Abstract
The present invention relates to a refillable cosmetic container configured such that a refillable inner container filled on the inside with cosmetic material is removably inserted inside an outer container and can be replaced with a new container when all of the cosmetic material has been used. The inner container can be replaced after being easily removed from the outer container by switching to an unlocked state by turning a container support counterclockwise a certain angle, for example, 90°. Since the outer container can be continuously reused by discarding only the inner container having a simple structure, it is possible to decrease environmental pollution and significantly reduce the cost of manufacturing the cosmetic container.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to a refillable cosmetic container. More particularly, the present disclosure relates to a refillable cosmetic container that enables an outer casing to keep being used while greatly reducing the amount of industrial wastes that are discharged, and accordingly, can decrease environmental pollution and save resources because a refillable inner casing filled with cosmetic contents therein is configured to be separably fitted in an outer casing and to be replaceable with a new one when the cosmetic contents are used up, can be locked by the operation of rotating a container base clockwise a predetermined angle, for example, 90°, and is converted into an unlocked state by rotating the container base counterclockwise and then can be easily separated from the outer casing after the cosmetic contents are used up, so it is possible to discard only the inner casing having a simple structure and couple a new inner casing for use.

BACKGROUND ART

In general, cosmetic containers are composed of a cosmetic container filled with a liquid- or gel-state cosmetic material and a cap separably coupled to be able to open/close the mouth of the cosmetic container.

Accordingly, when the cosmetic material in a cosmetic container is used up due to repeated use of the cosmetic material, customers discard the entire cosmetic container and purchase and use a new cosmetic container.

However, since most cosmetic containers of the related art are produced and sold only in a disposable type even though cosmetic contents are the same, customers are burdened with the manufacturing costs of cosmetic containers. Further, since discarded cosmetic containers are difficult to recycle, there is a severe problem that the amount of industrial wastes increases.

In order to solve these problems, as disclosed in Korean Patent No. 10-1211964, a refillable cosmetic container configured such that only a cosmetic container filled with cosmetic contents (cosmetic materials) is replaced has been developed, but the entire configuration is very complicated and the way of replacing the cosmetic container is difficult, so there is a problem that the usability is low.

In addition, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2010-173723, a cosmetic container configured in a structure in which an inner container and an assistant are disposed in an outer container, the assistant is hidden inside the outer container and the inner container, and the inner container comes out of the outer container by rotation of the assistant has been developed. However, in cosmetic containers of the related art, it is required to rotate the inner container from the outer container in order to refill the inner container and in this case, only a portion of the upper portion of the inner container is exposed out of the outer container, so there is a problem in use that it is inconvenient for a user to hold and rotate the inner container.

DISCLOSURE
Technical Problem

The present disclosure has been made in an effort to solve the problems described above and an objective of the present disclosure is to provide a refillable cosmetic container that enables an outer casing to keep being used while greatly reducing the amount of industrial wastes that are discharged, and accordingly, can decrease environmental pollution and save resources because a refillable inner casing filled with cosmetic contents therein is configured to be separably fitted in an outer casing and to be replaceable with a new one when the cosmetic contents are used up, can be locked by rotating a container base clockwise a predetermined angle, for example, 90°, and is converted into an unlocked state by rotating the container base counterclockwise and then can be easily separated from the outer casing after the cosmetic contents are used up, so it is possible to discard only the inner casing having a simple structure and couple a new inner casing for use.

Technical Solution

To achieve the objectives, a refillable cosmetic container includes: an outer casing that has an accommodation space formed therein, is formed in a shape being open at a top and a bottom, and has a coupling portion formed on the bottom; an inner casing that is separably coupled in the accommodation space, has a coupling portion formed on a bottom, and accommodates cosmetic contents therein; a container base that has a first coupling portion on an edge for coupling to the coupling portion of the outer casing to be rotatable at a predetermined angle and has a second coupling portion being selectively coupled to the coupling portion of the inner casing such that the inner casing can be separated; and a cap that opens and closes a mouth of the inner casing, wherein the coupling portion of the inner casing and the second coupling portion are maintained in a locked state, and when the inner casing is replaced, the second coupling portion is unlocked from the coupling portion by rotating the container base such that the inner casing can be easily separated and replaced from the outer casing.

Further, a first step is formed on an inner circumferential surface of an upper portion of the accommodation space, upper anti-rotation grooves are formed at both sides of the first step, and lower anti-rotation protrusions are formed at both sides on an inner circumferential surface of a lower portion of the accommodation space; a second step that is coupled to the first step is formed on an outer circumferential surface of an upper portion of the inner casing, upper anti-rotation protrusions are formed at both sides of the second step, and lower anti-rotation grooves are formed at both side on the bottom of the inner casing; and when assembled, up-down shaking of the inner casing in the accommodation space of the outer casing can be prevented by coupling of the first step and the second step, and rotation of the inner casing can be prevented because the upper and lower anti-rotation protrusions are coupled in the upper and lower anti-rotation grooves.

Further, a circular flange protruding from the bottom of the outer casing is formed at the coupling portion of the outer casing, locking grooves are formed at both sides on an outer circumferential surface of the flange, and a guide slant surface is formed on a bottom of the flange; a circular flange protruding from the bottom of the inner casing is formed at the coupling portion of the inner casing, locking protrusions are formed on both sides on an outer circumferential surface of the flange, a coupling ring for coupling to the flange is formed on an edge of the container base, and coupling protrusions for coupling into the locking grooves are formed at both sides on an inner circumferential surface of the coupling ring; a coupling ring for coupling the flange of the inner casing is formed at the center of the container base and locking steps for selectively locking the locking protrusions are formed at both sides on an inner circumferential surface of the coupling ring, so when the inner casing is replaced, the container base is rotated 90° counterclockwise such that the locking protrusions are unlocked from the locking steps and the inner casing is separated and replaced from the outer casing.

Further, a direction indicator (OPEN) for separating the inner casing from the outer casing and a direction indicator (CLOSE) for coupling the inner casing to the outer casing are formed on the bottom of the container base.

When the container base is rotated to the direction indicator (OPEN), the inner casing can be separated from the outer casing, and when the container base is rotated to the direction indicator (CLOSE), the inner casing cannot be separated from the outer casing.

Further, the upper end of the outer casing and the second step of the inner casing are positioned on the same plane, thereby being able to make the external appearance aesthetic.

Further, it is preferable that a slant surface is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the coupling ring and a knurling portion is formed on the edge of the coupling ring so that holing by hand is convenient.

Further, a neck portion is formed on the center of the second step and a screw portion is formed on the outer circumferential surfaces of the neck portion such that a cap (or lid) is thread-fastened to the neck portion of the inner casing.

Advantageous Effects

As described above, according to the present disclosure, a refillable inner casing filled with makeup therein is configured to be separably fitted in an outer casing and to be replaceable with a new one when the makeup is used up, is converted into an unlocked state by the operation of rotating the container base counterclockwise at a predetermined angle, for example, 90°, and then can be easily separated and replaced from the outer casing, and is possible to discard only the inner casing having a simple structure and keep reuse the outer casing, thereby reducing environmental pollution and greatly decrease the manufacturing costs of cosmetic containers.

As shown in the figures, a refillable cosmetic container 100 of the present disclosure includes: an outer casing 100 that has an accommodation space 101 formed therein, is formed in a shape being open at the top and the bottom, and has a coupling portion 110 formed on the bottom; an inner casing 200 that is separably coupled in the accommodation space 101, has a coupling portion 210 formed on the bottom, and accommodates makeup therein; a container base 300 that has a first coupling portion 310 on the edge for coupling to the coupling portion 110 of the outer casing 100 to be rotatable at a predetermined angle and is selectively coupled at the center to the coupling portion 210 of the inner casing 100 such that the inner casing 200 can be separated; and a cap 400 that opens/closes a mouth of the inner casing 200.

The refillable cosmetic container 100 of the present embodiment is technically characterized by being configured such that the coupling portion 210 of the inner casing 200 and a second coupling portion 320 are maintained in a locked state, and when replacing the inner casing 200, a user unlocks the second coupling portion 320 from the coupling portion 210 by rotating the container base 300 at a predetermined angle so that the inner casing 200 can be easily separated and replaced from the outer casing 100.

Additionally describing the configuration of the refillable cosmetic container 100 of the present disclosure, first, as shown in FIGS. 2, 4, and 7, the outer casing 100 has an accommodation space 101 formed therein, is formed in a shape being open at the top and the bottom, and has a coupling portion 110 formed on the bottom.

A first step 103 is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the upper portion of the accommodation space 101, upper anti-rotation grooves 105 are formed at both sides of the first step 103, and lower anti-rotation protrusions 107 are formed at both sides on the inner circumferential surface of the lower portion of the accommodation space 101.

Further, the inner casing 200 is separably coupled in the accommodation space 101 to be refillable, has a coupling portion 210 formed on the bottom, and accommodates cosmetic contents therein. The cosmetic contents include a liquid- or gel-state cosmetic material.

A second step 203 that is coupled to the first step 103 is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the upper portion of the inner casing 200, upper anti-rotation protrusions 205 are formed at both sides of the second step 203, and lower anti-rotation grooves 207 are formed at both side on the bottom of the inner casing 200, so, when assembled, up-down shaking of the inner casing 200 in the accommodation space 101 of the outer casing 100 is prevented by coupling of the first step 103 and the second step 203, and rotation of the inner casing 200 is prevented because the upper and lower anti-rotation protrusions 205 and 107 are coupled in the upper and lower anti-rotation grooves 105 and 207.

A neck portion 220 may be formed on the center of the second step 203 and a screw portion 221 may be formed on the outer circumferential surfaces of the neck portion 220.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 2, 4, and 7, a circular flange 111 protruding from the bottom of the outer casing 200 is formed at the coupling portion 110 of the outer casing 200, locking grooves 112 are formed at both sides on the outer circumferential surface of the flange 111, and a guide slant surface 113 is formed on the bottom of the flange 111.

A circular flange 211 protruding from the bottom of the inner casing 200 is formed at the coupling portion 210 of the inner casing 200, locking protrusions 212 are formed on both sides on the outer circumferential surface of the flange 211, a coupling ring 310 for coupling to the flange 111 is formed on the edge of the container base 300, and coupling protrusions 311 for coupling into the locking grooves 112 are formed at both sides on the inner circumferential surface of the coupling ring 310.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 4, 7, and 8A-8B, a first coupling portion 310 for coupling to the coupling portion 110 of the outer casing 100 to be rotatable at a predetermined angle is formed on the edge of the container base 300, and the center is selectively coupled to the coupling portion 210 of the inner casing 200, thereby enabling the inner casing 200 to be separated.

Further, a coupling ring 320 for coupling the flange 211 of the inner casing 200 is formed at the center of the container base 300 and locking steps 321 for selectively locking the locking protrusions 212 are formed at both sides on the inner circumferential surface of the coupling ring 320, so when replacing the inner casing 200, a user rotates the container base 300 90° counterclockwise such that the locking protrusions 212 are unlocked from the locking steps 321 and the inner casing 200 is separated from the outer casing 100.

A slope 322 is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the coupling ring 320 and a knurling portion 323 is formed on the edge of the coupling ring 320, so it is possible to prevent slipperiness when a user holds and rotating the container base 300.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 8A-8B, a direction indicator (OPEN) for separating the inner casing 200 from the outer casing 100 and a direction indicator (CLOSE) for coupling the inner casing 200 to the outer casing 100 are formed on the bottom of the container base 300.

The cap 300 functions as a cover closing the mouth of the inner casing 200.

When the container base 300 is rotated in to the direction indicator (OPEN), the inner casing 200 can be separated from the outer casing 100, and when the container base 300 is rotated in to the direction indicator (CLOSE), the inner casing 200 can not be separated from the outer casing 100.

That is, the coupling portion 210 of the inner casing 200 and the second coupling portion 320 are maintained in a locked state at the direction indicator (CLOSE), but when the inner casing 200 is replaced, the container base 300 is rotated by a predetermined angle, whereby the second coupling portion 320 is unlocked from the coupling portion 210 such that the inner casing 200 can be replaced.

A cap-supporting step 109 is formed at the upper end of the outer casing 100 and the lower end of the cap 400 is disposed in contact on the cap-supporting step 109, whereby the cap 400 is stably positioned even after the cap 400 is closed.

The heights of the cap-supporting step 109 and the second step 203 of the inner casing 200 are positioned on the same plane, whereby it is possible to obtain an effect of making the external appearance aesthetic.

A screw portion 411 is formed on a boss 410 of the cap 400 and is engaged with the screw portion 221 of the inner casing 200 such that the cap 400 can be opened/closed.

Hereafter, the operation of the refillable cosmetic container having the configuration of the present disclosure is described in detail with reference to FIGS. 1 to 7 and 8A-8B.

In the direction indicator (CLOSE) state marked on the bottom of the container base 300, the state in which the locking protrusions 212 are locked to the locking steps 321 is maintained, whereby the inner casing 200 is not unexpectedly separated from the inside of the accommodation space 101 of the outer casing 100.

Further, the second step 203 that is coupled to the first step 103 is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the upper portion of the inner casing 200, the upper anti-rotation protrusions 205 are formed at both sides of the second step 203, and the lower anti-rotation grooves 207 are formed at both side on the bottom of the inner casing 200, so, when assembled, up-down shaking of the inner casing 200 in the accommodation space 101 of the outer casing 100 is prevented by coupling of the first step 103 and the second step 203, and the inner casing 200 is prevented from unexpectedly rotating (or slipping) because the upper and lower anti-rotation protrusions 205 and 107 are coupled in the upper and lower anti-rotation grooves 105 and 207.

When a user wants to separate and replace the inner casing 200 and converts the container into the direction indicator (OPEN) state marked on the bottom of the container base 300 by rotating the container base 300, the state in which the locking protrusions 212 are separated from the locking steps 321 is maintained, so the inner casing 200 is separated from the inside of the accommodation space 101 of the outer casing 100.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY
