Abstract
A quick-installation soundproof cabin includes a soundproof cabin frame, an end sealing assembly, and a quick-installation mechanism located between the soundproof cabin frame and the end sealing assembly. The quick-installation mechanism includes a supporting body located at a bottom end of the soundproof cabin frame, and the supporting body is protruded towards a direction close to the end sealing assembly from the bottom end of the soundproof cabin frame, to form a supporting structure that is suspended, and the end sealing assembly is configured to be placed on the supporting structure and turned over to an assembly position mated with the soundproof cabin frame. The assembly between the end sealing assembly and the soundproof cabin frame is convenient and efficient.
Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present application relates to a soundproof product, in particular to a quick-installation soundproof cabin and an assembly method thereof.


BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

A soundproof cabin, also known as an acoustic enclosure, provides a comfortable sound environment with no echo, which allows individuals to focus on activities such as creativity, studying, or relaxation, and is highly favored by people therefore.


Currently, there are two main transportation methods commonly used for soundproof cabins manufactured by production companies. First, the soundproof cabins are assembled in advance and then transported, which have large size to restrict the transportation such as in elevators, corridors, etc., to increase the difficulty of transporting. Moreover, due to the large size of soundproof cabins, there are disadvantages of high transportation costs and poor stability during transportation. Second, the soundproof cabins are transported in multiple parts, in order to reduce the occupied space during transportation and the transportation costs. Such a transportation method is more favored by production companies.


To facilitate the package and the transportation, the soundproof cabin is mainly divided into three parts including a soundproof cabin frame, a front glass door assembly, and a rear glass door assembly. Depending on the specific requirements, the soundproof cabin frame is divided into a bottom end assembly, a top cover assembly, a left wall assembly, and a right wall assembly. After the multiple parts are transported in place, the operator carries out the assembly and installation, as follows: standing the soundproof cabin frame on an external support object (such as the ground), moving the front glass door assembly to the front of the soundproof cabin frame and aligning it with the soundproof cabin frame, and securing the aligned front glass door assembly and soundproof cabin frame together by fasteners; similarly, moving the rear glass door assembly to the back of the soundproof cabin frame and align it with the soundproof cabin frame, and securing the aligned rear glass door assembly and soundproof cabin frame together by fasteners, thereby achieving on-site assembly of the soundproof cabin.


However, the front glass door assembly and the rear glass door assembly are bulky and weigh up to 90 kilograms, which increases the burden on the operator who needs to lift and position these assemblies from both sides, makes it inconvenient for the operator to move the front/rear glass door assembly to the front/rear of the soundproof cabin frame and align it with the frame. Additionally, when aligning the front and rear glass door assemblies with the soundproof cabin frame, other operators are required to operate the fasteners, and it's required to continuously exert force on the front and rear glass door assemblies.


It's seen that, the current assembly for the soundproof cabins is inconvenient and inefficient.


Therefore, there is an urgent need for a quick-installation soundproof cabin and an assembly method thereof to overcome one or more of the above-mentioned drawbacks.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

One objective of the present invention is to provide a quick-installation soundproof cabin which facilitates easy and efficient assembly between the end sealing assembly and the soundproof cabin frame.


Another objective of the present invention is to provide an assembling method for a quick-installation soundproof cabin which facilitates easy and efficient assembly between the end sealing assembly and the soundproof cabin frame.


To achieve the above objective, a quick-installation soundproof cabin of the present invention includes a soundproof cabin frame, an end sealing assembly, and a quick-installation mechanism located between the soundproof cabin frame and the end sealing assembly. The quick-installation mechanism comprises a supporting body located at a bottom end of the soundproof cabin frame, and the supporting body is protruded towards a direction close to the end sealing assembly from the bottom end of the soundproof cabin frame, to form a supporting structure that is suspended, and the end sealing assembly is configured to be placed on the supporting structure and turn overped to an assembly position mated with the soundproof cabin frame.


In comparison with the prior art, the quick-installation mechanism of the present invention includes a supporting body located at the bottom end of the soundproof cabin frame. The supporting body is protruded towards the direction close to the end sealing assembly to form a supporting structure suspended at the bottom end of the soundproof cabin frame. During the assembly process of the end sealing assembly to the soundproof cabin frame, the bottom end of the end sealing assembly is first placed on the supporting structure, which provides support and reduces the burden on the operators when grabbing the end sealing assembly, so that it's beneficial for the operators in turning over the end sealing assembly to the assembly position. Further, in such an assembly way, the number of the operator is reduced to save the manpower, and the assembly between the end sealing assembly and the soundproof cabin frame is convenient, quick, and efficient. For example, it takes 4 to 5 hours for the traditional assembly way, while it only takes 15 minutes for the current assembly way in the present invention.


As a preferable embodiment, the supporting structure comprises a front-rear section and an inclined section connected together and arranged along a protruding direction of the supporting body, and the inclined section is extended and inclined upwardly along the protruding direction relative to the front-rear section, and a bottom of the end sealing assembly is configured to slide and turn over along the inclined section to switch to the assembly position, and the end sealing assembly is supported by the front-rear section from below.


As a preferable embodiment, the supporting structure further comprises an upper-lower section connected to the inclined section and arranged in sequence along the protruding direction of the supporting body, and the upper-lower section are protruded upwardly relative to the inclined section.


As a preferable embodiment, the front-rear section is arranged horizontally, and the upper-lower section is arranged vertically.


As a preferable embodiment, the front-rear section is provided with a supporting surface for supporting the end sealing assembly, and the supporting surface is coplanar with a bottom surface of the soundproof cabin frame.


As a preferable embodiment, the supporting body has an assembly structure connected to the front-rear section, and one side of the bottom end of the soundproof cabin frame facing the end sealing assembly is fixedly connected to the assembly structure, or the assembly structure is located below the bottom end of the soundproof cabin frame and fixedly connected to the bottom end.


As a preferable embodiment, the assembly structure and the front-rear section are connected in a straight line.


As a preferable embodiment, the bottom of the end sealing assembly is provided with a receiving cavity with an opening facing downward, and the bottom of the end sealing assembly is defined into a first bottom and a second bottom due to the receiving cavity; and the inclined section is located in the receiving cavity, and the front-rear section is configured to support the first bottom from below.


As a preferable embodiment, the first bottom has a supported structure supported by the front-rear section when in the assembly position, and a guide structure spaced above the front-rear section, the supported structure and the guide structure are arranged sequentially along the protruding direction of the supporting body when in the assembly position; the guide structure is located at a position on the first bottom for defining the receiving cavity, by the guide structure, the end sealing assembly is configured to slide and turn over downward along the inclined section to switch to the assembly position, and the supported structure is supported by the front-rear section from below.


As a preferable embodiment, a cross-sectional profile of the guide structure is arc-shaped or elliptical arc-shaped.


As a preferable embodiment, the quick-installation mechanism further comprises positioning guiders for positioning and guiding the end sealing assembly during the turning-over to the assembly position, the positioning guiders are assembled in one of the soundproof cabin frame and the end sealing assembly, and another of the soundproof cabin frame and the end sealing assembly is provided with matching cavities matched with the positioning guiders, and the positioning guiders are protruded from the soundproof cabin frame or the end sealing assembly.


As a preferable embodiment, the positioning guiders are arranged on left and right sides of the soundproof cabin frame or the end sealing assembly, and a number of the positioning guiders on a same side is one or more, and each of the positioning guiders corresponds to each of the matching cavities.


As a preferable embodiment, each of the positioning guiders is provided with a conical head at a position where is protruded from the soundproof cabin frame or the end sealing assembly, and the conical head is arranged in a decreasing manner along a protruding direction of each of the positioning guiders.


As a preferable embodiment, each of the positioning guiders is further provided with a connecting portion connected to the conical head at the position where is protruded from the soundproof cabin frame or the end sealing assembly, the connecting portion and the conical head are successively arranged along the protruding direction of each of the positioning guiders, and one end of the conical head connected to the connecting portion is radially protruded from the connecting portion, and a locking groove between the end of the conical head and the connecting portion is defined.


As a preferable embodiment, a cavity wall of each of the matching cavities comprises a first upper-lower side wall, a second upper-lower side wall, a first inclined wall, a second inclined wall, and a left-right connecting wall; the first upper-lower side wall and the second upper-lower side wall are arranged side by side, with one end of the left-right connecting wall connected to one end of the first upper-lower side wall, and another end of the left-right connecting wall connected to one end of the second upper-lower side wall; a first end of the first inclined wall is connected to another end of the first upper-lower side wall, and a first end of the second inclined wall is connected to another end of the second upper-lower side wall; a second end of the first inclined wall is inclined away from the left-right connecting wall, and a second end of the second inclined wall is inclined away from the left-right connecting wall, and the second ends of the first inclined wall and the second inclined wall are arranged closer to each other.


As a preferable embodiment, at a same side, the first inclined wall and the second inclined wall in the matching cavity at an upper side are arranged upward, and the first inclined wall and the second inclined wall in the matching cavity at a lower side are arranged downward.


As a preferable embodiment, the quick-installation mechanism further comprises flexible handles installed on the end sealing assembly, and the end sealing assembly can be lifted or lowered by grasping the flexible handles.


As a preferable embodiment, the flexible handles are respectively arranged on left and right sides of the end sealing assembly facing the soundproof cabin frame.


As a preferable embodiment, the end sealing assembly is provided with a storage space for accommodating each of the flexible handles, and each of the flexible handles is stored in the storage space through an opening of the storage space.


As a preferable embodiment, each of the flexible handles spans across the opening of the storage space, and two ends of each of the flexible handles are assembled and connected to the end sealing assembly.


As a preferable embodiment, the end sealing assembly is provided with two mounting holes, and the opening is located between the two mounting holes; one end of each of the flexible handles is connected to the end sealing assembly through one of the mounting holes, and another end of each of the flexible handles is connected to the end sealing assembly through another of the mounting holes.


As a preferable embodiment, the mounting holes and the opening are located at an end portion of the end sealing assembly facing the soundproof cabin frame, and the ends of each of the flexible handle are each equipped with a blocking structure to prevent each of the flexible handles from being pulled out of the mounting holes.


As a preferable embodiment, the flexible handles are made of braided straps.


As a preferable embodiment, the end sealing assembly comprises a front end sealing assembly located at a front of the soundproof cabin frame and a rear end sealing assembly located at a rear of the soundproof cabin frame, and the quick-installation mechanism is respectively arranged between the front end sealing assembly and the soundproof cabin frame and/or between the rear end sealing assembly and the soundproof cabin frame.


As a preferable embodiment, the front end sealing assembly is a front glass door assembly, and the rear end sealing assembly is a rear cover assembly or a rear glass door assembly; the soundproof cabin frame comprises a bottom end assembly, a top cover assembly, a left wall assembly, and a right wall assembly, which are connected in a circular structure, and the bottom end assembly is served as the bottom end of the soundproof cabin frame.


An assembling method for a quick-installation soundproof cabin of the present invention includes following steps:

    • (1) placing a bottom of an end sealing assembly on a supporting structure of a soundproof cabin frame, using a contact point between the bottom of the end sealing assembly and the supporting structure as a pivot to turn over the end sealing assembly to an assembly position matched with the soundproof cabin frame; and
    • (2) assembling the end sealing assembly with the soundproof cabin frame.


As a preferable embodiment, the method further includes: in step (1), turning over the end sealing assembly to the assembly position under cooperation of a positioning guider and a matching cavity


As a preferable embodiment, the method further includes: in step (1), lifting the end sealing assembly by using a flexible handle, placing the end sealing assembly on the supporting structure of the soundproof cabin frame, and storing the flexible handle within the end sealing assembly after the end sealing assembly is placed on the supporting structure.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF ILLUSTRATED EMBODIMENTS

Preferred embodiments of the invention are described below in conjunction with the drawings.


Referring to FIGS. 1, 2, 3, and 6, the quick-installation soundproof cabin 100 of the present invention includes a soundproof cabin frame 10, a front glass door assembly 20, a rear glass door assembly 30, and a quick-installation mechanism 40. The front glass door assembly 20 is located in front of the soundproof cabin frame 10, and the rear glass door assembly 30 is located behind the soundproof cabin frame 10. The quick-installation mechanisms 40 are provided between the front glass door assembly 20 and the soundproof cabin frame 10, and between the rear glass door assembly 30 and the soundproof cabin frame 10, respectively. It should be noted that in other embodiments, the quick-installation mechanisms 40 may be provided only between the front glass door assembly 20 and the soundproof cabin frame 10, or only between the rear glass door assembly 30 and the soundproof cabin frame 10. Therefore, it's not limited to the embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 to 3.


Referring to FIGS. 9 and 10, the quick-installation mechanism 40 includes a supporting body 41 located at the bottom end 10a of the soundproof cabin frame 10. For the quick-installation mechanism 40 between the front glass door assembly 20 and the soundproof cabin frame 10, the supporting body 41 protrudes towards the front glass door assembly 20 from the bottom end 10a of the soundproof cabin frame 10. For the quick-installation mechanism 40 between the rear glass door assembly 30 and the soundproof cabin frame 10, the supporting body 41 is protruded towards the rear glass door assembly 30 from the bottom end 10a of the soundproof cabin frame 10, to form a supporting structure 41a that is suspended. The bottom 21 of the front glass door assembly 20 is configured to be placed on the supporting structure 41a (i.e., the supporting structure 41a in front of the soundproof cabin frame 10) and can be turned over to reach an assembled position mated with the soundproof cabin frame 10 above the supporting structure 41a, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9. The bottom 31 of the rear glass door assembly 30 is configured to be placed on the supporting structure 41a (i.e., the supporting structure 41a behind the soundproof cabin frame 10) and can be turned over to reach an assembled position mated with the soundproof cabin frame 10 above the supporting structure 41a, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 10. In such a way, the front glass door assembly 20 and the rear glass door assembly 30 in the assembled position may be respectively assembled with the soundproof cabin frame 10, thereby achieving the quick installation of the soundproof cabin 100 of the present invention.


Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 2, 3, 6, 7, 11, and 14, as an embodiment, the quick-installation mechanism 40 further includes positioning guiders 42 for positioning and guiding the front and rear glass door assemblies 30 during their turning-over to the assembled position, and flexible handles 43 attached to the front and rear glass door assemblies 30. For the quick-installation mechanism 40 between the front glass door assembly 20 and the soundproof cabin frame 10, the positioning guider 42 is configured to position and guide the front glass door assembly 20 during its turning-over to the assembled position, and the flexible handle 43 is attached to the front glass door assembly 20. For the quick-installation mechanism 40 between the rear glass door assembly 30 and the soundproof cabin frame 10, the positioning guider 42 is configured to position and guide the rear glass door assembly 30 during its turning-over to the assembled position, and the flexible handle 43 is attached to the rear glass door assembly 30. The positioning guiders 42 are attached to the soundproof cabin frame 10, and the front and rear glass door assemblies 20 and 30 are respectively provided with matching cavities 22 (32) that correspond to the positioning guiders 42. The positioning guiders 42 protrude from the soundproof cabin frame 10, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. Due to the cooperation between the positioning guiders 42 and the matching cavities 22 in front of the soundproof cabin frame 10, the front glass door assembly 20 can be quickly positioned with the soundproof cabin frame 10 when turning over to the assembled position, thereby further improving the convenience of assembling the front and rear glass door assemblies 20, 30 with the soundproof cabin frame 10, respectively. By gripping the flexible handles 43, the front and rear glass door assemblies 20, 30 can be lifted or lowered, thereby facilitating the handling by operators and avoiding direct contact with the door assemblies. It should be understood that the positions of the positioning guiders 42 and the matching cavities 22 (32) may be swapped as needed. In other embodiments, the positioning guiders 42 and the matching cavities 22 (32) may be removed, or the flexible handles 43 may be removed, or the positioning guiders 42, matching cavities 22 (32), and flexible handles 43 may all be removed. Therefore, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments shown in FIGS. 2, 3, 6, 7, 11, and 14. More specific structures of the positioning guiders 42, the matching cavities 22 (32), and the flexible handles 43 may be found in the following description.


As shown in FIGS. 2, 11, and 12, for example, the quick-installation mechanism 40 located between the front glass door assembly 20 and the soundproof cabin frame 10 includes positioning guiders 42 arranged on the left and right sides of the soundproof cabin frame 10. On the same side, there are two positioning guiders 42 arranged vertically. It should be noted that, the number of the positioning guiders 42 is not limited to those shown in FIGS. 2, 11, and 12, it may be one, three or four according to actual needs. Each positioning guider 42 corresponds to a matching cavity 22. In such configurations, positioning guidance for the front glass door assembly 20 from the left and right sides of the soundproof cabin frame 10 are provided, thereby improving the reliability of the positioning between the front glass door assembly 20 and the soundproof cabin frame 10. Similarly, as shown in FIGS. 3, 14, and 15, the quick-installation mechanism 40 located between the rear glass door assembly 30 and the soundproof cabin frame 10 is includes positioning guiders 42 arranged on the left and right sides of the soundproof cabin frame 10. On the same side, there are two positioning guiders 42 arranged vertically. It should be noted that, the number of the positioning guiders 42 is not limited to those shown in FIGS. 3, 14, and 15, it may be one, three or four according to actual needs. Each positioning guider 42 corresponds to a matching cavity 22. In such configurations, positioning guidance for the rear glass door assembly 30 from the left and right sides of the soundproof cabin frame 10 are provided, thereby improving the reliability of the positioning between the rear glass door assembly 30 and the soundproof cabin frame 10.


Specifically, as an embodiment in FIGS. 6, the positioning guider 42 of the quick-installation mechanism 40 located between the front glass door assembly 20 and the soundproof cabin frame 10 is provided with a conical head 421 protruding from the position of the soundproof cabin frame 10. The conical head 421 is arranged in a decreasing manner along the protruding direction of the positioning guider 42 (indicated by the arrow next to the positioning guider 42 in FIG. 6). Optionally, the positioning guider 42 may also have a connecting portion 422 connected to the conical head 421, and the connecting portion 422 and the conical head 421 are arranged sequentially along the protruding direction of the positioning guider 42. One end 4211 of the conical head 421 is radially protruded from the connecting portion 422, so as to define a locking groove 423 between the end 4211 and the connecting portion 422. With the help of the conical head 421, the positioning guider 42 can more easily enter the matching cavity 22 of the front glass door assembly 20 during the turning-over of the front glass door assembly 20 on the supporting structure 41a, thereby providing positioning guidance for the front glass door assembly 20. With the help of the locking groove 423, the front glass door assembly 20 in the assembled position can be securely held, which facilitates the assembly of the front glass door assembly 20 and the soundproof cabin frame 10 for operators. Similarly, in FIG. 7, for example, the positioning guider 42 of the quick-installation mechanism 40 located between the rear glass door assembly 30 and the soundproof cabin frame 10 is provided with a conical head 421 protruding from the position of the soundproof cabin frame 10. The conical head 421 is arranged in a decreasing manner along the protruding direction of the positioning guider 42 (indicated by the arrow next to the positioning guider 42 in FIG. 7). Optionally, the positioning guider 42 may also include a connecting portion 422 connected to the conical head 421, and the connecting portion 422 and the conical head 421 are arranged sequentially along the protruding direction of the positioning guider 42. One end 4211 of the conical head 421 is radially protruded from the connecting portion 422, so as to define a locking groove 423 between the end 4211 and the connecting portion 422. With the help of the conical head 421, the positioning guider 42 can more easily enter the matching cavity 32 of the rear glass door assembly 30 during the turning-over of the rear glass door assembly 30 on the supporting structure 41a, thereby providing positioning guidance for the rear glass door assembly 30. With the help of the locking groove 423, the rear glass door assembly 30 in the assembled position can be securely held, which facilitates the assembly of the rear glass door assembly 30 and the soundproof cabin frame 10 for operators.


As shown in FIG. 13, the cavity wall of the matching cavity 22 includes a first upper-lower side wall 221, a second upper-lower side wall 222, a first inclined wall 223, a second inclined wall 224, and a left-right connecting wall 225. The first upper-lower side wall 221 and the second upper-lower side wall 222 are arranged side by side, with one end of the left-right connecting wall 225 connected to one end of the first upper-lower side wall 221, and the other end of the left-right connecting wall 225 connected to one end of the second upper-lower side wall 222. The first inclined wall 223 is connected to the other end of the first upper-lower side wall 221, and the second inclined wall 224 is connected to the other end of the second upper-lower side wall 222. The second end of the first inclined wall 223 is inclined away from the left-right connecting wall 225, and the second end of the second inclined wall 224 is inclined away from the left-right connecting wall 225. Additionally, the second end of the first inclined wall 223 and the second end of the second inclined wall 224 are arranged closer to each other. In such configurations, the conical heads 421 of the positioning guiders 42 in front of the soundproof cabin frame 10 are allowed to easily enter the space surrounded by the first upper-lower side wall 221, the second upper-lower side wall 222, and the left-right connecting wall 225 during the turning-over of the front glass door assembly 20 to the assembled position, and then be positioned and guided by the first inclined wall 223 and the second inclined wall 224, thereby improving the reliability of the positioning guidance. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 13, as an embodiment, at the same side (either left or right), the first inclined wall 223 and the second inclined wall 224 in the upper matching cavity 22 are arranged upward, and the first inclined wall 223 and the second inclined wall 224 in the lower matching cavity 22 are arranged downward. By such configurations, the reliability of the positioning guidance for the front glass door assembly 20 by the positioning guiders 42 is further improved, during the turning-over of the front glass door assembly 20 to the assembled position.


As shown in FIG. 16, the cavity wall of the matching cavity 32 includes a first upper-lower side wall 321, a second upper-lower side wall 322, a first inclined wall 323, a second inclined wall 324, and a left-right connecting wall 325. The first upper-lower side wall 321 and the second upper-lower side wall 322 are arranged side by side and separated by the left-right connecting wall 325. One end of the left-right connecting wall 325 is connected to one end of the first upper-lower side wall 321, and the other end of the left-right connecting wall 325 is connected to one end of the second upper-lower side wall 322. The first inclined wall 323 is connected to the other end of the first upper-lower side wall 321, and the second inclined wall 324 is connected to the other end of the second upper-lower side wall 322. The second end of the first inclined wall 323 is inclined away from the left-right connecting wall 325, and the second end of the second inclined wall 324 is inclined away from the left-right connecting wall 325. The second end of the first inclined wall 323 and the second end of the second inclined wall 324 are arranged close to each other. By these configurations, the conical head 421 of the positioning guider 42 at the rear of the soundproof cabin frame 10 is allowed to enter the space surrounded by the first upper-lower side wall 321, the second upper-lower side wall 322, and the left-right connecting wall 325 during the turning-over of the rear glass door assembly 30 to the assembly position, and then be positioned and guided by the first inclined wall 323 and the second inclined wall 324, thereby improving the reliability of the positioning guidance.


As shown in FIGS. 3 and 11, for the quick installation mechanism 40 located between the front glass door assembly 20 and the soundproof cabin frame 10, the flexible handles 43 are respectively arranged on both sides of the end portion 23 of the front glass door assembly 20 facing the soundproof cabin frame 10. On the same side, there are two flexible handles 43 arranged vertically for easy operation on the same side. It's understood that, according to actual needs, the number of the flexible handles 43 on the same side may also be one, three, or four, which is not limited to that in FIG. 11. Specifically, as an embodiment in FIGS. 3, 11, and 12, the front glass door assembly 20 is provided with a storage space 24 for accommodating the flexible handle 43. The flexible handle 43 may be received in the storage space 24 through the opening 241, when not in use. Furthermore, as an embodiment in FIG. 11, the flexible handle 43 crosses over the opening 241 of the storage space 24, for example, vertically crosses over the opening 241. The two ends of the flexible handle 43 are connected to the front glass door assembly 20, so as to receive the flexible handles 43 inside the storage space 24 as possible. In addition, as an embodiment in FIGS. 6 and 12, the two ends of the flexible handle 43 are connected to the front glass door assembly 20 by two mounting holes 25, and the opening 241 is located between the mounting holes 25. The mounting holes 25 and the opening 241 are located at the end portion 23 of the soundproof cabin frame 10. One end of the flexible handle 43 is threaded through a mounting hole 25 into the front glass door assembly 20, and the other end of the flexible handle 43 is threaded through another mounting hole 25 into the front glass door assembly 20. Each end of the flexible handle 43 is provided with a blocking structure 431 to prevent the flexible handle 43 from being pulled out of the mounting holes 25. In such a way, the portion of the flexible handles 43 outside the storage space 24 is effectively reduced. For example, the flexible handles 43 may be made of a braided strap, or other flexible structures according to actual needs.


Similarly, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 14, for the quick installation mechanism 40 located between the rear glass door assembly 30 and the soundproof cabin frame 10, the flexible handles 43 are respectively arranged on both sides of the end portion 33 of the f rear glass door assembly 30 facing the soundproof cabin frame 10. On the same side, there are two flexible handles 43 arranged vertically for easy operation on the same side. It's understood that, according to actual needs, the number of the flexible handles 43 on the same side may also be one, three, or four, which is not limited to that in FIG. 41. Specifically, as an embodiment in FIGS. 2, 14, and 15, the rear glass door assembly 30 is provided with a storage space 34 for accommodating the flexible handle 43. The flexible handle 43 may be received in the storage space 34 through the opening 341, when not in use. Furthermore, as an embodiment in FIG. 14, the flexible handle 43 crosses over the opening 341 of the storage space 34, for example, vertically crosses over the opening 341. The two ends of the flexible handle 43 are connected to the rear glass door assembly 30, so as to receive the flexible handles 43 inside the storage space 34 as possible. In addition, as an embodiment in FIGS. 7 and 15, the two ends of the flexible handle 43 are connected to the front glass door assembly 20 by two mounting holes 35, and the opening 341 is located between the mounting holes 35. The mounting holes 35 and the opening 341 are located at the end portion 33 of the soundproof cabin frame 10. One end of the flexible handle 43 is threaded through an mounting hole 35 into the rear glass door assembly 30, and the other end of the flexible handle 43 is threaded through another mounting hole 35 into the rear glass door assembly 30. Each end of the flexible handle 43 is provided with a blocking structure 431 to prevent the flexible handle 43 from being pulled out of the mounting holes 35. In such a way, the portion of the flexible handles 43 outside the storage space 34 is effectively reduced. For example, the flexible handles 43 may be made of a braided strap, or other flexible structures according to actual needs.


As shown in FIGS. 2, 3, 9, and 10, the supporting structure 41a of the supporting body 41 includes a front-rear section 411 and an inclined section 412 that are connected together along the protruding direction of the supporting body 41 (as indicated by the arrows on the supporting structure 41a in FIGS. 2 and 3). The inclined section 412 is extended upward along the protruding direction of the supporting body 41, thereby allowing the bottom 21 of the front glass door assembly 20 to slide and turn over along the inclined section 412 in front of the soundproof cabin frame 10 to switch to the assembly position. The front glass door assembly 20 is supported by the front-rear section 411 from below, as shown in FIG. 9. Similarly, the bottom 21 of the rear glass door assembly 30 is allowed to slide and turn over along the inclined section 412 at the rear of the soundproof cabin frame 10 to switch to the assembly position, and the rear glass door assembly 30 is supported by the front-rear section 411 from below, as shown in FIG. 10. By these configurations, the assembly of the front glass door assembly 20 and the rear glass door assembly 30 with the soundproof cabin frame 10 is further facilitated.


Specifically, as an embodiment shown in FIGS. 2, 3, 9, and 10, the supporting structure 41a further includes an upper-lower section 413 connected to the inclined section 412 and arranged sequentially along the protruding direction of the supporting body 41. The upper-lower section 413 is protruded upward relative to the inclined section 412 and is configured to prevent the front glass door assembly 20 and the rear glass door assembly 30 from disengaging out of the supporting structure 41a during the turning-over, thereby improving the reliability of the operation. Specifically, as an embodiment shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the front-rear section 411 is horizontally arranged, and the upper-lower section 413 is vertically arranged for ease of manufacturing. The front-rear section 411 is provided with a supporting surface 4111 for supporting the front and rear glass door assemblies 30, and the front-rear section 411 is coplanar with the bottom surface 111 of the soundproof cabin frame 10 to ensure that the front and rear glass door assemblies 30 are in a flush position with the soundproof cabin frame 10.


To ensure the reliable assembly between the supporting body 41 and the soundproof cabin frame 10, as an embodiment shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the supporting body 41 has an assembly structure 41b connected to the front-rear section 411. The assembly structure 41b is located below the bottom end 10a of the soundproof cabin frame 10 and fixedly connected to the bottom end 10a using fasteners 415, thereby allowing the assembly structure 41b to not occupy the space of the bottom end 10a of the soundproof cabin frame 10 along the protruding direction of the supporting body 41, and ensuring a closer fit between the front and rear glass door assemblies 30 and the soundproof cabin frame 10 accordingly. As an embodiment shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the assembly structure 41b is linearly connected to the front-rear section 411. Therefore, the supporting body 41 may be formed by a plate. However, according to actual needs, the assembly structure 41b may also be fixedly connected to one side of the bottom end 10a of the soundproof cabin frame 10 facing the glass door assemblies (front and rear glass door assemblies), which is not limited to the embodiment shown in FIGS. 9 and 10.


As shown in FIGS. 9 and 11, the bottom 21 of the front glass door assembly 20 is provided with a receiving cavity 211 with an opening 2111 facing downward. Due to the receiving cavity 211, the bottom 21 of the front glass door assembly 20 is defined into a first bottom 21a and a second bottom 21b. The inclined section 412 in front of the soundproof cabin frame 10 is located within the receiving cavity 211, and the front-rear section 411 of the soundproof cabin frame 10 is configured to support the first bottom 21a from below, thereby ensuring a simple coordination between the supporting body 41 in front of the soundproof cabin frame 10 and the front glass door assembly 20. Specifically, as an embodiment shown in FIGS. 9, 17C, and 17E, the first bottom 21a has a supported structure 21a1 supported by the front-rear section 411 in front of the soundproof cabin frame 10 in the assembly position, and a guide structure 21a2 spaced above the front-rear section 411. The supported structure 21a1 and the guide structure 21a2 are arranged sequentially along the protruding direction of the supporting body 41 in front of the soundproof cabin frame 10, and the guide structure 21a2 is located at the position where the receiving cavity 211 is defined by the first bottom 21a, as shown in FIG. 9. The front glass door assembly 20 is configured to slide and turn over downward along the inclined section 412 in front of the soundproof cabin frame 10 to switch to the assembly position, so that the supported structure 21a1 is supported by the front-rear section 411 in front of the soundproof cabin frame 10. With the help of the guide structure 21a2, the smooth and reliable sliding and turning-over of the front glass door assembly 20 at the supporting structure 41a in front of the soundproof cabin frame 10 is further improved, and the sliding status is shown in FIGS. 17C and 17E. More specifically, as an embodiment shown in FIG. 9, the cross-sectional profile of the guide structure 21a2 is arc-shaped to effectively improve the sliding smoothness of the guide structure 21a2 along the inclined section 412 in front of the soundproof cabin frame 10. However, the cross-sectional profile of the guide structure 21a2 may also be elliptical arc-shaped for example, which is not limited to that shown in FIG. 9.


As shown in FIG. 10 and FIG. 14, the bottom 31 of the rear glass door assembly 30 is provided with a receiving cavity 311 with an opening 3111 facing downward. Due to the receiving cavity 311, the bottom 31 of the rear glass door assembly 30 is defined into a first bottom 31a and a second bottom 31b. The inclined section 412 in front of the soundproof cabin frame 10 is located within the receiving cavity 311, and the front-rear section 411 of the soundproof cabin frame 10 is configured to support the first bottom 31a from below, thereby ensuring a simple coordination between the supporting body 41 in front of the soundproof cabin frame 10 and the rear glass door assembly 30. Specifically, as an embodiment shown in FIG. 10, the first bottom 31a has a supported structure 31a1 supported by the front-rear section 411 in front of the soundproof cabin frame 10 in the assembly position, and a guide structure 31a2 spaced above the front-rear section 411. The supported structure 31a1 and the guide structure 31a2 are arranged sequentially along the protruding direction of the supporting body 41 in front of the soundproof cabin frame 10, and the guide structure 31a2 is located at the position where the receiving cavity 311 is defined by the first bottom 31a, as shown in FIG. 10. The rear glass door assembly 30 is configured to slide and turn over downward along the inclined section 412 in front of the soundproof cabin frame 10 to switch to the assembly position, so that the supported structure 31a1 is supported by the front-rear section 411 in front of the soundproof cabin frame 10. With the help of the guide structure 31a2, the smooth and reliable sliding and turning-over of the rear glass door assembly 30 at the supporting structure 41a in front of the soundproof cabin frame 10 is further improved, and the sliding is the same with that of the above-mentioned supported structure 21a1. More specifically, as an embodiment shown in FIG. 10, the cross-sectional profile of the guide structure 31a2 is arc-shaped to effectively improve the sliding smoothness of the guide structure 31a2 along the inclined section 412 in front of the soundproof cabin frame 10. However, the cross-sectional profile of the guide structure 31a2 may also be elliptical arc-shaped for example, which is not limited to that shown in FIG. 10.


As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, as an embodiment, the soundproof cabin frame 10 includes a top cover assembly 10b, a left wall assembly 10c, a right wall assembly 10d, and a bottom end assembly that forms the bottom end 10a of the soundproof cabin frame 10. The bottom end assembly 10a, the left wall assembly 10c, the top cover assembly 10b, and the right wall assembly 10d are connected in sequence to form a ring structure, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. It should be noted that the structures of the top cover assembly 10b, the left wall assembly 10c, the right wall assembly 10d, and the bottom end assembly 10a are well-known in the art and will not be described here therefore.


In summary, referring to FIGS. 17A to 17L, the assembly method for the quick-installation soundproof cabin according to the present invention includes the following steps.


S001: placing the bottom 21 of the front glass door assembly 20 on the supporting structure 41a in front of the soundproof cabin frame 10, using the contact point 50 between the bottom 21 of the front glass door assembly 20 and the supporting structure 41a in front of the soundproof cabin frame 10 as a pivot to turn over the front glass door assembly 20 to the assembly position with the soundproof cabin frame 10. Specifically, the operators standing on both sides of the front glass door assembly 20 move the front glass door assembly 20 towards the supporting structure 41a in front of the soundproof cabin frame 10 using the corresponding flexible handle 43, and then tilt it upwards so that the upper-lower section 413 and the inclined section 412 in front of the soundproof cabin frame 10 enter the receiving cavity 211 through the opening 2111 at the bottom 21 of the front glass door assembly 20, as shown in FIG. 17B. Then, the operators standing on both sides of the front glass door assembly 20 turn over the front glass door assembly 20 towards the direction close to the soundproof cabin frame 10, allowing the front glass door assembly 20 to slide and turn over downwards along the inclined section 412 of the soundproof cabin frame 10 by means of the guide structure 21a2 until it is switched to the assembly position, and the supported structure 21a1 is supported from below by the front-rear section 411 of the soundproof cabin frame 10, as shown in FIG. 9. Since the front glass door assembly 20 needs to turn over and slide when switching to the assembly position, the contact point 50 is constantly changed relative to the soundproof cabin frame 10, which can be understood as a variable-axis turning-over of the front glass door assembly 20.


S002: assembling the front glass door assembly 20 with the soundproof cabin frame 10.


S003: placing the bottom 31 of the rear glass door assembly 30 on the supporting structure 41a in front of the soundproof cabin frame 10, using the contact point between the bottom 31 of the rear glass door assembly 30 and the supporting structure 41a in front of the soundproof cabin frame 10 as a pivot to turn over the rear glass door assembly 30 to the assembly position with the soundproof cabin frame 10. Specifically, the operators standing on both sides of the rear glass door assembly 30 move the rear glass door assembly 30 towards the supporting structure 41a in front of the soundproof cabin frame 10 using the corresponding flexible handle 43, and then tilt it upwards so that the upper-lower section 413 and the inclined section 412 in front of the soundproof cabin frame 10 enter the receiving cavity 311 through the opening 3111 at the bottom 31 of the rear glass door assembly 30, as shown in FIG. 17H. Then, the operators standing on both sides of the rear glass door assembly 30 turn over the rear glass door assembly 30 towards the direction close to the soundproof cabin frame 10, allowing the rear glass door assembly 30 to slide and turn over downwards along the inclined section 412 of the soundproof cabin frame 10 by means of the guide structure 31a2 until it is switched to the assembly position, and the supported structure 31a1 is supported from below by the front-rear section 411 of the soundproof cabin frame 10, as shown in FIG. 10. Since the rear glass door assembly 30 needs to turn over and slide when switching to the assembly position, the contact point is constantly changed relative to the soundproof cabin frame 10, which can be understood as a variable-axis turning-over of the rear glass door assembly 30.


S004: assembling the rear glass door assembly 30 with the soundproof cabin frame 10.


Specifically, in Step S001, the front glass door assembly 20 is turned over to the assembly position with the soundproof cabin frame 10 by using the matching cavity 22 of the soundproof cabin frame 10 and the positioning guider 42 in front of the soundproof cabin frame 10. The flexible handles 43 are stored inside the front glass door assembly 20 after placed on the supporting structure 41a in front of the soundproof cabin frame 10, as shown in FIG. 17D. In Step S003, the rear glass door assembly 30 is turned over to the assembly position with the soundproof cabin frame 10 by using the matching cavity 32 of the soundproof cabin frame 10 and the positioning guider 42 behind the soundproof cabin frame 10. The flexible handles 43 are stored inside the rear glass door assembly 30 after placed on the supporting structure 41a behind the soundproof cabin frame 10, as shown in FIG. 17J. Due to the cooperation of the positioning guider 42 and the matching cavity 22 (32), the assembly time is saved, thereby improving the assembly speed and efficiency of the front and rear glass door assemblies 20, 30. Further, the flexible handles 43 facilitate the grasping operation of the front and rear glass door assemblies 20, 30 by the operators.


It should be noted that, the installation order for the front glass door assembly 20 and the rear glass door assembly 30 is not limited, it's feasible to install the front glass door assembly 20 first or install the rear glass door assembly 30 first, which is not limited to that shown in FIGS. 17A to 17J.


In comparison with the prior art, the quick-installation mechanism 40 of the present invention includes a supporting body 41 located at the bottom end 10a of the soundproof cabin frame 10. The supporting body 41 is protruded towards the direction close to the end sealing assembly (e.g., the front glass door assembly 20 or the rear glass door assembly 30) to form a supporting structure 41a suspended at the bottom end 10a of the soundproof cabin frame 10. During the assembly process of the end sealing assembly to the soundproof cabin frame 10, the bottom end 10a of the end sealing assembly is first placed on the supporting structure 41a, which provides support and reduces the burden on the operators when grabbing the end sealing assembly, so that it's beneficial for the operators in turning over the end sealing assembly to the assembly position. Further, in such an assembly way, the number of the operator is reduced to save the manpower, and the assembly between the end sealing assembly and the soundproof cabin frame 10 is convenient, quick, and efficient. For example, it takes 4 to 5 hours for the traditional assembly way, while it only takes 15 minutes for the current assembly way in the present invention.


It is worth noting that the front glass door assembly 20 is just one embodiment of an end sealing assembly for the front end, and the rear glass door assembly 30 is just one embodiment of an end sealing assembly for the rear end. However, the end sealing assembly for the front or rear end may have other structures. For example, the end sealing assembly for the rear end may be a rear cover. Additionally, the quick-installation mechanism 40 is located between the end sealing assembly and the soundproof cabin frame 10. Furthermore, when the soundproof cabin frame 10 includes the top cover assembly 10b, the left wall assembly 10c, the right wall assembly 10d, and the bottom end assembly, the positioning guider 42 is respectively assembled to the left wall assembly 10c and the right wall assembly 10d.

Claims
  • 1. A quick-installation soundproof cabin, comprising a soundproof cabin frame, an end sealing assembly, and a quick-installation mechanism located between the soundproof cabin frame and the end sealing assembly, wherein the quick-installation mechanism comprises a supporting body located at a bottom end of the soundproof cabin frame, and the supporting body is protruded towards a direction close to the end sealing assembly from the bottom end of the soundproof cabin frame, to form a supporting structure that is suspended, and the end sealing assembly is configured to be placed and supported on the supporting structure and turned over to an assembly position mated with the soundproof cabin frame.
  • 2. The quick-installation soundproof cabin according to claim 1, wherein the supporting structure comprises a front-rear section and an inclined section connected together and arranged along a protruding direction of the supporting body, and the inclined section is extended and inclined upwardly along the protruding direction relative to the front-rear section, and a bottom of the end sealing assembly is configured to slide and turn over along the inclined section to switch to the assembly position, and the end sealing assembly is supported by the front-rear section from below.
  • 3. The quick-installation soundproof cabin according to claim 2, wherein the supporting structure further comprises an upper-lower section connected to the inclined section and arranged in sequence along the protruding direction of the supporting body, and the upper-lower section are protruded upwardly relative to the inclined section.
  • 4. The quick-installation soundproof cabin according to claim 3, wherein the front-rear section is arranged horizontally, and the upper-lower section is arranged vertically.
  • 5. The quick-installation soundproof cabin according to claim 2, wherein the front-rear section is provided with a supporting surface for supporting the end sealing assembly, and the supporting surface is coplanar with a bottom surface of the soundproof cabin frame.
  • 6. The quick-installation soundproof cabin according to claim 2, wherein the supporting body has an assembly structure connected to the front-rear section, and one side of the bottom end of the soundproof cabin frame facing the end sealing assembly is fixedly connected to the assembly structure, or the assembly structure is located below the bottom end of the soundproof cabin frame and fixedly connected to the bottom end.
  • 7. The quick-installation soundproof cabin according to claim 6, wherein the assembly structure and the front-rear section are connected in a straight line.
  • 8. The quick-installation soundproof cabin according to claim 2, wherein the bottom of the end sealing assembly is provided with a receiving cavity with an opening facing downward, and the bottom of the end sealing assembly is defined into a first bottom and a second bottom due to the receiving cavity; and the inclined section is located in the receiving cavity, and the front-rear section is configured to support the first bottom from below.
  • 9. The quick-installation soundproof cabin according to claim 8, wherein the first bottom has a supported structure supported by the front-rear section when in the assembly position, and a guide structure spaced above the front-rear section, the supported structure and the guide structure are arranged sequentially along the protruding direction of the supporting body when in the assembly position; the guide structure is located at a position on the first bottom for defining the receiving cavity, by the guide structure, the end sealing assembly is configured to slide and turn over downward along the inclined section to switch to the assembly position, and the supported structure is supported by the front-rear section from below.
  • 10. The quick-installation soundproof cabin according to claim 9, wherein a cross-sectional profile of the guide structure is arc-shaped or elliptical arc-shaped.
  • 11. The quick-installation soundproof cabin according to claim 1, wherein the quick-installation mechanism further comprises positioning guiders for positioning and guiding the end sealing assembly during turning-over to the assembly position, the positioning guiders are assembled in one of the soundproof cabin frame and the end sealing assembly, and another of the soundproof cabin frame and the end sealing assembly is provided with matching cavities matched with the positioning guiders, and the positioning guiders are protruded from the soundproof cabin frame or the end sealing assembly.
  • 12. The quick-installation soundproof cabin according to claim 11, wherein the positioning guiders are arranged on left and right sides of the soundproof cabin frame or the end sealing assembly, and a number of the positioning guiders on a same side is one or more, and each of the positioning guiders corresponds to each of the matching cavities.
  • 13. The quick-installation soundproof cabin according to claim 12, wherein each of the positioning guiders is provided with a conical head at a position where is protruded from the soundproof cabin frame or the end sealing assembly, and the conical head is arranged in a decreasing manner along a protruding direction of each of the positioning guiders.
  • 14. The quick-installation soundproof cabin according to claim 13, wherein each of the positioning guiders is further provided with a connecting portion connected to the conical head at the position where is protruded from the soundproof cabin frame or the end sealing assembly, the connecting portion and the conical head are successively arranged along the protruding direction of each of the positioning guiders, and one end of the conical head connected to the connecting portion is radially protruded from the connecting portion, and a locking groove between the end of the conical head and the connecting portion is defined.
  • 15. The quick-installation soundproof cabin according to claim 13, wherein a cavity wall of each of the matching cavities comprises a first upper-lower side wall, a second upper-lower side wall, a first inclined wall, a second inclined wall, and a left-right connecting wall; the first upper-lower side wall and the second upper-lower side wall are arranged side by side, with one end of the left-right connecting wall connected to one end of the first upper-lower side wall, and another end of the left-right connecting wall connected to one end of the second upper-lower side wall; a first end of the first inclined wall is connected to another end of the first upper-lower side wall, and a first end of the second inclined wall is connected to another end of the second upper-lower side wall; a second end of the first inclined wall is inclined away from the left-right connecting wall, and a second end of the second inclined wall is inclined away from the left-right connecting wall, and the second ends of the first inclined wall and the second inclined wall are arranged closer to each other.
  • 16. The quick-installation soundproof cabin according to claim 15, wherein, at a same side, the first inclined wall and the second inclined wall in the matching cavity at an upper side are arranged upward, and the first inclined wall and the second inclined wall in the matching cavity at a lower side are arranged downward.
  • 17. The quick-installation soundproof cabin according to claim 1, wherein the quick-installation mechanism further comprises flexible handles installed on the end sealing assembly, and the end sealing assembly can be lifted or lowered by grasping the flexible handles.
  • 18. The quick-installation soundproof cabin according to claim 17, wherein the flexible handles are respectively arranged on left and right sides of the end sealing assembly facing the soundproof cabin frame.
  • 19. The quick-installation soundproof cabin according to claim 17, wherein the end sealing assembly is provided with a storage space for accommodating each of the flexible handles, and each of the flexible handles is stored in the storage space through an opening of the storage space.
  • 20. The quick-installation soundproof cabin according to claim 19, wherein each of the flexible handles spans across the opening of the storage space, and two ends of each of the flexible handles are assembled and connected to the end sealing assembly.
  • 21. The quick-installation soundproof cabin according to claim 20, wherein the end sealing assembly is provided with two mounting holes, and the opening is located between the two mounting holes; one end of each of the flexible handles is connected to the end sealing assembly through one of the mounting holes, and another end of each of the flexible handles is connected to the end sealing assembly through another of the mounting holes.
  • 22. The quick-installation soundproof cabin according to claim 21, wherein the mounting holes and the opening are located at an end portion of the end sealing assembly facing the soundproof cabin frame, and the ends of each of the flexible handle are each equipped with a blocking structure to prevent each of the flexible handles from being pulled out of the mounting holes.
  • 23. The quick-installation soundproof cabin according to claim 17, wherein the flexible handles are made of braided straps.
  • 24. The quick-installation soundproof cabin according to claim 1, wherein the end sealing assembly comprises a front end sealing assembly located at a front of the soundproof cabin frame and a rear end sealing assembly located at a rear of the soundproof cabin frame, and the quick-installation mechanism is respectively arranged between the front end sealing assembly and the soundproof cabin frame and/or between the rear end sealing assembly and the soundproof cabin frame.

The quick-installation soundproof cabin according to claim 24, wherein the front end sealing assembly is a front glass door assembly, and the rear end sealing assembly is a rear cover assembly or a rear glass door assembly; the soundproof cabin frame comprises a bottom end assembly, a top cover assembly, a left wall assembly, and a right wall assembly, which are connected in a circular structure, and the bottom end assembly is served as the bottom end of the soundproof cabin frame.
  • 26. An assembling method for a quick-installation soundproof cabin, comprising following steps: (1) placing a bottom of an end sealing assembly on a supporting structure of a soundproof cabin frame, using a contact point between the bottom of the end sealing assembly and the supporting structure as a pivot to turn over the end sealing assembly to an assembly position matched with the soundproof cabin frame; and(2) assembling the end sealing assembly with the soundproof cabin frame.
  • 27. The assembling method according to claim 26, further comprising: in step (1), turning over the end sealing assembly to the assembly position under cooperation of a positioning guider and a matching cavity.
  • 28. The assembling method according to claim 26, further comprising: in step (1), lifting the end sealing assembly by using a flexible handle, placing the end sealing assembly on the supporting structure of the soundproof cabin frame, and storing the flexible handle within the end sealing assembly after the end sealing assembly is placed on the supporting structure.
