DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF ILLUSTRATED EMBODIMENTS

To provide a detailed explanation of the technical content, and structural features of the present invention, the following is further explained in conjunction with the implementation method and the accompanying drawings.

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 6, the quick-detachable zipper slider 100 of the present invention includes a first clamping plate 1, a second clamping plate 2, and an elastic pin assembly 3. The first clamping plate 1 is extended towards the second clamping plate 2 to form a connecting part 11. The second clamping plate 2 is pivotally connected to the connecting part 11 via a pivot shaft 4, enabling the second clamping plate 2 to rotate relative to the first clamping plate 1 to have a clamping position (as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2) and a releasing position. A locking hole 111 is provided in the connecting part 11. The elastic pin assembly 3 is located on the second clamping plate 2 and has a movable pin 31 for locking. When the second clamping plate 2 is in the clamping position, the pin 31 can be inserted into the locking hole 111 to lock the relative rotation between the first clamping plate 1 and the second clamping plate 2. The pin 31 can be withdrawn from the locking hole 111 to allow the first clamping plate 1 to rotate relative to the second clamping plate 2.

More specifically, referring to FIGS. 3 to 6, the elastic pin assembly 3 further includes a guide rod 32 and a spring element 33. The guide rod 32 is fixed to the second clamping plate 2. The pin 31 is slidably arranged on the guide rod 32 with an extended position for inserting into the locking hole 111 and a retracted position for exiting the locking hole 111. The spring element 33 is compressed between the second clamping plate 2 and the pin 31 and also fitted over the guide rod 32. The spring element 33 provides an elastic force that constantly urges the pin 31 to move from the retracted position to the extended position.

Referring to FIGS. 3 to 6, the second clamping plate 2 has a through hole 21 corresponding to the pin 31 for the pin 31 to extend towards the locking hole 111. The through hole 21 is arranged along the length direction of the second clamping plate 2. The guide rod 32 and the spring element 33 are installed in the through hole 21. The pin 31 is slidably arranged in the through hole 21. When the second clamping plate 2 is in the clamping position, the through hole 21 is aligned with the locking hole 111, thereby facilitating the insertion or withdrawal of the pin 31.

Referring to FIGS. 3 to 6, the second clamping plate 2 has a detent hole 22 corresponding to the pin 31. The detent hole 22 is connected to the through hole 21. The pin 31 is extended towards the detent hole 22 to form a detent part 311. When the detent part 311 engages with the detent hole 22, the pin 31 locks in the retracted position by overcoming the elastic force of the spring element 33. When the detent part 311 disengages from the detent hole 22, the pin 31 locks in the extended position under the elastic force of the spring element 33.

Referring to FIGS. 3 to 6, the detent hole 22 includes a longitudinal hole 221 and a lateral hole 222. The longitudinal hole 221 is connected to the lateral hole 222 and is perpendicular to the lateral hole 222. Both the longitudinal hole 221 and the lateral hole 222 are connected to the through hole 21. The contour of the lateral hole 222 is matched with the contour of the detent part 311, thereby allowing the detent part 311 to engage with or disengage from the lateral hole 222 by rotating the pin 31.

Referring to FIGS. 5 to 6, the elastic pin assembly 3 further includes a screw 34. The guide rod 32 is installed in the through hole 21 via the screw 34, thereby facilitating the assembly of the components.

Referring to FIGS. 5 to 6, the first clamping plate 1 is symmetrically provided with a left protruding block 12 and a right protruding block 13. A zipper track groove 14 is formed between the left protruding block 12 and the right protruding block 13, and the zipper track groove 14h is matched with the outer contour of the second clamping plate 2. The first clamping plate 1 has a loop 15 for the zipper slider.

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 6, the working process of the quick-detachable zipper slider 100 of the present invention is as follows. The second clamping plate 2 rotates relative to the first clamping plate 1 to open, and the two sides of the zipper are inserted between the first clamping plate 1 and the second clamping plate 2 (see FIG. 1). The second clamping plate 2 rotates relative to the first clamping plate 1 to clamp the zipper. When the detent part 311 disengages from the detent hole 22, the pin 31 locks in the extended position under the elastic force of the spring element 33. When the second clamping plate 2 is in the clamping position, the pin 31 can be inserted into the locking hole 111 to lock the relative rotation between the first clamping plate 1 and the second clamping plate 2, thereby achieving locking. When disassembly is needed, the detent part 311 engages with the detent hole 22, and the pin 31 locks in the retracted position by overcoming the clastic force of the spring element 33. The pin 31 is withdrawn from the locking hole 111 to allow the first clamping plate 1 to rotate relative to the second clamping plate 2, thereby opening the clamped zipper.

By combining the first clamping plate 1, the second clamping plate 2, and the clastic pin assembly 3, the first clamping plate 1 extends towards the second clamping plate 2 to form the connecting part 11, and the second clamping plate 2 is pivotally connected to the connecting part 11, thereby enabling the second clamping plate 2 to rotate relative to the first clamping plate 1 to have a clamping position and a releasing position. The extension of the connecting part 11 provides space for the relative pivoting between the first clamping plate 1 and the second clamping plate 2. The locking hole 111 is provided in the connecting part 11, and the clastic pin assembly 3 is located on the second clamping plate 2 and has the movable pin 31 for locking. When the second clamping plate 2 is in the clamping position, the pin 31 can be inserted into the locking hole 111 to lock the relative rotation between the first clamping plate 1 and the second clamping plate 2, maintaining the first clamping plate 1 and the second clamping plate 2 in a clamped state to clamp the zipper, thus achieving the connection between the quick-detachable zipper slider 100 and the zipper. The pin 31 is withdrawn from the locking hole 111 to allow the first clamping plate 1 to rotate relative to the second clamping plate 2, achieving the detachment between the quick-detachable zipper slider 100 and the zipper, i.e., thereby realizing the quick-detachable function. This provides a quick-detachable zipper slider suitable for emergency situations, with the advantages of easy assembly and simple structure.
