Claims
- 1. A recording medium comprising
a portion where information is recorded as an optically readable dot code by manually scanning, wherein one piece of information is recorded with said one piece of information divided into a plurality of dot codes.
- 2. A recording medium according to claim 1, wherein each of said plurality of dot codes includes header information for identifying the each divided information.
- 3. A recording medium according to claim 1, wherein
each of said dot codes is constructed of a plurality of blocks, wherein each of the blocks includes at least:
a data dot pattern having dots arranged in accordance with the divided information; and an address dot pattern indicating the address of each block.
- 4. An information reproducing apparatus for reproducing, from a recording medium including a portion where information is recorded as an optically readable dot code by manual scanning, the information by optically reading the dot code by manual scanning, wherein
one piece of information is recorded on said recording medium with said one piece of information divided into a plurality of dot codes, said information reproducing apparatus comprises:
a reading means for optically reading each of said plurality of dot codes one after another; and a means for reproducing said one piece of information by the reading means reading all of the plurality of dot codes corresponding to said one peace of information.
- 5. An information reproducing apparatus according to claim 4, wherein
said plurality of dot codes each comprises header information for identifying the each divided information; and said means for reproducing information reproduces the information in accordance with the header information.
- 6. An information reproducing apparatus according to claim 4, wherein
each of said dot codes is constructed of a plurality of blocks, wherein each of the blocks includes at least:
a data dot pattern having dots arranged in accordance with the divided information; and an address dot pattern indicating the address of the each block.
- 7. An information reproducing method for reproducing, from a recording medium including a portion where information is recorded as an optically readable dot code by manual scanning, the information by optically reading the dot code by manual scanning, wherein one piece of information is recorded on said recording medium with said one piece of information divided into a plurality of dot codes,
said information reproducing method comprising:
a first step for optically reading each of said plurality of dot codes one after another; and a second step for reproducing said one piece of information by reading all of the plurality of dot codes corresponding to said one piece of information in the first step.
- 8. An information reproducing method according to claim 7, wherein
said plurality of dot codes each comprises header information for identifying the each divided information; and said second step reproduces the information in accordance with the header information.
- 9. An information reproducing method according to claim 7, wherein
each of said dot codes is constructed of a plurality of blocks, wherein each of the blocks includes at least:
a data dot pattern having dots arranged in accordance with the divided information; and an address dot pattern indicating the address of each block.
