Claims
- 1. A reading apparatus for reading a target object comprising:
a photosensor module having a plurality of photosensors arranged at least one plane; and a transparent conductive layer provided between the target object and the photosensor module.
- 2. The reading apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of photosensors are formed as two dimensional arrangement.
- 3. The reading apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said transparent conductive layer dissipates static electricity.
- 4. The reading apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said plurality of photosensors read an amount of a light in accordance with contact between the target object and the transparent conductive layer.
- 5. The reading apparatus according to claim 4, wherein said plurality of photosensors read an amount of a light from a portion of the target object which contacts the transparent conductive layer more than an amount of a light from an another portion of the target object which does not contact the transparent conductive layer.
- 6. The reading apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said plurality of photosensors read an amount of a light reflected by the target object.
- 7. The reading apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said plurality of photosensors read an amount of a light passing through the target object.
- 8. The reading apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said plurality of photosensors read an amount of a light originated from an outer light surrounding the reading apparatus and the target object.
- 9. The reading apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a light source emitting a light incident to the target object.
- 10. A recognition device comprising:
a photosensor module having a plurality of photosensors arranged at least one plane; a transparent conductive layer provided on one side of said photosensor module to face said plane; and a driving circuit controlling the photosensor module.
- 11. A recognition device comprising:
a photosensor module having a plurality of photosensors arranged at least one plane; a transparent conductive layer formed on one side of said photosensor module to face said plane; and a system controlled by a judgment based on the photosensor module.
- 12. The recognition device according to claim 11, wherein the system includes computer system.
- 13. The recognition device according to claim 11, wherein the system includes door lock system.
- 14. A reading apparatus for reading a target object comprising:
a photosensor module having a plurality of photosensors for sensing a brightness of a light from the target object; and a transparent conductive layer formed on one side of said photosensor module, on which the target object is put.
- 15. The reading apparatus according to claim 14, wherein said transparent conductive layer dissipates static electricity.
- 16. The reading apparatus according to claim 14, wherein said plurality of photosensors sense the brightness of the light radiated from a finger as the target object.
- 17. The reading apparatus according to claim 16, wherein said plurality of photosensors sense the brightness of the light in accordance with contact between the finger and the transparent conductive layer.
- 18. The reading apparatus according to claim 17, wherein said plurality of photosensors sense a brightness of a light from a portion of the finger which contacts the transparent conductive layer more than a brightness of light from an another portion of the finger which does not contact the transparent conductive layer.
- 19. The reading apparatus according to claim 14, wherein said plurality of photosensors sense the brightness of the light reflected by the target object.
- 20. The reading apparatus according to claim 14, wherein said plurality of photosensors sense the brightness of the light passing through the target object.
- 21. The reading apparatus according to claim 14, wherein said plurality of photosensors sense the brightness of the light originated from an outer light surrounding the reading apparatus and the target object.
- 22. The reading apparatus according to claim 14, further comprising a light source emitting a light incident to the target object.
- 23. A recognition device comprising:
a photosensor module having a plurality of photosensors for sensing a brightness of light from a finger; a transparent conductive layer for contacting the finger, provided between the finger and the photosensor module; and a driving circuit controlling the photosensor module.
- 24. A recognition device comprising:
a photosensor module having a plurality of photosensors for sensing a brightness of light from a finger; a transparent conductive layer for contacting the finger, provided between the finger and the photosensor module; and a system controlled by a judgment based on the photosensor module.
- 25. The recognition device according to claim 24, wherein the system includes computer system.
- 26. The recognition device according to claim 24, wherein the system includes door lock system.
- 27. A reading apparatus comprising:
a contact member having one face to be contacted with a finger; and a plurality of photosensors arranged on the other face of the contacting member, each of the plurality of photosensors sensing a light from the finger contacting said one face of the contact member.
- 28. The reading apparatus according to claim 27, wherein the contact member is transparent.
- 29. The reading apparatus according to claim 27, wherein said plurality of photosensors sense a light from a portion of the finger which contacts the contact member more than a light from an another portion of the finger which does not contact the contact member.
- 30. The reading apparatus according to claim 27, wherein said plurality of photosensors sense the light reflected by the finger.
- 31. The reading apparatus according to claim 27, wherein said plurality of photosensors sense the light passing through the finger.
- 32. The reading apparatus according to claim 27, wherein said plurality of photosensors sense the light originated from an outer light surrounding the reading apparatus and the target object.
- 33. The reading apparatus according to claim 27, further comprising a light source emitting a light incident to the target object.
- 34. A recognition device comprising:
a contact member having one face to be contacted with a finger; a plurality of photosensors arranged on the other face of the contacting member, each of the plurality of photosensors sensing a light from the finger contacting the face of the contact member; and a driving circuit controlling the plurality of photosensors.
- 35. A recognition device comprising:
a contact member having one face to be contacted with a finger; a plurality of photosensors arranged on the other face of the contacting member, each of the plurality of photosensors sensing a light from the finger contacting the face of the contact member; and a system controlling by a judgment based on the plurality of photosensors.
- 36. The recognition device according to claim 35, wherein the system includes computer system.
- 37. The recognition device according to claim 35, wherein the system includes door lock system.
