Claims
- 1. A quinoxaline of the formula ##STR65## in which R.sub.1 is hydrogen if R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 conjointly are --O(CH.sub.2).sub.p O--, or is --CH.sub.2 OR, --CH.sub.2 NRR', --CH.sub.2 OCOR, --CH.sub.2 Cl, --CH.sub.2 Br, --CH.sub.2 CN, --CH.sub.2 SR, --CH.sub.2 SCN, --CH.sub.2 O(CH.sub.2).sub.m OR, --CH.sub.2 (OCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2).sub.n OR, --CH.sub.2 SO.sub.2 R.sub.5, --CH.sub.2 PO(OR.sub.5).sub.2, --CH.sub.2 SO.sub.3 R.sub.6 or --CH.sub.2 PO(OR.sub.6).sub.2 and R.sub.2 is methyl --CH.sub.2 PO(OR.sub.5).sub.2, --CH.sub.2 PO(OR.sub.6).sub.2 or CH.sub.2 SO.sub.3 R.sub.6, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 independently are alkyl with 1 to 5 carbon atoms, alkoxy with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, RO(CH.sub.2).sub.m O-- or RO(CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 O).sub.n -- or R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 conjointly are --O(CH.sub. 2).sub.p O--, R and R' independently are hydrogen or alkyl with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, R.sub.5 is alkyl with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, R.sub.6 is hydrogen, an alkali metal cation or --N.sup..sym. (R).sub.4, m is 3 or 4, n is 1 to 3 and p is 1 or 2.
- 2. A quinoxaline according to claim 1, wherein R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 independently are alkyl with 1 to 5 carbon atoms or alkoxy with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, or R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 conjointly are --O(CH.sub.2).sub.p O--.
- 3. A quinoxaline according to claidm 1, which corresponds to the formula ##STR66## in which R.sub.7 is hydrogen if R.sub.9 and R.sub.10 conjointly are --O(CH.sub.2).sub.p O-- or is --CH.sub.2 OR.sub.11, --CH.sub.2 NR.sub.11 R'.sub.11, --CH.sub.2 OCOR.sub.11, --CH.sub.2 OCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 OR.sub.11, --CH.sub.2 SO.sub.3 R.sub.6, --CH.sub.2 Br, --CH.sub.2 SR.sub.11, --CH.sub.2 --SO.sub.2 CH.sub.3, --CH.sub.2 PO(OCH.sub.3).sub.2 or --CH.sub.2 PO(OR.sub.6).sub.2 and R.sub.8 is methyl or --CH.sub.2 SO.sub.3 R.sub.6, R.sub.9 and R.sub.10 independently are alkoxy with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, or R.sub.9 and R.sub.10 conjointly are --O(CH.sub.2).sub.p O--, R.sub.11 and R'.sub.11 are hydrogen or methyl.
- 4. A quinoxaline according to claim 3, which corresponds to the formula ##STR67## in which R.sub.12 is hydrogen if R.sub.14 and R.sub.15 conjointly are --O(CH.sub.2).sub.p O-- or is --CH.sub.2 OH or --CH.sub.2 SO.sub.3 R.sub.6 and R.sub.13 is methyl or --CH.sub.2 SO.sub.3 R.sub.6, R.sub.14 and R.sub.15 are methoxy, or R.sub.14 and R.sub.15 conjointly are --O(CH.sub.2).sub.p O--.
