This application claims the benefit of the filing of U.S. Provisional Patent Application Serial No. 60/069,492, entitled METHOD FOR RECOVERING NITROAMINES AND REFORMULATION OF BY-PRODUCTS, filed on Dec. 15, 1997, and is a continuation of U.S. application Ser. No. 09/212,050, entitled RECOVERING NITROAMINES AND REFORMULATION OF BY-PRODUCTS, filed Dec. 15, 1998, to issue as U.S. Pat. No. 6,063,960 on May 16, 2000 and the specification thereof is incorporated herein by reference.
The U.S. Government has a paid-up license in this invention and the right in limited circumstances to require the patent owner to license others on reasonable terms as provided for by the terms of Contract No. NOO164-95-C-0023 awarded by U.S. Department of Defense.
