The present application claims the benefit of Chinese Patent Application No. 2024219705501 filed on Aug. 14, 2024, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference in their entirety.
The present invention relates to the field of zippers, particularly to a quick-detachable zipper slider.
Zipper is a common daily necessity, widely used in garments, suitcases, travel backpacks, school bags, handbags, mobile tents, and portable mosquito nets, among others. Over time, zipper products are inevitably subject to damage. When a damaged zipper slider needs to be replaced, it often requires the disassembly of the zipper track, which is inconvenient. Moreover, the replacement is also inconvenient, which cannot meet current usage demands.
Therefore, there is an urgent need for a quick-detachable zipper slider to address the aforementioned issues.
A purpose of the present invention is to provide a quick-detachable zipper slider which has easy assembly and simple structure.
In order to achieve the purpose mentioned above, the present invention provides a quick-detachable zipper slider including a first clamping plate, a second clamping plate, and an elastic pin assembly. The first clamping plate is extended towards the second clamping plate to form a connecting part, and the second clamping plate is pivotally connected to the connecting part, thereby enabling the second clamping plate to rotate relative to the first clamping plate to provide a clamping position and a releasing position. The connecting part is provided with a locking hole, the elastic pin assembly is located on the second clamping plate, and the elastic pin assembly has a movable pin used for locking. When the second clamping plate is in the clamping position, the pin is inserted into the locking hole to lock a rotation between the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, and the pin is withdrawn from the locking hole to allow the first clamping plate to rotate relative to the second clamping plate.
Preferably, the elastic pin assembly further includes a guide rod and a spring element, the guide rod is fixed to the second clamping plate, the pin is slidably arranged on the guide rod and provides an extended position for inserting into the locking hole and a retracted position for exiting the locking hole, the spring element is compressed between the second clamping plate and the pin, the spring element is further fitted over the guide rod, and the spring element provides an elastic force that constantly urges the pin to move from the retracted position to the extended position.
Preferably, the second clamping plate has a through hole corresponding to the pin for allowing the pin to pass through, the through hole is arranged along a length direction of the second clamping plate, the guide rod and spring element are installed in the through hole, the pin is slidably arranged in the through hole, and when the second clamping plate is in the clamping position, the through hole is aligned with the locking hole.
Preferably, the second clamping plate has a detent hole corresponding to the pin, the detent hole is connected to the through hole, the pin extends towards the detent hole to form a detent part, when the detent part engages with the detent hole, the pin locks in the retracted position by overcoming an elastic force of the spring element, and when the detent part disengages from the detent hole, the pin locks in the extended position under an action of the spring force of the spring element.
Preferably, the detent hole includes a longitudinal hole and a lateral hole, the longitudinal hole is connected to the lateral hole and is perpendicular to each other, both the longitudinal hole and the lateral hole are connected to the through hole, a contour of the lateral hole is matched with that of the detent part, and the detent part is selectively engaged with the lateral hole or disengaged from the lateral hole, by rotating the pin.
Preferably, the elastic pin assembly further includes a screw, and the guide rod is installed in the through hole through the screw.
Preferably, the first clamping plate is symmetrically provided with a left protruding block and a right protruding block, and a zipper track groove that is matched with the second clamping plate is formed between the left protruding block and the right protruding block.
Preferably, the first clamping plate is provided with a loop.
Preferably, the second clamping plate is pivotally connected to the connecting part through a pivot shaft.
Compared to the prior art, by combining the first clamping plate, the second clamping plate, and the elastic pin assembly, the first clamping plate extends towards the second clamping plate to form the connecting part, and the second clamping plate is pivotally connected to the connecting part, thereby enabling the second clamping plate to rotate relative to the first clamping plate to have a clamping position and a releasing position. The extension of the connecting part provides space for the relative pivoting between the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate. The locking hole is provided in the connecting part, and the elastic pin assembly is located on the second clamping plate and has the movable pin for locking. When the second clamping plate is in the clamping position, the pin can be inserted into the locking hole to lock the relative rotation between the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, maintaining the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate in a clamped state to clamp the zipper, thus achieving the connection between the quick-detachable zipper slider and the zipper. The pin is withdrawn from the locking hole to allow the first clamping plate to rotate relative to the second clamping plate, achieving the detachment between the quick-detachable zipper slider and the zipper, i.e., thereby realizing the quick-detachable function. This provides a quick-detachable zipper slider suitable for emergency situations, with the advantages of easy assembly and simple structure.

By combining the first clamping plate 1, the second clamping plate 2, and the clastic pin assembly 3, the first clamping plate 1 extends towards the second clamping plate 2 to form the connecting part 11, and the second clamping plate 2 is pivotally connected to the connecting part 11, thereby enabling the second clamping plate 2 to rotate relative to the first clamping plate 1 to have a clamping position and a releasing position. The extension of the connecting part 11 provides space for the relative pivoting between the first clamping plate 1 and the second clamping plate 2. The locking hole 111 is provided in the connecting part 11, and the clastic pin assembly 3 is located on the second clamping plate 2 and has the movable pin 31 for locking. When the second clamping plate 2 is in the clamping position, the pin 31 can be inserted into the locking hole 111 to lock the relative rotation between the first clamping plate 1 and the second clamping plate 2, maintaining the first clamping plate 1 and the second clamping plate 2 in a clamped state to clamp the zipper, thus achieving the connection between the quick-detachable zipper slider 100 and the zipper. The pin 31 is withdrawn from the locking hole 111 to allow the first clamping plate 1 to rotate relative to the second clamping plate 2, achieving the detachment between the quick-detachable zipper slider 100 and the zipper, i.e., thereby realizing the quick-detachable function. This provides a quick-detachable zipper slider suitable for emergency situations, with the advantages of easy assembly and simple structure.
