Claims
- 1. A receptacle comprising:
a receptacle body provided with a single opening, said receptacle body including a setback, said opening disposed in said setback; an insert disposed in said opening and including a passage for extracting a substance contained in said receptacle; and a closure member mounted on said insert and extending at least partially around said insert in said setback.
- 2. A receptacle according to claim 1, wherein said receptacle body comprises a plastic material.
- 3. A receptacle according to claim 1, wherein said receptacle body comprises a material selected for the group consisting of glass and ceramic.
- 4. A receptacle according to claim 1, wherein said insert and said receptacle body comprise different materials.
- 5. A receptacle according to claim 4, wherein said insert comprises a thermoplastic material selected from the group consisting of polypropylene, polyethylene, and polyethylene terephthalate.
- 6. A receptacle according to claim 1, wherein said insert is secured in said opening by friction.
- 7. A receptacle according to claim 1, wherein said single opening has an edge and wherein said insert includes a shoulder configured to come into abutment against said edge of said opening.
- 8. A receptacle according to claim 1, wherein said insert defines a neck, said neck having a height greater than a depth of said setback.
- 9. A receptacle according to claim 1, wherein said insert defines a neck, said neck having a height that is less than or equal to a depth of said setback.
- 10. A receptacle according to claim 1, wherein said closure member is configured to close said receptacle in a leak tight manner.
- 11. A receptacle according to claim 1, wherein said insert includes an outside thread.
- 12. A receptacle according to claim 1, wherein said insert includes an axis and said setback includes a longitudinal axis extending transversely to said axis of said insert, said setback extending along said longitudinal axis.
- 13. A receptacle according to claim 12, wherein said setback presents a cylindrical surface, said cylindrical surface having a plurality of generator lines substantially perpendicular to said axis of said insert.
- 14. A receptacle according to claim 1, wherein said setback presents a surface that is not cylindrical.
- 15. A receptacle according to claim 14, wherein said setback is in the shape of a cup.
- 16. A receptacle according to claim 1, wherein a depth of said setback is greater than 2 mm.
- 17. A receptacle according to claim 16, wherein a depth of said setback is greater than 10 mm.
- 18. A receptacle according to claim 1, wherein said substance includes at least one substance selected from the group consisting of a cosmetic and a care product.
- 19. A receptacle comprising:
a receptacle body provided with a single opening, said receptacle body including a setback, said opening disposed in said setback; an insert disposed in said opening and including a passage for extracting a substance contained in said receptacle; and a dispenser member mounted on said insert, and extending at least partially around said insert in said setback.
- 20. A receptacle according to claim 19, wherein said dispenser member is selected from the group consisting of a pump and a valve.
- 21. A receptacle according to claim 19, wherein said receptacle body comprises plastic material.
- 22. A receptacle according to claim 19, wherein the receptacle body comprises a material selected from the group consisting of glass and ceramic.
- 23. A receptacle according to claim 19, wherein said insert and said receptacle comprise different materials.
- 24. A receptacle according to claim 19, wherein said insert comprises a thermoplastic material selected from the group consisting of polypropylene, polyethylene, and polyethylene terephthalate.
- 25. A receptacle according to claim 19, wherein said insert is secured in said opening by friction.
- 26. A receptacle according to claim 19, wherein said opening has an edge and wherein said insert includes a shoulder configured to come into abutment against said edge of said opening.
- 27. A receptacle according to claim 19, wherein said insert defines a neck, said neck having a height greater than a depth of said setback.
- 28. A receptacle according to claim 19, wherein said insert defines a neck, said neck having a height that is less than or equal to a depth of said setback.
- 29. A receptacle according to claim 19, further comprising a closure member wherein said closure member is configured to close said receptacle in a leak tight manner.
- 30. A receptacle according to claim 19, wherein said insert includes an outside thread.
- 31. A receptacle according to claim 19, wherein said insert includes an axis and said setback includes a longitudinal axis extending transversely to said axis of said insert, said setback extending along said longitudinal axis.
- 32. A receptacle according to claim 19, wherein said setback presents a cylindrical surface, said cylindrical surface having generator lines substantially perpendicular to said axis of said insert.
- 33. A receptacle according to claim 19, wherein said setback presents a surface that is not cylindrical.
- 34. A receptacle according to claim 19, wherein said setback is in the shape of a cup.
- 35. A receptacle according to claim 19, wherein a depth of said setback is greater than 2 mm.
- 36. A receptacle according to claim 19, wherein a depth of said setback is greater than 10 mm.
- 37. A receptacle according to claim 19, wherein said substance includes at least one substance selected from the group consisting of a cosmetic and a care product.
- 38. A receptacle comprising:
a receptacle body comprising a material selected from the group consisting of glass and ceramic, said receptacle body provided with a single opening and including a setback, said opening being disposed in said setback; and an insert disposed in said opening and including a passage for extracting a substance contained in said receptacle body.
- 39. A receptacle according to claim 38, wherein said insert and said receptacle body comprise different materials.
- 40. A receptacle according to claim 38, wherein said insert comprises a material selected from the group consisting of a thermoplastic material selected from the group consisting of polypropylene, polyethylene, and polyethylene terephthalate.
- 41. A receptacle according to claim 38, wherein said insert is secured in said opening by friction.
- 42. A receptacle according to claim 38, wherein said opening has an edge and wherein said insert includes a shoulder configured to come into abutment against said edge of said opening.
- 43. A receptacle according to claim 38, wherein said insert defines a neck, said neck having a height greater than a depth of said setback.
- 44. A receptacle according to claim 38, wherein said insert defines a neck, said neck having a height that is less than or equal to a depth of said setback.
- 45. A receptacle according to claim 38, wherein said insert includes an axis and said setback includes a longitudinal axis extending transversely to said axis of said insert, said setback extending along said longitudinal axis.
- 46. A receptacle according to claim 38, wherein said setback presents a cylindrical surface, said cylindrical surface having generator lines substantially perpendicular to said axis of said insert.
- 47. A receptacle according to claim 38, wherein said setback presents a surface that is not cylindrical.
- 48. A receptacle according to claim 38, wherein said setback is in the shape of a cup.
- 49. A receptacle according to claim 38, wherein a depth of said setback is greater than 2 mm.
- 50. A receptacle according to claim 38, wherein a depth of said setback is greater than 10 mm.
- 51. A receptacle according to claim 38, wherein said substance includes at least one substance selected from the group consisting of a cosmetic and a care product.
- 52. A receptacle comprising:
a receptacle body including a bottom portion on which said receptacle body can stand and an opening in a top portion, said receptacle body further including a setback, said opening disposed in said setback; an insert disposed in said opening and including a passage for extracting a substance contained in said receptacle; and a closure member mounted on the insert and extending at least partially around said insert in said setback.
- 53. A receptacle according to claim 52, wherein said closure member is configured to close said receptacle in a leak tight manner.
- 54. A receptacle according to claim 52, wherein said insert includes an outside thread.
- 55. A receptacle comprising:
a receptacle body including a bottom portion on which said receptacle body can stand and an opening in a top portion, said receptacle body further including a setback, said opening disposed in said setback; an insert disposed in said opening and including a passage for extracting a substance contained in said receptacle; and a dispenser member mounted on said insert and extending over at least a portion of said setback.
- 56. A receptacle according to claim 55, wherein said dispenser member is selected from the group comprising a pump and a valve.
- 57. A receptacle comprising:
a body comprising a material selected from the group consisting of glass and ceramic, said body including a setback defined by a wall and by a bottom and a height; and a neck integrally fused with said body, said neck including an axis extending between a first end and a second end, said first end situated axially level with said wall, said neck further having a height, wherein said neck extends over substantially said entire height of said setback.
- 58. A receptacle according to claim 57, wherein said neck extends entirely within said setback.
- 59. A receptacle according to claim 57, wherein said neck extends from said bottom of said setback.
- 60. A receptacle according to claim 57, wherein said setback extends along an axis, said axis extending transversely to said axis of said neck.
- 61. A receptacle according to claim 57, wherein said setback presents a cylindrical surface, said cylindrical surface having generator lines that are substantially perpendicular to an axis of said neck.
- 62. A receptacle according to claim 57, wherein said setback presents a surface that is not cylindrical.
- 63. A receptacle according to claim 57, wherein said setback is in the shape of a cup.
- 64. A receptacle according to claim 57, including a closure member configured to close the receptacle in a leak tight manner.
- 65. A receptacle according to claim 57, wherein said neck includes an outside thread.
- 66. A receptacle according to claim 57, including a dispenser member selected from the group consisting of a pump and a valve.
- 67. A receptacle according to claim 57, including a closure member extending entirely inside said setback.
- 68. A receptacle according to claim 57, including a dispenser member extending entirely inside said setback.
- 69. A method of manufacturing a receptacle, comprising the steps of:
making a receptacle body including a setback and a single opening, wherein said single opening is situated in said setback; and securing an insert in said opening, said insert having a passage for extracting a substance contained in said receptacle.
- 70. A method according to claim 69, wherein said receptacle body comprises a material selected from the group consisting of glass and ceramic, and where said material of said receptacle body comprises blow-molding.
- 71. A method of manufacturing a receptacle comprising a material selected from the group consisting of glass and ceramic, said method comprising the steps of:
making a preform using a mold comprising two parts, said mold configured to form a neck of said receptacle; and blowing said preform so as to form a body of said receptacle, said body including a setback configured to allow said neck to be unmolded by separating said two parts.
- 72. A receptacle comprising:
a body including a setback defined by a wall; a neck having an axis extending between a first end and a second end, said first end situated axially level with said wall, said neck extending over substantially its entire height within said setback; and a dispenser member extending within said setback.
