Abstract
The present invention is to continue the concept of a replaceable upper of offloading shoe, and further improve the processing capability. Thus this present invention is to reform the outsole separation structure of a replaceable upper of shoe.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
1. Field of the Invention

The present invention is aimed to continue a conventional concept of a shoe with a replaceable upper and an offloading sole of outsole 17, in which a replaceable upper 18 is adopted for being processed with an adhering application of an upper and an outsole by utilizing a means of using a male Velcro and a female Velcro; please refer to FIG. 1, an adhering process requires a Velcro at lower edge in inner layer of upper 18L and a Velcro at lateral side of outsole 21L to be combined, and the present invention provides a reformation of a replaceable upper and an outsole separation structure by utilizing a Velcro.

2. Description of Related Art

Please refer to FIG. 1, which discloses a conventional concept of a shoe with replaceable upper and an offloading sole of outsole provided by a prior art of a patent, the assembly of a shoe is achieved through a Velcro at lateral side of outsole 21L working with a tongue 19, a fastening lace 20 of a replaceable upper 18 being adhered with a Velcro at lower edge in inner layer of upper 18L of an inner layer of replaceable upper 18B, wherein the Velcro at lateral side of outsole 21L is fastened at a lateral side of a modular outsole 21 by utilizing a back adhesive or other adhesives; however, a gap may be generated at a location where the lateral side of the outsole is adhered with the Velcro because the modular outsole 21 may be squeezed or bent while being worn by a user.

As such, with respect to a patent disclosing a structural improvement of a outsole lateral side of a shoe with a replaceable upper of an offloading shoe of outsole; please refer to FIG. 2, the objective of the aforesaid patent is to improve a problem of a gap being generated at a location where a lateral side of the outsole being adhered with the Velcro being adhered after the modular outsole 21 being worn by a user and under an affection of the weight of the user and the working habits of the user.

Based on the above-mentioned improvement, a groove at lateral side of modular outsole 22 is fabricated at a lateral side of the modular outsole 21, then the groove design is used as a reference for fabricating a matched Velcro module 21LA including a Velcro at lateral side of outsole 21L, a material a 21LC, a material b 21LD, lastly the Velcro module 21LA and the groove at lateral side of modular outsole 22 are combined with each other; as such, a possibility of generating a gap at a location where the lateral side of the outsole being adhered with the Velcro can be lowered, thereby increasing the stability of fabricating products.

The aforesaid patent has lowered the possibility of the gap being generated at the adhered location and has increased the stability of fabricating products, but the fabrication requires a relative precision, more time is consumed during the fabrication, and the fabricating speed and the quantity during the fabrication cannot be effectively increased.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the above-mentioned shortages, if increasing the production capacity is the target to be achieved, the disclosures disclosed in the aforesaid patents shall be reconsidered, how to prevent a gap from being generated at a location where different materials being adhered when the modular outsole 21 being squeezed and bent should be rethought; accordingly, one objective of the present invention is to solve: under a situation of the modular outsole 21 being squeezed and bent, the fabricating speed and quantity can still be effectively increased without affecting the stability of fabricating products.

Because the modular outsole 21 belongs to a soft compressing material, the modular outsole may be squeezed and bent while being worn, and the modular outsole 21 and the adhered Velcro at lateral side of outsole 21L belong to different materials, so that a certain possibility of generating a gap at an adhered location after being worn for a long period time due to unable to response to the same stress and the strain; as such, a separation structure for improving the above-mentioned phenomenon shall be established, in other words the outsole shall be independently fabricated, and able to be enclosed by a container, a periphery of the container is fastened with a Velcro with a means of sewing, adhering, high-frequency wave, buckling rows or a means mixed by the above, so that the problem of a gap being generated at an adhered location of different materials can be overcome.

Accordingly, an improved method is that a recessed container is fabricated at an outer side of the modular outsole 21, please refer to FIG. 3, the recessed container is defined as an outer cover of modular outsole 23, the outer cover is fabricated as a matched outer cover module with respect to the design of the modular outsole 21, and a depth and a thickness of the periphery of the outer cover can be designed according to actual functional requirements, the fabricating method of the outer cover of modular outsole 23 is to utilize a mold fabricating means for pre-fabricating a mold for performing a processing means of injecting, foaming or filling, or a three-dimensional printing technology, after the outer cover is fabricated, a backside of a Velcro at lateral side of outsole 21L is added with a material, for example papers, fabrics, adhesive, leather, plastic foam, rubber foam, with a single or mixed means for fabricating a Velcro module 21LA, and a means of sewing, high-frequency wave, adhering, buckling row tenon or a mixing means of the above are adopted for being fastened at the periphery of the outer cover of modular outsole 23.

Then, the modular outsole 21 is mounted inside the outer cover of modular outsole 23, wherein a height of the modular outsole 21H can be lower than, equal to or higher than a depth of outer cover of modular outsole 23D according different design requirements; lastly, a replaceable upper 18 is combined with the Velcro module 21LA at the periphery of the outer cover of modular outsole 23 via a Velcro at lower edge in inner layer of upper 18L; accordingly, the problem of a gap being generated at an adhering location of different materials can be overcome, and the fabricating speed and the quantity during the fabrication can be effectively increased

Moreover, if the assembling speed of the modular outsole 21 and the replaceable upper 18 is desired to be facilitated, one set or more positioning devices are required to be designed, the device is defined as one being male and the other one being female, or one being positive and the other one being negative, respectively disposed at corresponding locations of the replaceable upper 18 and the outer cover of modular outsole 23, and respectively named as a positioning set of replaceable upper 24A and a positioning set of outer cover of modular outsole 24B, wherein the device can be a button set, a buckling ring set, a tenon set, a screw and nut set or a magnet set.
