Removable Notepaper and Business Cards Holder

Abstract

A removable notepaper & business cards holder, which is a thin-profile holder with the same dimension of the business cards; said thin-profile holder is provided with a flat baseplate, and both long sides are folded oppositely to form an extension sheet, so a lateral opening is shaped at two short sides; a long opening is formed over these two extension sheets, while a long slideway is formed separately at the folding of two long sides; a holding space is formed between the flat baseplate and two extension sheets, and segregated into upper and lower holding spaces by a partition; the upper holding space is used to accommodate various kinds of removable notepaper sets arranged at interval, and the lower holding space is used to accommodate multiple business cards. When replacing or replenishing the notepaper, it is only required to pull out the partition from the lateral opening, and the notepaper could be placed into user's pocket and carried together with the business cards and bookmarks for easy access.

Description

BACKGROUND OF INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates generally to an improved notepaper holder, and more particularly to an innovative one which is designed to accommodate the business cards and removable notepaper by partitioning of various kinds of removable notepaper sets and business cards for easy access.

2. Description of Related Art

Self-adhesive notepaper is attached onto the writeable paper sheets with weak glue for easy recording, posting, labeling and reminding purposes. Generally, the self-adhesive notepaper set is formed simply into different categories of various colors by means of simple packing; despite of its dimensional changes comprising elongated, square and rectangular shapes, there lack of arrow indications when oriental indication and labeling are required, so there is still a room for improvement.

A bookmark is often required for the readers by placing it at the inner sheet for convenient reading; as for a common notepaper, the adhesive layer only occupies ¼ or ⅕ of its entire area, and it is difficult to identify the direction of the adhesive layer unless tentative labeling is conducted in advance; in such case, some troubles may occur since it is hard to identify which end the adhesive layer is located at; besides, common notepaper cannot be securely fastened to the edge of books for paging, indexing and labeling, etc.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The objective of the present invention is to provide a removable notepaper & business cards holder, which is a thin-profile packing holder that can be placed on desk tops for convenient paperwork, reading and paging; and it can be designed into a portable holder that's combined with the holding space of the business cards for easy access.

The present invention provides a removable notepaper & business cards holder, which is a thin-profile holder with the same dimensions of the business cards; said thin-profile holder is provided with a flat baseplate, and both long sides are folded oppositely to form an extension sheet, so a lateral opening is shaped at two short sides; a long opening is formed over these two extension sheets, while a long slideway is formed separately at the folding of two long sides; a holding space is formed between the flat baseplate and two extension sheets, and segregated into upper and lower holding spaces by a partition; the upper holding space is used to accommodate various kinds of removable notepaper sets arranged at interval, and the lower holding space is used to accommodate multiple business cards; when replacing or replenishing the notepaper, it is only required to pull out the partition from the lateral opening, and the notepaper could be placed into user's pocket and carried together with the business cards and bookmarks for easy access.

Various kinds of removable notepaper above said partition can be taken out from the long opening, with the uppermost notepaper sheets exposed layer by layer.

Both sides of said partition are fitted into the long slideway at two long sides of the thin-profile holder, and pushed into the holding space from the lateral opening of two short sides.

To meet the user demands, said thin-profile holder allows to accommodate functionally various types of removable notepaper sets, comprising: arrow-headed or tapered removable notepaper sets that can be covered onto files or books for marking, writing and indicating positions or directions via arrows, or wide-surface or elongated, flat-headed removable notepaper sets for logging, as well as bookmark-type removable notepaper sets covered onto the page margin for paging and indexing; besides, various types of removable notepaper can be designed or incorporated into various dimensions and then attached above the partition for the users.

As for said removable notepaper sets, every removable notepaper sheet is made of file coated with fluorescent layer, which may bring about excellent marking effect.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to an improved removable notepaper holder, of which FIGS. 1, 2 depict exploded views of the removable notepaper & business cards holder of the present invention; FIGS. 3-9 depict three kinds of schematic views of various removable notepaper set 3 of the present invention, wherein the removable notepaper & business cards holder is a thin-profile holder with the same dimensions of the business cards; said thin-profile holder 1 is a rectangular, transparent plastic holder with a flat baseplate 10, and both long sides are folded separately to form an extension sheet 101, so a lateral opening 102 is shaped at two short sides; a long opening 103 is formed over long sides of these two extension sheets 101, while a long slideway 104 is formed separately at the corner of two long sides; a holding space is formed between the flat baseplate 10 and two extension sheets 101, and segregated into upper and lower holding spaces 20, 21 by a partition 2 transversely arranged on the long slideway 104 at two long sides; of which, the upper holding space 20 is set between the upper side of the partition 2 and two extension sheets 101, and the lower holding space 21 set between the lower side of the partition 2 and the flat baseplate 10; the upper holding space 20 is bigger than the lower holding space 21, so that various types of removable notepaper sets 3 can be accommodated above the partition 2, and multiple business cards 4 can be accommodated within the lower holding space 21.

During assembly, both sides of said partition 2 are fitted into the long slideway 104 at two long sides of the thin-profile holder 1, and pushed into the holding space from the lateral opening 102 of two short sides. Various types of removable notepaper sets 3 are arranged at interval above the partition 2, and multiple business cards 4 are set below the partition 2; among various kinds of removable notepaper sets 3, the uppermost notepaper sheet of any kind of removable notepaper set 3 is exposed and firstly taken out. When replacing or replenishing the removable notepaper, it is only required to pull out the partition 2 from the lateral opening 102.

The removable notepaper of the present invention is made of fluorescent layer for excellent visual and marking effect; of which, every kind of removable notepaper set 3 is overlapped into a certain height by multiple removable notepaper sheets, and each removable notepaper is made of a transparent or semi-transparent film 30 in any geometrical shape; one surface of said film 30 is coated with a color layer 31 of various fluorescent colors, and the other surface attached with an adhesive layer 32.

Referring to FIG. 3 (a), the removable notepaper set 3 for indication purpose is of an elongated pattern, and both ends of the film 30 are of an arrow shape 33 to form arrow-headed removable notepaper set 3; besides, said film 30 is transparent or semi-transparent; the coverage of the color layer 31 is identical and corresponding to that of the adhesive layer 32, with the area accounting for approx. ⅔ of the overall length of the film 30, and without color layer and adhesive layer on the remaining ⅓ of the length; moreover, the adhesive layers 32 are overlapped in a staggered manner to form an arrow-headed removable notepaper set 3 of a certain height; referring to FIG. 3 (b), multiple arrow-headed removable notepaper sets 3 are arranged above the partition 2 side by side, and then incorporated with the thin-profile holder 1 and multiple business cards 4; referring to FIG. 4, the arrow-headed removable notepaper set 3 allows to replace its arrow shape 33 into a tapered shape, which has a structural configuration the same with the arrow-headed removable notepaper set 3.

Referring to FIGS. 5-7, wide-surface, bookmark-type removable notepaper sets 3 are arranged at interval above the partition 2, of which the film 30 has regular or irregular ends to form such bookmark-type removable notepaper sets 3; referring to FIG. 5 (a), said wide-surface film 30 of the present invention is transparent or semi-transparent, one end of every removable notepaper occupying about ⅓ of the overall length of the film 30 is a flat-headed end 34 with a color layer 31, while curved sides 340 are set at both sides; the other end occupying ⅔ of the length of the film 30 is a flat-headed end 34 without a color layer 31; said adhesive layers 32 are distributed at another half-surface of the film 30 without color layer's flat-headed end 34, and said adhesive layers 32 are overlapped in a staggered manner to form a bookmark-type removable notepaper set of a certain height; referring to FIG. 5 (b), the removable notepaper sets 3 arranged above the partition 2 side by side as shown in FIG. 6 comprise: wide-surface, bookmark-type removable notepaper sets and multiple arrow-headed removable notepaper sets, which are then incorporated with the thin-profile holder 1 and multiple business cards 4 as shown in FIG. 7.

Referring to FIGS. 8-10, another flat-headed removable notepaper set is of an elongated pattern, and both ends of the film 30 are flat-headed ends; said color layer 31 covers the overall length, and the adhesive layer 32 of the other side occupies ½ of the length of the film; moreover, the adhesive layers 32 are overlapped in a staggered manner to form a flat-headed removable notepaper set of a certain height in the same way; multiple wide-surface, rectangular flat-headed removable notepaper sets are arranged above the partition 2 side by side, and then incorporated with the thin-profile holder 1 and multiple business cards 4 as shown in FIG. 9; of which, multiple flat-headed removable notepaper sets can be replaced by multiple arrow-headed removable notepaper sets, with the assembly and packaging pattern shown in FIG. 10.

According to aforementioned various types of removable notepaper sets 3, multiple films 30 are taken for every type of removable notepaper set 3, and one film 30 is set as the substrate, whilst the color layer 31 of another film 30 and the color layer 31 of the substrate film 30 are overlapped in a staggered manner, such that the color layer 31 of every film 30 is staggered; and the adhesive layer 32 can also be staggered. If pulling manually one end without adhesive layer 32, users can take out next film 30 via the adhesion of the adhesive layer 32 for continuous access.

Referring to FIG. 11, the business cards 4 of the present invention are taken out from the notepaper & business cards holder in the same way that the partition 2 is slightly pushed out from the lateral opening 102 at either side, and one business card 4 is then pulled out by a finger.

Referring to FIG. 12, the removable notepaper sets of the present invention are attached in the inner sheets of books, of which arrow-headed removable notepaper sets with arrow shape 33 are attached for indicating directions, and bookmark-type removable notepaper sets with flat-headed end 34 are attached for paging and indexing purposes.

To sum up, the removable notepaper & business cards holder of the present invention is a thin-profile, transparent plastic packing holder with the same dimension of business cards, allowing the users to package various kinds of removable notepaper set where necessary, comprising: arrow-headed or tapered removable notepaper sets that can be covered onto files or books for marking, writing and indicating positions or directions via arrows, or wide-surface or elongated, flat-headed removable notepaper sets for logging, as well as bookmark-type removable notepaper sets covered onto the page margin for paging and indexing; besides, various types of removable notepaper can be designed or incorporated into various dimensions and then attached above the partition for the users. The thin-profile holder of the present invention with the same dimension of business cards can be placed into user's pockets and bags, or put on the desktop for easy access so as to meet diversified user demands and realize flexible operation and ease-of-use.

Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as hereinafter claimed.

Claims

1. A removable notepaper and business cards holder, which is a thin-profile holder with the same dimension of the business cards; said thin-profile holder is provided with a flat baseplate, and both long sides are folded oppositely to form an extension sheet, so a lateral opening is shaped at two short sides; a long opening is formed over these two extension sheets, while a long slideway is formed separately at the folding of two long sides; a holding space is formed between the flat baseplate and two extension sheets, and segregated into upper and lower holding spaces by a partition; the upper holding space is used to accommodate various kinds of removable notepaper sets arranged at interval, and the lower holding space is used to accommodate multiple business cards.

2. The removable notepaper and business cards holder as claimed in claim 1, wherein said thin-profile holder is a transparent plastic packing holder.

3. The removable notepaper and business cards holder as claimed in claim 1, wherein both sides of said partition are fitted into the long slideway at two long sides of the thin-profile holder, and pushed into the holding space from the lateral opening of two short sides.

4. The removable notepaper and business cards holder as claimed in claim 1, wherein various kinds of removable notepaper can be taken out from the long opening, with the uppermost notepaper sheets exposed layer by layer.

The removable notepaper and business cards holder as claimed in claim 1, wherein each removable notepaper sheet is made of a transparent or semi-transparent film in any geometrical shape; one surface of said film is coated with a color layer of various fluorescent colors, and the other surface attached with an adhesive layer; besides, the color layers are overlapped in a staggered manner into a certain height.

The removable notepaper and business cards holder as claimed in claim 5, wherein at least an elongated removable notepaper set in various removable notepaper sets is attached over the partition side by side, and divided into arrow-headed and tapered ones according to the types of both ends; the coverage of the color layer of the film is identical and corresponding to that of the adhesive layer, while the last set is adhered onto the partition by the adhesive layer.

The removable notepaper and business cards holder as claimed in claim 5, wherein wide-surface bookmark-type removable notepaper sets are arranged at interval above the partition, of which one end of every removable notepaper occupying about ⅓ of the overall length of the film is a flat-headed end with a color layer, while curved sides are set at both sides; the other end occupying ⅔ of the length of the film is a flat-headed end without a color layer; said adhesive layers are distributed at another half-surface of the film without color layer's flat-headed end, and said adhesive layers are overlapped in a staggered manner to form a bookmark-type removable notepaper set of a certain height.
