Claims
- 1. Reactor module, comprising at least one ceramic hollow fiber (3) and at least one biological cell, whereby the at least one biological cell is immobilized on the at least one ceramic hollow fiber.
- 2. Reactor module according to claim 1, whereby the biological cell is a liver cell.
- 3. Reactor module according to one of the previous claims, whereby the surface of the hollow fiber (3) is modified.
- 4. Reactor module according to one of the previous claims, whereby the surface of the hollow fiber (3) is chemically or physically modified.
- 5. Reactor module according to one of the previous claims, whereby the surface of the hollow fiber (3) is modified by using a low-pressure plasma process.
- 6. Reactor module according to one of the previous claims, whereby the surface of the hollow fiber (3) includes adhesion promoters, especially integrins, fibronectin, or collagen.
- 7. Reactor module according to one of the previous claims, whereby the at least one ceramic hollow fiber (3) is clamped into a frame (5).
- 8. Reactor module according to one of the previous claims, whereby the reactor module (1) is realized in the shape of a disk.
- 9. Reactor module according to one of the previous claims, whereby the hollow fiber (3) has an inner diameter of 0.1 to 4 mm.
- 10. Reactor module according to one of the previous claims, whereby the pore size of the hollow fiber (3) is 0.05 to 1 μm.
- 11. Reactor module according to one of claims 1 to 10, whereby thermal compensation elements (9) are integrated in the frame (5) of the reactor module (1).
- 12. Reactor module according to one of the previous claims, whereby inlet and/or outlet openings (7) are integrated into the frame (5) of the reactor module (1).
- 13. Reactor, comprising at least one reactor module (1), according to one of claims 1 to 12 in a housing (25).
- 14. Reactor according to claim 13, comprising at least one oxygenator, heat exchanger, and/or sample collection or loading unit.
- 15. Reactor according to one of claims 13 to 14, whereby the reactor modules (1) are arranged in compartments defined by the arrangement of the inlet and outlet openings.
- 16. Reactor according to one of claims 13 to 15, whereby different cells are present in the compartments.
- 17. Reactor according to one of claims 13 to 16, whereby different cultivation conditions exist in the compartments.
