Abstract
The “Quick Pull” is a household utility that was designed to be used on the end of a paper towel dispenser to eliminate the unraveling of unwanted paper towels from the roll, i.e. allowing a controlled pull by applying resistance between the paper towels and the dispenser. The “Quick Pull” is small, made of any pliable material that has total memory and is incredibly easy to use. The “Quick Pull” is not only incredibly easy to use, it is unbelievably inexpensive to make, literally a couple of pennies off of a dollar is all it takes.
Description

The “Quick Pull” is a household item, that used in conjunction with paper towels enables the user to have a controlled pull on the roll, allowing one, two, or any specific number of paper towels to be pulled at a time. The “Quick Pull” is extremely easy to use. By simply placing it over the shaft of a shafted paper towel dispenser the “Quick Pull” applies a resistance between the side of the paper towel roll and the dispenser, thus allowing the wanted number of paper towels to be pulled and eliminating the unraveling of unwanted towels. The “Quick Pull” is incredibly inexpensive to manufacture and could be a great enhancement to a company's product. The “Quick Pull” can be made of rubber, foam-rubber, foam, sponge, or a combination of these or any soft pliable material with total memory.

As shown in the drawing, it is round with a diameter of 2 to 3 inches with a hole in the center that measures ⅞ to 1 inch. It has a width of ½ to {fraction (5/8)} inches.
