Claims
- 1. A reflection type screen comprising a diffusion layer for restricting the diffusion of light; and a reflection layer for reflecting light which has transmitted through said diffusion layer.
- 2. A reflection type screen, wherein light diffusion in a horizontal direction of the screen is relatively made larger than light diffusion in a vertical direction of the screen.
- 3. A reflection type screen, comprising
a diffusion layer for restricting the diffusion of light; a horizontal view angle increasing layer for increasing the horizontal view angle; and a reflection layer for reflecting light which has transmitted through said horizontal view angle increasing layer.
- 4. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 3, wherein said horizontal view angle increasing layer is structured so that a multiplicity of convex ridges are successively arrayed, and the apex of each convex ridges is disposed on the side of said reflection layer.
- 5. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 4, wherein said multiplicity of convex ridges being disposed so that the longitudinal direction of each said convex ridges is aligned with the vertical direction of said reflection type screen.
- 6. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 4, wherein the pitch between said arrayed convex ridges is 200 μm or less.
- 7. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 5, wherein the pitch between said arrayed convex ridges is 200 μm or less.
- 8. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 4, wherein said convex ridges of said horizontal view angle increasing layer are in the cylindrical shape in cross section.
- 9. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 4, wherein said convex ridges of said horizontal view angle increasing layer are in the prismatic shape in cross section.
- 10. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 4, wherein said convex ridges of said horizontal view angle increasing layer are in the wave shape in cross section.
- 11. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 3, wherein said reflection layer is disposed on rear side of said horizontal view angle increasing layer in a non-bonding manner.
- 12. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 3, wherein said reflection layer is bonded to the rear side of said horizontal view angle increasing layer via a bonding layer.
- 13. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 11, wherein said convex ridges of said horizontal view angle increasing layer are in the cylindrical shape in cross section, said reflection layer being disposed between the focal position of a cylindrical lens which is formed by said cylindrical shape and the apexes of said convex ridges.
- 14. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 12, wherein said convex ridges of said horizontal view angle increasing layer are in the cylindrical shape in cross section, said reflection layer being disposed between the focal position of a cylindrical lens which is formed by said cylindrical shape and the apexes of said convex ridges.
- 15. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 13, wherein the distance between said reflection layer and the apexes of the convex ridges of said horizontal view angle increasing layer is in the order of {fraction (1/7)} or less of the distance between the focal position of said cylindrical lens and the apexes of the convex ridges of said horizontal view angle increasing layer.
- 16. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 14, wherein the distance between said reflection layer and the apexes of the convex ridges of said horizontal view angle increasing layer is in the order of {fraction (1/7)} or less of the distance between the focal position of said cylindrical lens and the apexes of the convex ridges of said horizontal view angle increasing layer.
- 17. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 11, wherein the distance between said reflection layer and said horizontal view angle increasing layer is adjustable.
- 18. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 12, wherein said reflection layer is partially bonded to said horizontal view angle increasing layer and a medium having a refractive index different from index of said horizontal view angle increasing layer is disposed between said horizontal view angle increasing layer and said bonding layer at non-bonded portion therebetween.
- 19. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 4, wherein said reflection layer is formed on the surface of the arrayed convex ridges of said horizontal view angle increasing layer by a vacuum deposition or application technique.
- 20. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 4, wherein said reflection layer is formed of a reflection sheet which is laminated on the surface of said convex ridges.
- 21. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 3, wherein said diffusion layer is formed of a transparent resin binder in which beads and/or pigments are dispersed as a diffusion material.
- 22. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 21, wherein said diffusion layer comprises a plurality of layers which are different in at least one of particle size, kind, content and granularity of said diffusion material and wherein the surface roughness and the inner haze factor of said diffusion layer is independently controlled.
- 23. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 3, wherein said reflection type screen comprises a tint layer containing a tint, said tint layer being laminated on the side of the projected image light incident side with respect to said horizontal view angle increasing layer.
- 24. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 3 wherein said reflection type screen comprises a black matrix layer which is formed with a black matrix, said black matrix layer being laminated on the projected image light incident side with respect to said horizontal view angle increasing layer.
- 25. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 3, wherein said reflection type screen comprises a substrate made of a transparent resin sheet, said substrate being laminated on the projected image light incident side with respect to said horizontal view angle increasing layer.
- 26. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 4, wherein said horizontal view angle increasing layer consists of a sheet substrate on which an array of said convex ridges are formed.
- 27. A reflection type screen for receiving light projected from a projecting device which is disposed in front of said screen to form projected images, said screen being used indoors in which external disturbing light is mainly incident from above, comprising a light diffusion portion; and a view angle increasing and reflection portion which reflects projected light having transmitted through said light diffusion portion, in such a direction that the view angle is increased in a horizontal direction and reflects in a downward direction external disturbing light having transmitted through said light diffusion portion.
- 28. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 27, wherein the view angle of said screen is 15° or more.
- 29. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 27, wherein the distance between said screen and the observer is 1.5 m or more.
- 30. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 27, wherein said view angle increasing and reflection portion is formed with concaves and convexes which are arrayed in a horizontal direction and said concaves and convexes being extended in a vertical direction of said reflection type screen.
- 31. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 27, wherein said view angle increasing and reflection portion comprises a view angle increasing layer having concaves and convexes thereon; and a reflection layer which is disposed on the rear side of said view angle increasing layer.
- 32. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 5, wherein said convex ridges of said horizontal view angle increasing layer are in the cylindrical shape in cross section.
- 33. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 6, wherein said convex ridges of said horizontal view angle increasing layer are in the cylindrical shape in cross section.
- 34. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 7, wherein said convex ridges of said horizontal view angle increasing layer are in the cylindrical shape in cross section.
- 35. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 5, wherein said convex ridges of said horizontal view angle increasing layer are in the prismatic shape in cross section.
- 36. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 6, wherein said convex ridges of said horizontal view angle increasing layer are in the prismatic shape in cross section.
- 37. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 7, wherein said convex ridges of said horizontal view angle increasing layer are in the prismatic shape in cross section.
- 38. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 5, wherein said convex ridges of said horizontal view angle increasing layer are in the wave shape in cross section.
- 39. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 6, wherein said convex ridges of said horizontal view angle increasing layer are in the wave shape in cross section.
- 40. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 7, wherein said convex ridges of said horizontal view angle increasing layer are in the wave shape in cross section.
- 41. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 4, wherein said reflection layer is disposed on rear side of said horizontal view angle increasing layer in a non-bonding manner.
- 42. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 5, wherein said reflection layer is disposed on rear side of said horizontal view angle increasing layer in a non-bonding manner.
- 43. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 6, wherein said reflection layer is disposed on rear side of said horizontal view angle increasing layer in a non-bonding manner.
- 44. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 7, wherein said reflection layer is disposed on rear side of said horizontal view angle increasing layer in a non-bonding manner.
- 45. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 4, wherein said reflection layer is bonded to the rear side of said horizontal view angle increasing layer via a bonding layer.
- 46. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 5, wherein said reflection layer is bonded to the rear side of said horizontal view angle increasing layer via a bonding layer.
- 47. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 6, wherein said reflection layer is bonded to the rear side of said horizontal view angle increasing layer via a bonding layer.
- 48. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 7, wherein said reflection layer is bonded to the rear side of said horizontal view angle increasing layer via a bonding layer.
- 49. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 5, wherein said reflection layer is formed on the surface of the arrayed convex ridges of said horizontal view angle increasing layer by a vacuum deposition or application technique.
- 50. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 6, wherein said reflection layer is formed on the surface of the arrayed convex ridges of said horizontal view angle increasing layer by a vacuum deposition or application technique.
- 51. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 7, wherein said reflection layer is formed on the surface of the arrayed convex ridges of said horizontal view angle increasing layer by a vacuum deposition or application technique.
- 52. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 5, wherein said reflection layer is formed of a reflection sheet which is laminated on the surface of said convex ridges.
- 53. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 6, wherein said reflection layer is formed of a reflection sheet which is laminated on the surface of said convex ridges.
- 54. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 7, wherein said reflection layer is formed of a reflection sheet which is laminated on the surface of said convex ridges.
- 55. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 4, wherein said diffusion layer is formed of a transparent resin binder in which beads and/or pigments are dispersed as a diffusion material.
- 56. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 5, wherein said diffusion layer is formed of a transparent resin binder in which beads and/or pigments are dispersed as a diffusion material.
- 57. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 6, wherein said diffusion layer is formed of a transparent resin binder in which beads and/or pigments are dispersed as a diffusion material.
- 58. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 7, wherein said diffusion layer is formed of a transparent resin binder in which beads and/or pigments are dispersed as a diffusion material.
- 59. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 4, wherein said reflection type screen comprises a tint layer containing a tint, said tint layer being laminated on the side of the projected image light incident side with respect to said horizontal view angle increasing layer.
- 60. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 5, wherein said reflection type screen comprises a tint layer containing a tint, said tint layer being laminated on the side of the projected image light incident side with respect to said horizontal view angle increasing layer.
- 61. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 6, wherein said reflection type screen comprises a tint layer containing a tint, said tint layer being laminated on the side of the projected image light incident side with respect to said horizontal view angle increasing layer.
- 62. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 7, wherein said reflection type screen comprises a tint layer containing a tint, said tint layer being laminated on the side of the projected image light incident side with respect to said horizontal view angle increasing layer.
- 63. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 4 wherein said reflection type screen comprises a black matrix layer which is formed with a black matrix, said black matrix layer being laminated on the projected image light incident side with respect to said horizontal view angle increasing layer.
- 64. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 5 wherein said reflection type screen comprises a black matrix layer which is formed with a black matrix, said black matrix layer being laminated on the projected image light incident side with respect to said horizontal view angle increasing layer.
- 65. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 6 wherein said reflection type screen comprises a black matrix layer which is formed with a black matrix, said black matrix layer being laminated on the projected image light incident side with respect to said horizontal view angle increasing layer.
- 66. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 7 wherein said reflection type screen comprises a black matrix layer which is formed with a black matrix, said black matrix layer being laminated on the projected image light incident side with respect to said horizontal view angle increasing layer.
- 67. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 4, wherein said reflection type screen comprises a substrate made of a transparent resin sheet, said substrate being laminated on the projected image light incident side with respect to said horizontal view angle increasing layer.
- 68. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 5, wherein said reflection type screen comprises a substrate made of a transparent resin sheet, said substrate being laminated on the projected image light incident side with respect to said horizontal view angle increasing layer.
- 69. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 6, wherein said reflection type screen comprises a substrate made of a transparent resin sheet, said substrate being laminated on the projected image light incident side with respect to said horizontal view angle increasing layer.
- 70. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 7, wherein said reflection type screen comprises a substrate made of a transparent resin sheet, said substrate being laminated on the projected image light incident side with respect to said horizontal view angle increasing layer.
- 71. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 5, wherein said horizontal view angle increasing layer consists of a sheet substrate on which an array of said convex ridges are formed.
- 72. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 6, wherein said horizontal view angle increasing layer consists of a sheet substrate on which an array of said convex ridges are formed.
- 73. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 7, wherein said horizontal view angle increasing layer consists of a sheet substrate on which an array of said convex ridges are formed.
- 74. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 28, wherein the distance between said screen and the observer is 1.5 m or more.
- 75. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 28, wherein said view angle increasing and reflection portion is formed with concaves and convexes which are arrayed in a horizontal direction and said concaves and convexes being extended in a vertical direction of said reflection type screen.
- 76. A reflection type screen as defined in claim 28, wherein said view angle increasing and reflection portion comprises a view angle increasing layer having concaves and convexes thereon; and a reflection layer which is disposed on the rear side of said view angle increasing layer.
