This invention relates to a recyclable hair clip, particularly to an innovative hair clip structure made of all-plastic, which can be directly recycled and can hold the hair stably.
Traditional all-plastic hair clips, such as U.S. patent application Ser. No. 09/232,841 “Hair clip with elastic fastener” and U.S. patent application Ser. No. 06/035,863 “Hair clip device”, this kind of traditional hair clip is provided with symmetrical left and right clip bodies, a C-shaped elastic fastener is covered on the outside of the pressing part of the left and right clip bodies. When the user presses the pressing parts of the left and right clip bodies of the hair clip, the C-shaped elastic fastener will be stretched to cover the hair, and when the user releases the pressing parts of the left and right clip bodies of the hair clip, the C-shaped elastic fastener will elastically return, so that the left and right clip bodies of the hair clip will clamp the hair. In this way, the hair clip using the C-shaped elastic fastener can make the hair clip have the same function as the general clamp without using the traditional metal torsion spring and rotating shaft.
However, when this kind of hair clip with C-shaped elastic fastener is used, since the C-shaped elastic fastener is used to replace the shaft and the torsion spring of the traditional clamp, and the outside of the rotation fulcrum of the hair clip using the C-shaped elastic fastener is covered by the entire C-shaped elastic fastener, the pressing parts of the left and right clip bodies of the hairpin are affected by the C-shaped elastic fastener and become smaller and more difficult to use. When the user is using the hair clip, because the size of the pressing parts of the left and right clip bodies of the hair clip becomes smaller, it is difficult for the user to hold the pressing part stably, so as to the hair clip is very easy to loosen and bounce or fly out, causing inconvenience in use.
Furthermore, since the C-shaped elastic fastener is placed outside the left and right clip bodies of the hair clip, the shaft position of the hair clip will have the appearance of a protruding ring body, which affects the overall shape and aesthetics of the hair clip.
Therefore, the inventor having much experience in designing and manufacturing various hair clip and its related products, understands and researches the problem of the foregoing hair clip and hence devised this invention.
The objective of this invention is to offer an innovative recyclable hair clip, which can quickly complete the assembly of the hair clip by inserting an innovative twisted plastic elastic sheet into a clip body, so as to effectively reduce the manufacturing cost of the hair clip. Said twisted plastic elastic sheet does not need to be used with a rotating shaft, and it will not be exposed outside the hair clip to affect the appearance, and the twisted plastic elastic sheet will protrude inward when the hair clip is pressed to open, which is convenient for the fitting the hair clip and the user's hair.
The recyclable hair clip in the present invention includes at least a clip body and a twisted plastic elastic sheet as main components combined together. Said clip body is provided with a first body and a second body, said first body is provided with a first clamping portion and a first pressing portion, and said second body is provided with a second clamping portion and a second pressing portion 111. A pivoting fastening mechanism is arranged between said first body and said second body, through which said first body and said second body are pivotally opened and clamped to each other. A space is provided in the middle position of said pivoting mechanism, the inner side of the first clamping portion of said first body is provided with a first fitting groove, and the inner side of the second clamping portion of said second body is provided with a second fitting groove. Said twisted plastic elastic sheet is provided with an annular portion, two ends of said annular portion are respectively provided with a first support arm and a second support arm, the end of said first support arm is provided with a first fitting portion, and the end of said second support arm is provided with a second fitting portion. The annular portion of said twisted plastic elastic sheet is placed in the space of said clip body, and said first fitting portion and said second fitting portion are respectively inserted into the first fitting groove of said first body and the second fitting groove of said second body to prevent said twisting plastic elastic sheet is ejected from said clip body.
At the time the recyclable hair clip clamps the user's hair, if the amount of clamping hair is larger, the more part of said twisted plastic elastic sheet protrude inward, the effect of fixing the hair is better; if the amount of clamping hair is smaller, the less part of said twisted plastic elastic sheet protrude inward, this results in a completely new mode of use for hair clip and the whole used hair clip can be recycled and reused. Furthermore, the recyclable hair clip of the present invention can use the twisted plastic elastic sheet to fasten various hair pieces, hair bundles and Jewelry, so that the recyclable hair clip can be used as a hair extension tool, and the application of the recyclable hair clip is more diversified.

Evidently this invention has tangible benefits and tallies with progressiveness and novelty demanded by patent laws.
