This application claims priority of Chinese Patent Application No. 202322238679.5, filed on Aug. 21, 2023, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of tents, and specifically to a quick opening and closing tent.
As the most common outdoor goods, a tent is widely used in outdoor camping, picnic rest and other common outdoor activities. Most of the existing tents can be categorized into skeleton supporting tents and more upscale inflatable tents. The current skeleton supporting tents can be divided into inner skeleton type structures and outer skeleton type structures. The inner skeleton type structures mean that all skeletons are mounted on an inner side of a tent body, which employs a push-pull or skeleton detachable type. For example, a folding tent is disclosed in a patent with the number of 202120766796.7, a push-pull structure is employed in all side faces. The outer skeleton type structures are more common, for example, a tent cover is disclosed in a patent with the number of CN202120933600.9, a tent can be folded integrally, and an overall skeleton of the tent is arranged on an outer edge of a tent body. For the push-pull skeleton type structures, currently, if a large outdoor tent is to be made, a storage size of the tent is a length of the longest skeleton within the tent. For example, if the tent is 2.1 meters in height, the storage size needs to reach 1.5 meters, but it is trouble to place the tent after being folded in a car because a trunk of the car is less than 1.5 meters wide. At the same time, for the outer skeleton type structures, all skeletons are arranged on an outer side of a tent body, making the skeletons be prone to bump and damage and poor aesthetic, and in particular, an umbrella opening and closing structure at the top is often jammed or cannot be pulled.
The technical problem to be solved by the present disclosure is to provide a quick opening and closing tent, which is simple in structure, more convenient in opening and closing, small in storage size, and more beautiful in appearance.
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present disclosure employs the following technical solutions.
A quick opening and closing tent includes a top cover and side end covers. Three or more side end covers are arranged, and are connected below the top cover along outer sides of the top cover; a top disc is fixed to an inner side end of the top cover, and top support skeletons are hinged to the top disc; side end discs are fixed to inner sides of side ends where the top cover is connected to the side end covers, and at least two side end support skeletons are hinged to a top end of each of the side end discs and located on an inner side of the top cover; the inner side of the top cover is further fixed with three-way connection seats, and the side end support skeletons and the top support skeletons are hinged to the three-way connection seats; and at least one telescopic folding assembly is hinged to a bottom end of each of the side end discs, and the telescopic folding assembly is located at an outer side of the side end cover.
In a further technical solution, the side end covers are further arranged with openings for ventilation and access for human access as well as ventilation.
In a further technical solution, the side end support skeletons are built into an outer perimeter of the top cover, and two ends of each of the side end support skeletons are hinged to side end discs at two adjacent ends of the top cover. The two ends of each of the side end support skeletons are hinged to side end discs on two adjacent sides to support a position of an entire tent between the top cover and the side end covers.
In a further technical solution, the telescopic folding assembly includes an upper telescopic rod and a lower telescopic rod, the upper telescopic rod being telescopically connected up and down within the lower telescopic rod, which is a conventional structure. Of course, the telescopic folding assembly may simply be a foldable assembly, which can achieve the same effect by hinging an upper folding rod to a lower folding rod, and is a conventional structure.
In a further technical solution, bottom ends of the side end covers are further connected to a bottom end cover. The bottom end cover is mounted to achieve quieter and insect-proof and moisture-proof effects, and of course, the bottom end cover may not be arranged.
In a further technical solution, a top end of the top cover is further connected to pull straps for pushing and pulling the top cover during mounting.
The beneficial effects of the present disclosure are as follows. According to the quick opening and closing tent of the present disclosure, the side end discs are fixed to the inner sides of the side ends where the top cover is connected to the side end covers; the side end support skeletons are hinged to the top ends of the side end discs to support the entire tent in a horizontal direction, and the telescopic folding assembly is hinged to the bottom end of each of the side end covers to support the entire tent in a vertical direction; the side end support skeletons are built into the inner side of the top cover, making the appearance more beautiful; the telescopic folding assembly is arranged on the outer side of the side end cover, making it easier to stretch or fold the telescopic folding assembly; the side end support skeletons are relatively and movably connected to the top support skeletons inside the top cover, so that the top cover can be quickly pushed and pulled to be supported; at the same time, the skeletons inside the top cover and the side end discs are fixed on inner sides to avoid bump when used or folded for storage; and furthermore, the entire tent can be folded to minimize a storage length compared to a push-pull structural tent, and can be placed in the trunk of the car for easy storage.
To state the technical solutions of the embodiments in the present disclosure or prior art clearer, the attached drawings needed in the embodiments or prior art are introduced briefly below. Obviously, the drawings described below are some embodiments of the present disclosure, and for those ordinary skilled in the art, other drawings can be obtained according to these drawings without creative efforts.
Reference numerals and denotations thereof: 1—pull strap; 2—top cover; 3—side end cover; 4—opening for ventilation and access; 5—bottom end cover; 6—telescopic folding assembly; 7—side end disc; 8—side end support skeleton; 9—top disc; 10—top support skeleton; 11—three-way connection seat; and 12—Y—shaped connection seat.
Preferred embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail below in conjunction with the attached drawings to make the advantages and features of the present disclosure more readily understood by those skilled in the art, thereby defining the scope of protection of the present disclosure more clearly.

The side end covers 3 are further arranged with openings for ventilation and access 4 for human access as well as ventilation. The side end support skeletons 8 are built into an outer perimeter of the top cover 2, and two ends of each of the side end support skeletons 8 are hinged to side end discs 7 at two adjacent ends of the top cover 2. The two ends of each of the side end support skeletons 8 are hinged to side end discs 7 on two adjacent sides to support a position of an entire tent between the top cover 2 and the side end covers 3. The telescopic folding assembly 6 includes an upper telescopic rod 61 and a lower telescopic rod 62, the upper telescopic rod 61 being telescopically connected up and down within the lower telescopic rod 62, which is a conventional structure. Of course, the telescopic folding assembly 6 may simply be a foldable assembly, which achieves the same effect by hinging an upper folding rod to a lower folding rod, and is a conventional structure. Bottom ends of the side end covers 3 are further connected to a bottom end cover 5. The bottom end cover 5 is mounted to achieve quieter and insect-proof and moisture-proof effects, and of course, the bottom end cover 5 may not be arranged. A top end of the top cover 2 is further connected to pull straps 1 for pushing and pulling the top cover 2 during mounting.
In this embodiment, during mounting and using, for the telescopic folding assemblies 6, the upper telescopic rods 61 are stretched completely in the lower telescopic rods 62 in four directions. In this embodiment, four groups of telescopic folding assemblies 6 are arranged around the tent, with two telescopic folding assemblies 6 in each group. After the telescopic folding assemblies 6 with foldable opening and closing structures are completely opened, the top cover 2 is pushed upwards by a user standing inside the tent, so that the top support skeletons 10 together with the top disc 9 support upwards. It is very simple in the whole operation and quick and easy in mounting. Taking a tent with a total height of 2.1 meters as an example, the longest rod body is an upper telescopic rod 61 or a lower telescopic rod 62, and the tent is about 1 meter after being completely folded, which can be completely placed in a trunk of a car.
