-slip groove (14).
  • 6. The quick clipping mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the second clipping arm (2) is rotatably connected to the supporting arm (3).
  • 7. The quick clipping mechanism according to claim 1, further comprising a drive assembly (4) and a rotating bar (5), wherein the drive assembly (4) is linked to the first clipping arm (1) or the second clipping arm (2), a rotating hole (32) is formed in the supporting arm (3), and the rotating bar (5) is inserted into the rotating hole (32) and linked to the drive assembly (4).
  • 8. The quick clipping mechanism according to claim 7, wherein the drive assembly (4) is a drive rod, a link, a gear, a chain mechanism or a belt mechanism.
  • 9. The quick clipping mechanism according to claim 1, wherein a return assembly is arranged between the first clipping arm (1) and the supporting arm (3), and a limit block (11) is arranged at the rear end of the first clipping arm (1).
  • 10. The quick clipping mechanism according to claim 9, wherein the return assembly comprises a torsion spring.
  • 11. A hanger, comprising the clipping mechanism according to claim 7, wherein the hanger comprises a plurality of supporting mechanisms (6) and a plurality of said clipping mechanisms, and the plurality of said clipping mechanisms are arranged on the plurality of supporting mechanisms (6) respectively.
  • 12. The hanger according to claim 11, further comprising drive shafts (7), wherein the drive shafts (7) are connected to a plurality of said first clipping arms (1) respectively, and when the drive shafts (7) rotate, the plurality of said first clipping arms (1) are driven to move.
  • 13. The hanger according to claim 11, further comprising a releasing mechanism (8), wherein the releasing mechanism (8) is provided with a pressing plate (81), each of the supporting mechanisms (6) is provided with a supporting plate (61) and a connecting plate (62), the plurality of said clipping mechanisms are arranged on the supporting plates (61), the connecting plates (62) are connected to the supporting plates (62) and the rotating bars (5) respectively, the pressing plate (81) is fixedly connected to the rotating bars (5), and when the pressing plate (81) is pressed, the rotating bars (5) rotate, the drive assemblies (4) drive the first clipping arms (1) or the second clipping arms (2) to move.
  • 14. The hanger according to claim 13, wherein a plurality of said supporting plates (61) are arranged, and the number of said pressing plates (81) matches the number of the supporting plates (61).
  • 15. The hanger according to claim 13, wherein an anti-shake fastening assembly (63) is connected to a top of the connecting plates (62).
