- first determining means for determining whether or not self-addressed transmission information is included in the demodulated signal output from said receiving means;
- detecting means, in response to a first determination of said first determining means that the self-addressed transmission information is included in the demodulated signal, for comparing currently received specific transmission information with previously received specific transmission information to detect a change amount therebetween;
- means for comparing said amount of change with a plurality of predetermined amounts in order to convert said amount of change into information having a plurality of degrees of importance,
- means for predetermining various informing states in accordance with each of the plurality of degrees of importance, and for selecting one among the various informing states corresponding to the degree of importance when a user is informed of the change in the received amount, and
- means for adjustably setting each of said plurality of predetermined amounts at said user's will.
- 3. A radio telecommunication system comprising:
- information supply apparatus;
- a radio transmission apparatus connected to said information supply apparatus via a telecommunication channel; and
- a radio telecommunication apparatus connected to said radio transmission apparatus via a radio channel,
- wherein said information supply apparatus comprises:
- input means for inputting transmission information in instruction information for instructing whether or not to inform of reception of the transmission information; and
- outputting means for outputting a signal including the transmission information and the instruction information input by said input means to said telecommunication channel;
- said radio transmission apparatus comprises transmitting means for transmitting the signal supplied from said information supply apparatus to said radio channel; and
- said radio transmission telecommunication apparatus comprises:
- receiving means for receiving the signal transmitted from said radio transmission apparatus and outputting a demodulated signal;
- first determining means for determining whether or not self-addressed transmission information is included in the demodulated signal output from said receiving means;
- detecting means, coupled to said first determining means which operates in response to a first determination of said first determining means that the self-addressed transmission information is included in the demodulated signal for detecting a change amount between current specific transmission information with previously received specific transmission information for comparing said amount of change with a plurality of predetermined amounts in order to convert said amount of change into information having a plurality of degrees of importance;
- means for adjustably setting each of said plurality of predetermined amounts at a user's will;
- second determining means for determining, on the basis of the instruction information included in the demodulated signal output from said receiving means, whether or not the self-addressed transmission information is to be supplied to the user;
- means for predetermining various informing states in accordance with each of the plurality of degrees of importance, and for selecting one among the various informing states corresponding to the degree of importance when a user is informed of the change in the received amount;
- informing means for informing the user of the reception of the self-addressed transmission information when said second determining means determines that the self-addressed transmission information is to be supplied to the user.
- 4. A receiver comprising:
- receiving means for receiving signals broadcast over a predetermined radio channel;
- signal detecting means coupled to said receiving means for detecting first and second predetermined signal sequences and message signal sequences;
- first informing means coupled to said signal detecting means for informing a user of the radio receiver with a first informing state when the first predetermined signal sequence is detected by said signal detecting means;
- amount-of-change detecting means coupled to said signal detecting means for, when the second predetermined signal sequence, together with a new message signal sequence is detected, comparing the new message signal sequence with a previously received message signal sequence received with said predetermined second signal sequence and for detecting an amount of change between the previously received message signal sequence and the new message signal sequence;
- means for comparing said amount of change with a plurality of predetermined amounts in order to convert said amount of change into information having a plurality of degrees of importance, and
- means for predetermining various informing states in accordance with each of the plurality of degrees of importance, and for selecting one among the various informing states corresponding to the degree of importance when a user is informed of the change in the received amount; and
- means for adjustable setting each of said plurality of predetermined amounts at said user's will.
- 5. The radio receiver according to claim 4, wherein the first predetermined signal sequence comprises a synchronization word, and the second predetermined signal sequence comprises the synchronization word and additional codes.
- 6. The radio receiver according to claim 4, wherein the first predetermined signal sequence comprises an address code addressing the radio receiver, and the second predetermined signal sequence comprises the address code addressing the radio receiver and an additional code.
- 7. The radio receiver according to claim 4, further comprising display means for displaying messages corresponding to the message signal sequence stored in a storing means.
